Description
図1は、従来のバッテリパックのモニタリングシステムの構成図である。
図2は、BMIC及び回路端が追加的に設計された従来のバッテリパックのモニタリングシステムの構成図である。
図3は、メインMCUが高性能MCUに置き換えられた従来のバッテリパックのモニタリングシステムの構成図である。
メインMCUが高性能MCUに置き換えられた従来のバッテリパックのモニタリングシステム300のバッテリパック310と、バッテリセルモニタリング部320と、BMIC330と、通信部340及び補助MCU260についての詳細な説明は、図1に示す従来のバッテリパックのモニタリングシステム100に組み込まれたバッテリパック110と、バッテリセルモニタリング部120と、BMIC130と、通信部140及び補助MCU160の説明と同様であるため、これらについての詳細な説明は省略する。
図4は、本発明の実施形態によるバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置が組み込まれたバッテリパックのモニタリングシステムの構成図である。
メインMCU動作遂行有無判断部473−1は、メインMCU450が診断信号をBMIC430から受信した場合、メインMCU450が、格納部472に予め格納された動作遂行時間情報が表わす時間内に診断信号に対応する動作を行うか否かを判断してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 複数のバッテリセルからなるバッテリパックと、前記複数のバッテリセルの状態を測定するセルモニタリング部と、前記セルモニタリング部を介して前記バッテリパックの状態を表わす診断信号を生成するBMICと、前記診断信号を受信するメインMCU及び前記診断信号を受信し、前記メインMCUデータを送受信する補助MCUと、前記BMICと前記メインMCUとの間のデータと前記BMICと前記補助MCUとの間のデータとを送受信する通信部とを備えるバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置において、
前記BMICと前記メインMCUとを結ぶデータラインと、
前記データラインと並列接続された並列ラインと、
前記並列ラインと接続されて前記BMICと前記メインMCUとの間において送受信されるデータをモニタリングし、モニタリングされた前記データを前記補助MCUに引き渡す通信モニタリング部と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置。 - 前記通信モニタリング部は、
前記メインMCUが前記BMICから通信部を介してデータを正常的に受信したか否かを問わず、前記モニタリングされた前記データを前記補助MCUに引き渡すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置。 - 前記通信モニタリング部の動作状態を制御する制御部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置。
- 前記BMICから前記診断信号を受信した前記メインMCUが、受信した前記診断信号に対応する動作を行い始めるのにかかる時間を表わす動作遂行時間情報が予め格納された格納部を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記メインMCUが前記診断信号を前記BMICから受信した場合、前記メインMCUが前記動作遂行時間情報が表わす時間内に前記動作を行うか否かを判断し、前記判断の結果、前記メインMCUが、前記動作遂行時間情報が表わす時間内に前記動作を行わない場合、前記補助MCUが受信した前記診断信号に対応する動作を直ちに行うように指令する動作遂行指令信号を生成し、生成された前記動作遂行指令信号を前記通信モニタリング部を介して前記補助MCUに引き渡して前記動作を行うように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置。 - 前記通信モニタリング部は、
3ステートバッファからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック状態の並列モニタリング装置。
