Claims (13)
- 窓枠(10)、及び窓枠(10)内にスライド開閉可能に設置される少なくとも一対の窓(20)を含む建具であって、
前記窓(20)のいずれか1つの窓(21)に設置される駆動モータ(110)、及び前記駆動モータ(110)の動力が伝達されて回転し、隣接設置された固定窓(23)の一面に外周面が当接するように設置されて前記窓(21)をスライド開閉させる駆動ローラ(120)を含む、自動開閉部(100)と、
前記窓(20)に設置されて室内の空気を換気させる自然換気部(200)と、
前記窓(20)のガラスに設置され、前記ガラスの光透過率を制御して透明又は不透明状態に切り換える光調節部(300)と、
前記建具に設置され、窓(21)が開閉されたか否かをリアルタイムで感知する感知センサ(410)を含む開閉通知部(400)と、
前記自動開閉部(100)、前記自然換気部(200)、前記光調節部(300)、及び前記開閉通知部(400)を含む諸構成要素を使用者の無線通信端末機(510)を用いて選択的に制御すると共に、前記無線通信端末機(510)上に前記諸構成要素の状態をリアルタイムで表示する制御部(500)とを含み、
前記自動開閉部(100)は、
前記窓(21)の手動開閉操作が可能なように、前記駆動モータ(110)と駆動ローラ(120)を連結するシャフト(111)上に設置されて、前記駆動ローラ(120)に伝達される動力を選択的に遮断する電磁クラッチ(130)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする、住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記自動開閉部(100)は、
前記一対の窓(20)が互いに合わされる召合せ框(21a)内の上部もしくは下部、またはそれらの両方に設置されたことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記駆動ローラ(120)は、
ゴム又はウレタン材質で形成され、
外周面には、前記窓(23)の一面(23a)に接触時に摩擦力を付与できるように複数の凹凸溝(121)が一定間隔で離隔して形成されたことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記駆動ローラ(120)の外周面と当接する前記窓(23)の一面(23a)には、
前記駆動ローラ(120)の最初の駆動時にスリップ現象を防止できるように、前記凹凸溝(121)と噛み合う凹凸パッド(123)が備えられたことをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記自動開閉部(100)は、
前記窓(21)の閉動作時にその間を通過する人又は物体が感知される場合、前記駆動モータ(110)の作動を停止させる安全センサ(140)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記自動開閉部(100)は、
前記駆動ローラ(120)の外周面を窓(23)の一面(23a)に加圧密着させる加圧装置(150)をさらに含み、
前記加圧装置(150)は、
一側が、ベアリング(151a)を介して前記シャフト(111)に結合され、他側が、窓(21)に固定された固定部材(151b)にスライド可能に結合されるスライド部材(151)と、
前記スライド部材(151)のスライド方向に沿って離隔するように窓(21)に固定され、締結孔(153a)が備えられる支持部材(153)と、
前記締結孔(153a)に螺合され、その先端がスライド部材(151)の一面(153c)に当接してスライド部材(151)を加圧移動させる操作部材(155)とを含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記スライド部材(151)は、
円滑なスライド移動が可能なように固定部材(151b)と複数の玉(151d)を媒介として結合されることをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記自然換気部(200)は、
室内空気中に含まれた二酸化炭素の濃度を測定する二酸化炭素センサ(210)をさらに含み、
前記二酸化炭素センサ(210)で測定された測定値が基準値を超える場合、前記自然換気部(200)を自動で作動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記光調節部(300)は、
前記ガラスの全体又は一部分の透明/不透明の程度を選択的に制御することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記感知センサ(410)は、
前記スライド開閉される窓(21)と窓枠(10)に互いに対応するように取り付けられて前記窓(21)が開閉されたか否かを感知する少なくとも一対の磁石式センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記制御部(500)は、
近距離通信をサポートする無線通信を用い、無線信号がゲートウェイ(gateway)に伝達された後、インターネットを介して前記無線通信端末機(510)のアプリケーションと接続されることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記無線通信端末機(510)は、
スマートフォン、タブレットPC、携帯電話、デスクトップコンピュータ、ノートパソコン、タブレットノートパソコン、及びPDAのいずれか1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。 - 前記制御部(500)は、
前記感知センサ(410)から感知された信号が非認可者の侵入であるか否かを判断した後、建具(1)自体に備えられたスピーカー及び使用者の端末機(510)のいずれか一方または両方に警告アラームを発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1又は11に記載の住居環境改善のための機能が備えられた建具。
