Claims (17)
- 投光装置用の、とりわけ自動車両用投光装置用の、発光装置であって、
該発光装置は、複数の列(201、202、203、301、302、303)の夫々において互いに並置されると共に照明領域(209、309)を形成する複数の光源(200、300)と、複数の光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)を有する光案内装置(204、304)とを含み、
各光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)には、夫々1つの光源(200、300)が割り当てられており、
各光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)は、夫々の光源から出射された光を入力するための夫々1つの光入力面(201b、202b、203b、301b、302b、303b)と、夫々1つの光出射面とを有し、
前記複数の光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)は、互いに上下に重なり合うよう配置された少なくとも2つの直線的な列(211、212、213、311、312、313)に配置されており、及び、
最下列(213、313)の光案内要素(203a、303a)は、遠方光用の光案内要素(201a、301a)として構成されており、かつ、遠方光列(213、313)を形成し、
前記遠方光列(213、313)の光源(200、300)とその上方において隣接する列(212、312)の光源(200、300)との間の垂直距離は、該照明領域(209、309)の少なくとも1つの横側の縁部領域(208、308)において、該照明領域(209、309)の中央領域(207、307)におけるそれらの光源間の垂直距離よりも小さい、
発光装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発光装置において、
前記遠方光列(213、313)の光源(200、300)と前記その上方において隣接する列(212、312)の光源(200、300)との間の前記垂直距離は、前記中央領域(207、307)から前記縁部領域(208、308)の少なくとも一方に向かって漸次的に減少する、
発光装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発光装置において、
前記遠方光列(213、313)の光源(200、300)と前記その上方において隣接する列(212、312)の光源(200、300)との間の前記垂直距離は、前記照明領域(209、309)の両方の横側縁部領域(208、308)において、該照明領域(209、309)の該中央領域(207、307)におけるそれらの光源間の垂直距離よりも小さい、
発光装置。 - 請求項3に記載の発光装置において、
前記遠方光列(213、313)の光源(200、300)と前記その上方において隣接する列(212、312)の光源(200、300)との間の前記垂直距離は、前記中央領域(207、307)から前記縁部領域(208、308)の両方に向かって漸次的に減少する、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記照明領域(209、309)の前記中央領域(207、307)に配置されている前記遠方光列(213、313)の光源(200、300)は、夫々の光案内要素(201a、301a)の光入力面(201b、301b)の中央部においてその光を入力するよう、位置決めされている、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
隣り合う光源(300)間の水平距離は、前記照明領域(309)の前記縁部領域(308)の少なくとも一方において、列の縁部に向かって増大する、
発光装置。 - 請求項6に記載の発光装置において、
前記隣り合う光源(300)間の水平距離は、前記照明領域(309)の前記縁部領域(308)の両方において、列の縁部に向かって増大する、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記複数の光源(200)は、光軸(210)に関し対称的に配置されている、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記複数の光源(300)は、光軸(310)に関し非対称的に配置されている、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
光源(300)の個々の列(301、302、303)は夫々異なる長さである、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記複数の光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)は、共同で1つの遠方光分布を形成する、互いに上下に重なり合うよう配置された丁度3つの列(211、212、213、311、312、313)に配置されており、前記最下列は前記遠方光列(213、313)である、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)の光出射面は共通の光出射面(206、306)の部分であり、個々の光出射面は互いに境を接して配置されている、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記光源(200、300)は、有利には個別に制御可能な発光ダイオード(LED)である、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記光案内要素(201a、202a、203a、301a、302a、303a)は、光導波要素として構成されている、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の発光装置において、
前記光案内装置(204、304)に後置された結像光学系が設けられている、
発光装置。 - 請求項15に記載の発光装置において、
前記結像光学系は、1又は複数の光学レンズを含む、
発光装置。 - 請求項1〜16の何れかに記載の発光装置(20、30)を有する自動車両用投光装置。
