Description
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner and its suction tool.
One form of the suction tool of a vacuum cleaner is provided with the case provided with a suction inlet, and the illumination unit which outputs light. The lighting unit has a role of providing an environment in which a user of the vacuum cleaner can easily find garbage by irradiating light on a surface to be cleaned existing in front of the case. A well-known form relating to the lighting unit is a form including a circuit board which is disposed in the case and electrically connected to the main body of the vacuum cleaner, and a bullet-type LED mounted on the circuit board. Note that
In order to appropriately irradiate light immediately below the front of the case with the conventional lighting unit, it is required to arrange the bullet-type LED in the front part of the case as much as possible. However, the height of the suction tool may be increased by arranging the bullet-type LED in the front portion of the case. In this case, it becomes difficult for the suction tool to enter a narrow portion such as under the furniture.
The objective of this invention is providing the suction tool which can adjust the irradiation range of light easily, and can reduce making a user feel strong glare, and a vacuum cleaner provided with the same.
The suction tool of the vacuum cleaner according to one aspect of the present invention has a case that forms the outer shape of the suction tool, a light source that is disposed in the case and includes a chip LED, and has an elongated shape along the longitudinal direction of the case. A light guide plate disposed on the light guide plate, an incident boundary surface formed on an end surface portion of the light guide plate, a reflective boundary surface that is provided on the back surface of the light guide plate and reflects light from the light source incident from the incident boundary surface; A transmission boundary surface provided on the front surface of the light guide plate for irradiating the floor with the reflected light from the reflection boundary surface; and a light transmission portion disposed in front of the transmission boundary surface of the light guide plate . A transparent cover arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the light source is arranged outside the light guide plate in the longitudinal direction of the case, and is a transmissive part existing at an end in the longitudinal direction of the transparent cover . Connect the end to the case While disposed inside from said light source in the longitudinal direction of the front of the light source has covered with the case, the light from the light source as well as to not transmit from the case, the transparent cover light from the light source To penetrate.
According to the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner and the vacuum cleaner including the suction tool, the light irradiation range can be easily adjusted. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the light having high luminance near the chip LED from traveling to the front side of the case, and to reduce the possibility of causing the user to feel strong glare.
(An example of the form that the vacuum cleaner and its suction tool can take)
[1] One form of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a case that forms an outer shape of the suction tool, a light source that is disposed in the case and includes a chip LED, and has an elongated shape in the width direction of the case. A light guide plate disposed along the light guide plate, an incident boundary surface formed on an end surface portion of the light guide plate, and a reflective boundary surface that is provided on the back surface of the light guide plate and reflects light from the light source incident from the incident boundary surface And a transmission boundary surface provided on the front surface of the light guide plate for irradiating the floor with the reflected light from the reflection boundary surface, and having a light transmission portion and disposed in front of the transmission boundary surface of the light guide plate. And a transparent cover, wherein an end of the transparent portion of the transparent cover is disposed inside the light source, and the front of the light source is covered with the case.
According to the present suction tool, the light output from the light source is incident on the light guide plate, and the light transmitted through the light guide plate is irradiated onto the surface to be cleaned. According to the light irradiation method provided in the present suction tool, the surface to be cleaned is irradiated with light by adopting a chip LED and a light guide plate as compared with a conventional suction tool in which a bullet-type LED is arranged inside the case. There is room for narrowing the space occupied by the parts in the case. For this reason, the irradiation range of light can be adjusted easily. Moreover, the height of the suction tool can be set low compared with the conventional suction tool.
Moreover, it is possible to prevent the light having high luminance near the chip LED from traveling to the front side of the case, and to reduce the possibility of causing the user to feel strong glare.
[2] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, the reflection boundary surface of the light guide plate is configured by a reflection area where a prism is formed and a transmission area where the prism is not formed, and the transmission area is an incident boundary. It is formed in a predetermined range near the surface.
According to this suction tool, by forming the transmission region in a predetermined range near the incident boundary surface that receives the light of the chip LED, light having high luminance near the chip LED is reflected forward by the reflective boundary surface. The degree can be weakened, and the fear of causing the user to feel strong glare can be reduced.
Moreover, since it is possible to irradiate light in a wide range in the width direction in front of the case, unevenness of light in the width direction of the case can be hardly generated.
[3] According to an example of the suction tool of the electric vacuum cleaner, a reflection plate that prevents light from being transmitted from the reflection boundary surface of the light guide plate to the back side of the light guide plate is provided, and at the end of the reflection plate. An umbrella protruding from the end of the light guide plate is disposed, and the outside of the chip LED is covered with the umbrella.
According to the present suction tool, the light output from the chip LED is prevented from traveling to a part other than the incident boundary surface of the light guide plate, the light incident efficiency on the incident boundary surface is increased, and the surface to be cleaned from the illumination unit. As a result, the amount of light applied to the light source increases and the visibility of dust by the user can be improved.
[4] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner,
The upper front case constituting the upper front part of the case is formed in a color with low light transmission, and the lighting unit is housed below the upper front case.
According to the present suction tool, it is possible to prevent the light output from the lighting unit from passing through the upper front case and exit to the outside, and to efficiently irradiate the surface to be cleaned with the light output from the lighting unit. Moreover, the upper front case dimly shines with the light output from the lighting unit, and an undesirable state in terms of aesthetic appearance can be avoided.
[5] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, the reflection plate covers at least the reflection boundary surface and the upper surface of the light guide plate.
According to this suction tool, the light incident on the light guide plate from the light source can be efficiently irradiated onto the surface to be cleaned. Further, by covering the upper surface in addition to the reflection boundary surface of the light guide plate, the upper case is dimly illuminated by the light incident on the light guide plate from the light source, and an undesirable state in terms of aesthetic appearance can be avoided.
[6] One form of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes the suction tool.
The user of the present vacuum cleaner can clean the surface to be cleaned with good visibility of dust while irradiating the surface to be cleaned with the suction tool. For this reason, this vacuum cleaner can provide a user with an easy-to-clean environment.

