Description
Claims (4)
- 第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプから供給される作動流体によって駆動される複数のアクチュエータを制御する流体圧制御装置であって、
前記第1ポンプに接続され前記アクチュエータを制御する少なくとも一つの第1制御弁を有する第1回路系統と、
前記第2ポンプに接続され前記アクチュエータを制御する少なくとも一つの第2制御弁を有する第2回路系統と、を備え、
前記第1回路系統は、
全ての前記第1制御弁が中立位置にある場合に前記第1ポンプの作動流体をタンクに還流させる第1中立通路と、
前記第1中立通路における前記第1制御弁の下流に設けられ、前記第1中立通路と前記タンクとの接続を連通または遮断する中立カット弁と、
前記第1中立通路における前記第1制御弁の下流であってかつ前記中立カット弁の上流に連通し、前記第1ポンプから吐出された作動流体を外部へ供給可能な外部出力ポートと、を有し、
前記中立カット弁は、収容穴を有するバルブブロックと、前記収容穴に収容され前記第1中立通路と前記タンクとの接続を遮断または連通する弁体と、を備え、
前記外部出力ポートは、前記中立カット弁の前記バルブブロックに形成されるとともに、前記収容穴を通じて前記第1制御弁の下流に連通することを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 前記バルブブロックには、前記第1制御弁の下流に連通し、前記第1中立通路の一部を構成するブロック内中立通路が形成され、
前記外部出力ポートは、前記ブロック内中立通路に連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記第2回路系統は、前記外部出力ポートを通じて前記第1ポンプから吐出された作動流体を少なくとも一つの前記第2制御弁の上流に合流させる外部入力ポートを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体圧制御装置。
- 前記中立カット弁は、少なくとも一つの前記第2制御弁を制御するパイロット圧力に応じて前記第1中立通路と前記タンクとの接続を連通または遮断することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流体圧制御装置。
