Description
水素含有量が増加した第1の流出物を生成するのに有効な条件下で、水素の存在下で第1の水素化分解域において原油およびコークス器液生成物を含む原料を処理するステップと、
第1の流出物をLPG含有流および液相流に分離するステップと、
前記LPG含有流を、水素含有流、メタン含有流、エタン含有流、ブタン含有流、プロパン含有流、C1マイナス含有流、C3マイナス含有流、C1−C2含有流、C3−C4含有流、C2−C3含有流、C1−C3含有流、C1−C4含有流、C2−C4含有流、C2マイナス含有流、C4マイナス含有流のグループから選択された1つまたは複数の流れに分離するステップと、
得られた1つまたは複数の流れを、ブタン脱水素装置、プロパン脱水素装置、結合プロパン−ブタン脱水素装置、またはそれらの装置の組み合わせのグループから選択される少なくとも1つの装置と蒸気クラッカ装置においてさらに処理して、混合生成物流を生成するステップと、
混合生成物流を、ブタン脱水素装置、プロパン脱水素装置、結合プロパン−ブタン脱水素装置、またはそれらの装置の組み合わせのグループから選択される少なくとも1つの装置と蒸気クラッカ装置から第2の分離区分へ供給するステップと、
コークスおよびコークス器液生成物を生成するのに有効な条件下で液相流を熱クラッキングするステップであって、コークス器液生成物が、第1の水素化分解域に再循環され、石油コークスは回収される、ステップと、
混合生成物流を分離するステップと、を備える。
前記第2の水素化分解域からの第2の流出物から、BTXE含有流、LPG含有流、および残液流を回収するステップとをさらに備える。
Claims (14)
- 原油を含む炭化水素原料からオレフィンおよび芳香族石油化学製品を生成するための統合水素化分解処理であって、前記処理は、
水素含有量が増加した第1の流出物を生成するのに有効な条件下で、水素の存在下で第1の水素化分解域において原油およびコークス器液生成物を含む前記原料を処理するステップと、
前記第1の流出物をLPG含有流および液相流に分離するステップと、
前記LPG含有流を、水素含有流、メタン含有流、エタン含有流、ブタン含有流、プロパン含有流、C1マイナス含有流、C3マイナス含有流、C1−C2含有流、C3−C4含有流、C2−C3含有流、C1−C3含有流、C1−C4含有流、C2−C4含有流、C2マイナス含有流、C4マイナス含有流のグループから選択された1つまたは複数の流れに分離するステップと、
得られた1つまたは複数の流れを、ブタン脱水素装置、プロパン脱水素装置、結合プロパン−ブタン脱水素装置、またはそれらの装置の組み合わせのグループから選択される少なくとも1つの装置と蒸気クラッカ装置においてさらに処理して、混合生成物流を生成するステップと、
前記混合生成物流を、ブタン脱水素装置、プロパン脱水素装置、結合プロパン−ブタン脱水素装置、またはそれらの装置の組み合わせのグループから選択される前記少なくとも1つの装置と前記蒸気クラッカ装置から第2の分離区分へ供給するステップと、
コークスおよび前記コークス器液生成物を生成するのに有効な条件下で前記液相流を熱クラッキングするステップであって、前記コークス器液生成物が、前記第1の水素化分解域に再循環され、石油コークスが回収される、ステップと、
前記混合生成物流を分離するステップと、
オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物を、分離された混合生成物流から回収するステップと、を備える、処理。 - 前記エタン含有流、前記C1−C2含有流、および前記C2マイナス含有流の前記グループから選択される少なくとも1つの流れを、前記蒸気クラッカ装置に供給するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の処理。
- 前記プロパン含有流、前記C3−C4含有流、前記C3マイナス含有流、前記ブタン含有流、前記C4マイナス含有流、前記C2−C3含有流、前記C1−C3含有流、前記C1−C4含有流、および前記C2−C4含有流のグループから選択された少なくとも1つの流れを、前記ブタン脱水素装置、前記プロパン脱水素装置、前記結合プロパン−ブタン脱水素装置、またはそれらの装置の組み合わせのグループから選択される少なくとも1つの脱水素装置に供給するステップをさらに備える、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 水素含有量が増加した第2の流出物を生成するのに有効な条件下で、水素の存在下で第2の水素化分解域において前記液相流を処理するステップと、前記第2の水素化分解域からの前記第2の流出物から、BTXE含有流、LPG含有流、および残液流を回収するステップとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の処理。
- コークスおよび前記コークス器液生成物を生成するのに有効な条件のもとで、前記残液流を前記液相流と共に熱クラッキングし、前記コークス器液生成物は、前記第1の水素化分解域および/または第2の水素化分解域の入口に再循環され、石油コークスが回収される、請求項4に記載の処理。
- 前記第1の水素化分解域から生成される前記LPG含有流と、前記第2の水素化分解域から生成される前記LPG含有流とを組み合わせるステップをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の処理。
- 前記コークス器液生成物から蒸気生成物を回収し、このように回収された前記蒸気生成物と前記LPG含有流とを混ぜ合わせるステップをさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記第1の水素化分解域から生成される前記第1の流出物および前記第2の水素化分解域から生成される前記流出物から、残液留分を分離し、前記第1の水素化分解域および/または第2の水素化分解域の入口に前記残液留分を再循環させるステップをさらに備える、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記分離された混合生成物流からメタンを回収し、前記メタンを、バーナおよび/またはヒータのための燃料として使用するために前記蒸気クラッカに再循環させるステップをさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記分離された混合生成物流から水素を回収して精製し、前記第1および/または第2の水素化分解域の前記入口に再循環させるステップをさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記分離された混合生成物流から熱分解燃料油を回収し、前記第1および/または第2の水素化分解域の前記入口に、前記熱分解燃料油を再循環させるステップをさらに備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記第1の水素化分解域が、200℃から600℃の範囲の動作温度、0.2から20MPaの範囲の動作圧力、および0.1h<−1>から10h<−1>の範囲の液体時間空間速度(LHSV)の下で動作する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- 前記第2の水素化分解域は、フィード水素化分解(FHC)、ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)、芳香族開環、水素化分解(ガス油)、および残油水素化分解(真空残油)のグループから選択される1つまたは複数の装置を備える水素化分解域である、請求項4から12のいずれか一項に記載の処理。
- FHC条件は、温度が300から550℃、圧力が300から5000kPaゲージ、単位時間当たりの重量空間速度が0.1から10h−1であり、ガソリン水素化分解条件(GHC)は、温度が300から580℃、圧力が0.3から5MPaゲージ、重量空間速度(WHSV)は、0.1から20h−1であり、芳香族開環処理は、芳香族水素添加触媒の存在下で、1から30重量%の水素を伴い、温度が100から500℃、圧力が2から10MPaで芳香環飽和を備え、環開裂触媒の存在下で、1から20重量%の水素を伴い温度が200から600℃、圧力が1から12MPaで環開裂を備え、水素化分解のために使用される処理条件は、処理温度200から600℃、上昇圧力0.2から20MPa、空間速度0.1から20h−1を含み、水素の量は炭化水素原料に関する請求項13に記載の処理。