The
The

The
For example, the

The
It is irradiated in front of and below the front. For this reason, the floor which is an example of a to-be-cleaned surface is illuminated by the irradiated light.
According to the
(1) The
(2) The light irradiation method of the
(3) The
(4) According to the configurations of (1) to (3), the position of the rotating
(5) The
(6) The
(7) The
According to this configuration, light output from the
(8) The
(9) The
(10) An
(11) The

In addition to the first
According to the

The
According to the

The
According to the
(15) The
(16) The

FIG. 18 is a plan view of the periphery of the
As shown in FIG. 11, the light

As shown in FIG. 25 or 26, the

As shown in FIG. 25, the

The
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 19, one of the
According to the state in which the

According to an example, the prism is constituted by a number of V grooves. The number of V-grooves shown is an example. The V-groove is formed symmetrically with respect to the center line passing through the center of the
An example of the predetermined component includes a component that travels along the front-rear direction of the

The
The dominant factors related to the position of the front boundary are, for example, the following two factors. The first is the intensity of light output from the
The predetermined range is, for example, 90 mm to 110 mm. According to the illustrated example, the formed angle TP is set to about 17.8 °, the center height HC is set to 31.9 mm, and the distance LF is set to 93.2 mm. The setting of this distance contributes to the light reaching the surface to be cleaned P that is located farther on the front side of the

The predetermined range is, for example, 8 mm to 18 mm. According to the illustrated example, the angle formed between the normal line NX and the line segment SB is set to about 42.2 °, and the distance LR is set to about 13.1 mm. This setting of the distance contributes to irradiating light to the surface to be cleaned P existing in the vicinity of the

The light incident on the inside of the
According to the
(18) The
(19) The
(20) The end of the
(21) The
(22) The depth of the V-groove constituting the prism of the
(23) The prism of the
(24) The
(25) The
(26) The
(27) The
(28) The
(29) The
(30) The
(31) The
(32) The
(33) The suction tool of

