Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device for plant growth, and more particularly to an irradiating device capable of irradiating reflected light onto a fruit. In addition, in this application, a fruit means the fruit of fruit trees and fruit vegetables.
In artificial cultivation of plants and the like, it is known to supplement light using a lamp such as an LED. Moreover, while adjusting the height of this illumination according to the growth of a vine plant, there also exists what raises the fixed point of a vine together (refer patent document 1).
Furthermore, in order to improve the coloring on the lower surface of the fruit, it is also known to spread the reflecting sheet (reflecting material) on the ground and apply the reflected light to the lower surface of the fruit to promote the coloring.
By the way, in the case of a plant that harvests fruit, by irradiating the fruit with a sufficient amount of light, ripening is promoted to achieve sufficient coloring and maturity, and high quality is performed. A sufficient amount of light applied to the fruit is secured by supplementary illumination.
Further, in the case of a high-quality plant, in which the fruiting part sequentially moves upward as it grows, a certain amount of supplementary light is secured to the fruiting part by raising the illumination according to the growth of the plant.
In particular, it is known that aging such as paprika that can take a long time can be effectively promoted by supplementary illumination.
Furthermore, by irradiating the fruit with reflected light from below to improve the coloring of the lower surface, etc., the whole is uniformly colored and matured, and the whole ripening speed is made uniform and the whole It is also known to promote the aging of
However, the conventional reflected light has a reflecting sheet fixed on the ground, so that the fruiting part and the illumination move away from the reflecting sheet as the plant grows and the fruiting part moves upward. Irradiation of light gradually decreased, and it was not possible to expect aging due to reflected light.
Then, even if a plant grows, this application aims at ensuring the fixed light quantity from the upper and lower sides with respect to a fruiting part, and promoting the uniform aging of the whole.
An illuminating device for irradiating the fruit (13) with light is disposed around the fruiting part (15) for the plant (10) having the stem (11) growing upward and the fruit (13) fruiting around the stem (11). Then, in the plant growing lighting device that enables this lighting device to move upward according to the growth of the plant,
The lighting device includes a reflector (32) that irradiates fruit (13) with reflected light from below,
The reflector (32) is movable upward along the stem (11) and can be fixed at an arbitrary height position .
The reflective material (32) has a three-dimensional shape that forms a concave surface .
According to the growth of the plant, the reflector (32) moves upward along the stem (11) and can be fixed at a predetermined position where the reflected light can be irradiated to the fruit (13) from below. Even if the fruiting part (15) moves upward, the reflecting member (32) is moved upward following this, and at any position where reflected light such as external light is good with respect to the fruit (13). Can be fixed.
For this reason, since the amount of reflected light with respect to the fruit (13) can be kept constant at all times, even when the fruiting part (15) moves to a higher position, the coloring of the lower part of the fruit (13) is improved and the whole ripening is promoted. Can maintain high quality.
Moreover, since the reflecting material (32) has a three-dimensional shape that forms a concave surface, the amount of reflected light R on the fruit can be increased.
Hereinafter, the lighting device for plant cultivation concerning an embodiment is explained based on a drawing.
FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 relate to the first embodiment, and FIG. 1 shows three high-quality fruiting plants (for example, paprika) that grow higher upward in a row with different growth stages. In the figure, A is the first harvest period, B is the second harvest period, and C is the third harvest period.

Although this example shows an example of plant cultivation in a house, outdoor cultivation outside the house may be used.
Moreover, although the

When pulling the

Such a rope lock device is publicly known. For example, many lock devices for a lifting code for a blind are known (for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-179296).

As shown in a circled portion C in FIG. 3, the lower portion of the

For example, there is a resin plate that is smooth and has a high reflectance. In particular, a foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene is preferable because it is excellent in weight reduction. If a higher reflectance is required, a metal foil such as an aluminum foil is preferably used to cover a light plate material such as paper or resin, or an aluminum vapor deposition member such as a mirror.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
In FIG. 1, first, as shown in A, the
In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the direct illumination light S from the

That is, the
At this time, the distance H between the
Thus, by making the illumination unit 30 a unit in which the
Note that the interval H is set in advance so as to enable sufficient light supplement to the
Next, when the first harvest period in A of FIG. 1 has passed, the
At this time, as the
Therefore, when a reflective material is disposed on the ground as in the conventional case, the reflected light from below does not decrease significantly, resulting in an insufficient light supplement state for the lower part of the
Furthermore, when the second harvesting period in B of FIG. 1 is completed, the
At this time, the

Next, each embodiment as a variation will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the common parts with the previous embodiment, and the description of the overlapping parts is omitted in principle.
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment in which the fixing structure of the
As will be described later, the

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment in which a
The
In this example, a
The
If it does in this way, it will open to the e arrow direction and d arrow direction which mutually separate between the free ends of the holding | gripping part 63, will attach to the circumference | surroundings of the
Therefore, it is not necessary to suspend the
In this example, the
FIG. 8 shows a fifth embodiment, which is a variation of FIG. 6, and is an example in which the lighting device is made non-unitized. In this example, the
If it does in this way, since it will become impossible to raise / lower the lamp |
This non-unitization is based on the unit shown in FIG. 6, but the
9 and 10 show a sixth embodiment in which the illuminating device is made non-unit, the lamp is omitted, and the
In this case, if the size of the
Therefore, the reflecting
Moreover, as the
In addition, the support |
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, even in a state where the

Moreover, the fixing | fixed
