Claims (5)
- コンデンサ本体と、
前記コンデンサ本体の一対の電極にそれぞれ接続される一対のバスバーと、
前記コンデンサ本体及び前記バスバーを内包する樹脂製のケーシングと、を一体に備え、
前記バスバーは、それぞれ一端側に直流電力の電力ケーブルが接続される入力端子と、他端側に基板が接続される出力端子と、を備え、
前記ケーシングは、前記入力端子をそれぞれ支持する入力端子支持部と、これら入力端子支持部に並設され、該ケーシングを固定対象物に固定するための固定部と、前記出力端子をそれぞれ支持する出力端子支持部と、を備え、前記出力端子支持部は、前記ケーシングの上面よりも低い高さ位置に該ケーシングの側方に突出して形成され、前記出力端子は、前記出力端子支持部の上面から上方に突出する爪状に形成され、該出力端子支持部の上面に載置された前記基板の一部を貫通して該基板に接続されることを特徴とするコンデンサユニット。 - 前記バスバーは、前記ケーシングにインサート成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンデンサユニット。
- 前記ケーシングは、上面が開口した収容部を有する箱状に形成され、前記収容部に前記コンデンサ本体を収容するとともに、前記コンデンサ本体を樹脂材で固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコンデンサユニット。
- 前記固定部は、前記直流電力のシールドアースケーブルが接続可能なグランド端子支持部であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコンデンサユニット。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のコンデンサユニットと、前記コンデンサユニットの前記出力端子に接続され、直流電源を三相交流電源に変換する前記基板としてのインバータ基板と、を備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