[1] A suction tool for a vacuum cleaner comprising a case having a suction port and a light guide plate for guiding light to the periphery of the case.
In order to appropriately irradiate light immediately below the front of the case with the conventional lighting unit, it is required to arrange the bullet-type LED in the front part of the case as much as possible. On the other hand, for example, since the thickness of the front wall of the suction tool is set to be thin, it may not be allowed to dispose the bullet-type LED in front of the rotating brush. In that case, for example, a bullet-type LED is disposed on the upper side of the rotating brush, and the light irradiation range by the illumination unit is adjusted by adjusting the direction of the optical axis, the number of bullet-type LEDs, and the like. Thus, according to the conventional suction tool, a comparatively big restriction | limiting may be imposed regarding adjustment of the irradiation range of light.
On the other hand, the light irradiation method provided in the suction tool is an irradiation method using a light guide plate that is an element that outputs light to the surface to be cleaned. According to this irradiation method, compared with an irradiation method using a bullet-type LED, which is another element that outputs light to the surface to be cleaned, the area that the element that outputs light occupies in the front-rear direction of the suction tool is set narrower. There is a lot of room. For this reason, according to the present suction tool, even if the arrangement form in which the light guide plate is arranged in the front part of the suction tool is incorporated, the influence on the arrangement of other elements constituting the suction tool is small, or There is virtually no impact on placement. For this reason, this suction tool can adjust the irradiation range of light easily.
[2] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, the light guide plate has an elongated shape and is disposed along the width direction of the case. Suction tool.
According to this suction tool, light is irradiated to a wide range in the width direction in front of the case. For this reason, light unevenness in the width direction of the case is less likely to occur.
[3] An example of the suction tool of the electric vacuum cleaner further includes a rotating brush disposed in the suction port, and a brush housing formed in the case and accommodating the rotating brush, wherein the light guide plate includes the light guide plate. The vacuum cleaner suction tool according to [2], which is disposed on the brush housing.
According to an example of a conventional suction tool, a bullet-type LED, which is an element that outputs light to the surface to be cleaned, is disposed on the upper side of the brush housing and at a position away from the brush housing. According to this suction tool, compared with this conventional suction tool, the light guide plate, which is an element that outputs light to the surface to be cleaned, is disposed in the vicinity of the brush housing. For this reason, the room which can set the height of a case low expands.
[4] An example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner further includes a light source that outputs light, and an incident boundary surface that is a boundary surface formed at an end portion in a longitudinal direction of the light guide plate and the light source face each other. The vacuum cleaner suction tool according to [2] or [3].
According to the present suction tool, compared to the case where the light source is arranged above the case with respect to the light guide plate, the area occupied by the light guide plate and the light source in the vertical direction of the case is difficult to expand. For this reason, the room which sets the height of a case low, for example expands.
[5] According to an example of the vacuum cleaner suction tool, the vacuum cleaner suction tool according to [4], wherein a gap is formed between the incident boundary surface and the light source.
According to this suction tool, even if a shocking force is applied to the case and the light guide plate moves relative to the case, the light guide plate is unlikely to contact the light source. For this reason, the possibility that the light source is damaged is reduced.
[6] According to an example of the suction tool of the electric vacuum cleaner, the light source is arranged on the outer side in the width direction of the case with respect to the end portion of the rotating brush. Or the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner as described in said [5] which quotes the [4].
According to this suction tool, the position of the light source in the height direction of the case is not easily restricted by the rotating brush. For this reason, room for setting the positions of the light source and the light guide plate in the height direction of the case low is widened.
[7] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, the light guide plate transmits light reflected by a reflection boundary surface that is a back surface of the light guide plate through a transmission boundary surface that is the front surface of the light guide plate. The vacuum cleaner suction tool according to any one of [1] to [6].
According to the present suction tool, since the light reflected by the reflective boundary surface is guided to the periphery of the case, the light irradiated on the surface to be cleaned is compared with the case where the light traveling inside the light guide plate is not reflected. The amount increases.
[8] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, at least one of the reflection boundary surface and the transmission boundary surface is inclined so as to fall down to the front side of the case. Vacuum cleaner suction tool.
According to the present suction tool, the light transmitted through the light guide plate travels approximately downward in front of the case. For this reason, light is appropriately irradiated to the area where the user's line of sight is likely to concentrate on the surface to be cleaned, and the visibility of dust by the user is improved.
[9] The vacuum cleaner suction tool according to [7] or [8], in which an example of the vacuum cleaner suction tool further includes a transparent cover facing the transmission boundary surface.
According to the present suction tool, even if the case collides with a surrounding object, the transparent cover prevents the object from contacting the light guide plate. For this reason, the possibility that the light guide plate is damaged is reduced.
[10] According to an example of the vacuum cleaner suction tool, the vacuum cleaner suction tool according to [9], wherein the transparent cover also serves as a lens.
According to the present suction tool, since the light transmitted through the light guide plate is condensed or diffused by the transparent cover, the range of light irradiated from the light guide plate to the surface to be cleaned is likely to be stable. In addition, compared to the case where a lens is present separately from the transparent cover, the area occupied by the illumination element in the front-rear direction of the case is difficult to expand.
[11] The vacuum cleaner suction tool according to any one of [7] to [10], wherein the vacuum cleaner suction tool further includes a reflecting plate facing the reflective boundary surface.
According to the present suction tool, the light traveling to the back side of the light guide plate is reflected by the reflecting plate, and the light may travel to the front side of the light guide plate. For this reason, the light incident on the light guide plate from the light source is efficiently applied to the surface to be cleaned.
[12] According to an example of the vacuum cleaner suction tool, the vacuum cleaner suction tool according to any one of [7] to [11], wherein a prism is formed on the reflection boundary surface.
According to the present suction tool, the direction of the light reflected by the reflection boundary surface is determined by the prism pattern. For this reason, the freedom degree regarding the setting of the irradiation range of the light formed in a to-be-cleaned surface is raised.
[13] According to an example of the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner, the prism pattern is a component that travels along the front-rear direction of the case in a plan view of the case, with respect to the light reflected by the reflection boundary surface. And the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner as described in said [12] which is a pattern containing the component which advances diagonally with respect to the front-back direction of the said case in planar view of the said case.
According to the present suction tool, light traveling along the front-rear direction of the case in a plan view of the case easily reaches a far side on the front side of the case. Further, the light traveling obliquely with respect to the front-rear direction of the case in a plan view of the case tends to spread in the width direction of the case on the front side of the case. For this reason, a wide light irradiation range is formed on the front side of the case.
[14] One form of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes the suction tool according to any one of [1] to [13].
The user of the electric vacuum cleaner can clean the surface to be cleaned while irradiating the surface to be cleaned with the suction tool.
