Description
Claims (15)
- 消火器用の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリであって、前記消火器は、消火剤貯蔵部と、前記消火剤貯蔵部および吐出ヘッドの間に吐出バリアを形成して、前記消火剤貯蔵部内に加圧消火剤を保持する破裂板と、を備え、
シャトル本体に連結されたカッターを備えるカッターシャトルアセンブリであって、前記消火器内で前記破裂板に隣接して係留されるとともに、前記シャトル本体および前記破裂板の間に均圧化領域を形成するように付勢される、カッターシャトルアセンブリと、
突き刺し部材を備える作動装置であって、前記破裂板を突き刺して、前記均圧化領域から圧力を解放し、それによって、前記カッターを駆動して前記破裂板を貫通させ、前記吐出ヘッドを通して前記加圧消火剤を放出するように動作可能である、作動装置と、を備える、消火器用の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。 - 前記シャトル本体が、前記消火剤貯蔵部の主内部領域に対して前記均圧化領域において平衡圧力を確立するように、少なくとも1つの均圧化孔を備える、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均圧化孔のうちの1つが、前記突き刺し部材が前記破裂板を突き刺すために貫通可能な寸法にされる、請求項2に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記作動装置が、前記破裂板を突き刺した後に、前記突き刺し部材を引き込むためのバネをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記バネが、前記突き刺し部材に連結された剛性のある板と、前記バネを取り囲む管状のシュラウドの基部との間に配置され、前記管状のシュラウドが、前記加圧消火剤の循環を可能にするベント孔を備える、請求項4に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記カッターシャトルアセンブリが、前記均圧化領域から圧力が解放されるまで、可撓性シールによって係留される、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記作動装置が、前記消火剤貯蔵部に設置される、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記作動装置が、前記吐出ヘッドに設置される、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記破裂板が密閉される、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記カッターが、中心点で交わる4枚の刃を備える、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記作動装置が、火工トリガ装置なしで、電気的に駆動される、請求項1に記載の消火器アクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 消火器に消火器アクチュエータアセンブリを設置する方法であって、前記消火器は、消火剤貯蔵部と、前記消火剤貯蔵部および吐出ヘッドの間に吐出バリアを形成して、前記消火剤貯蔵部内に加圧消火剤を保持する破裂板と、を備え、
前記消火器内で前記破裂板に隣接してシャトル本体に連結されたカッターを備え、かつ前記シャトル本体および前記破裂板の間に均圧化領域を形成するように付勢された、カッターシャトルアセンブリを係留し、
前記作動装置のトリガに応じて、前記破裂板を突き刺して、前記均圧化領域から圧力を解放し、それによって、前記カッターを駆動して前記破裂板を貫通させて、前記吐出ヘッドを通して前記加圧消火剤を放出するように、突き刺し部材を備える作動装置を配置することを含む方法。 - 前記作動装置が、前記消火剤貯蔵部に設置され、前記突き刺し部材が、前記破裂板を突き刺すために均圧化孔を貫通するように配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記作動装置が、前記吐出ヘッドに設置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記作動装置が、火工トリガ装置なしで、電気的に駆動される、請求項12に記載の方法。
