In the present embodiment, a draining member 59 is stacked on the first exterior 54 (see FIG. 3).

Specifically, the interposition part 591 is overlaid on the ceiling part 560. Further, a draining portion 590 is overlaid on the extending portion 561. A folded portion 592 is hooked at the tip of the extending portion 561 of the present embodiment.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the rectifying plate 8 is provided under the ventilation member 5. The rectifying plate 8 is a member composed of a rectifying unit 80, a wind receiving portion 82 projecting from the lower end of the rectifying unit 80 to the outdoor side, and an insertion portion 81 extending from the upper end of the rectifying unit 80 to the ridge side (FIG. 1). 2).

The rectifying unit 80 is opposed to the draining unit 590 with a space therebetween, and is superimposed on the waterproof sheet 10. The tip of the wind receiving portion 82 protrudes indoors. The insertion portion 81 is inserted between the ventilation member 5 and the inclined piece 110.

The ventilation member 5 of the present embodiment is long because it includes the first exterior 54, the second exterior 56, the upper baffle plate member 57, the lower baffle plate member 58, and the draining member 59, which are long members. The ventilation member 5 may be a member having the same length as the entire length in the direction perpendicular to the eaves direction of the roof. Moreover, you may connect a some ventilation member so that it may become the same length as the full length of the direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction of a roof.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the ventilation member 501 and the ventilation member 502 are connected by the connection member 9. The connection member 9 includes a first connection piece 91, a second connection piece 92, and a joint member 90. The end of the ventilation member 501 is closed by the first connection piece 91. The end of the ventilation member 502 is closed by the second connection piece 92. The joint member 90 is fitted with the first connection piece 91 and the second connection piece 92.

In the present embodiment, the draining member 59 is not divided between the ventilation member 501 and the ventilation member 502, and the ventilation member 501 and the ventilation member 502 share one draining member 59.

The 1st connection piece 91 is comprised from the obstruction | occlusion part 911 and the ceiling piece 910, the back piece 912, and the bottom piece 913 which protruded in the direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction from the obstruction | occlusion part 911 (refer FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, the first connection piece 91 is provided at the end of the ventilation member 501. Specifically, the closing part 911 closes the end of the ventilation member 501, the ceiling piece 910 overlaps the ventilation member 501, the back piece 912 overlaps the ridge side end of the ventilation member 501, and the bottom piece 913 ventilates. It overlaps under the member 501. With this configuration, rainwater or the like hardly enters from the end of the ventilation member 501. For this reason, the waterproofness of the edge part of the ventilation member 501 is ensured. The first connection piece 91 is made of, for example, a metal plate material. In the present embodiment, a waterproof sealer 93 is provided on the surface of the ceiling piece 910, the back piece 912, and the bottom piece 913 at the boundary with the closing portion 911. The waterproof sealer 93 is made of, for example, a foam rubber seal material.

The 2nd connection piece 92 is comprised from the obstruction | occlusion part 921 and the ceiling piece 920, the back piece 922, and the bottom piece 923 which protruded in the direction orthogonal to the eaves ridge direction from the obstruction | occlusion part 921 (refer FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, the second connection piece 92 is provided at the end of the ventilation member 502. Specifically, the closing portion 921 closes the end of the ventilation member 502, the ceiling piece 920 overlaps the ventilation member 502, the back piece 922 overlaps the ridge side end of the ventilation member 502, and the bottom piece 923 ventilates. It overlaps under the member 502. With this configuration, rainwater or the like hardly enters from the end of the ventilation member 502. For this reason, the waterproofness of the edge part of the ventilation member 502 is ensured. The second connection piece 92 is formed from, for example, a metal plate material. In the present embodiment, a waterproof sealer 93 is provided on the surface of the ceiling piece 920, the back piece 922, and the bottom piece 923 at the boundary with the closing portion 921.

The joint member 90 includes an upper plate 901, a lower plate 902 that faces the upper plate 901, and a rear plate 903 that connects the upper plate 901 and the lower plate 902 (see FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, the joint member 90 includes a first connection piece 91 and a first connection piece 91 provided at the end of the ventilation member 501 and a second connection piece 92 provided at the end of the ventilation member 502. The second connecting piece 92 is sandwiched with a gap. Specifically, the upper plate 901 overlaps the ceiling pieces 910 and 920 via the waterproof sealer 93, the lower plate 902 overlaps the back pieces 913 and 923 via the waterproof sealer 93, and the upper plate 901 and the lower plate 902 are connected. The first connection piece 91 and the second connection piece 92 are sandwiched between the rear plates 903 to be connected. With this configuration, rainwater or the like hardly enters between the joint member 90 and the first connection piece 91 and the second connection piece 92. For this reason, the waterproofness of the connection part between the ventilation members 501 and 502 is ensured. The joint member 90 is formed from, for example, a metal plate material. In the present embodiment, waterproof sealers 93 are provided at the eaves side end of the upper plate 901 and the eaves side end of the lower plate 902.

In this embodiment, on what connected the 1st connection piece 91 provided in the edge part of the ventilation member 501, and the 2nd connection piece 92 provided in the edge part of the ventilation member 502 on both sides of the joint member 90, A draining member 59 is installed. Specifically, the interposition part 591 is connected to the ventilation members 501, 502, first through the waterproof sealer 93 while hooking the folded part 592 on the tips of the ventilation members 501, 502 (eave side end part of the extension part 561). It overlaps on the connection piece 91, the second connection piece 92, and the upper plate 901. With this configuration, rainwater or the like is unlikely to enter from the connection portion of the ventilation members 501 and 502. For this reason, the waterproofness of the connection part between the ventilation part materials 501 and 502 is further ensured.

In this embodiment, the ventilation members 501 and 502 connected by the connection member 9 are installed on the inclined piece 110. Specifically, the ventilation members 501 and 502 are installed on the inclined piece 110 via a waterproof sealer 93 provided on the bottom pieces 913 and 923 and the lower plate 902. With this configuration, rainwater or the like hardly enters from below the connection portion between the ventilation members 501 and 502. For this reason, the waterproofness of the connection part between the ventilation part materials 501 and 502 is further ensured.

Since the eaves ventilating structure of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, the following effects are achieved.

Since the ventilation member 5 is being fixed to the upper end of the outer wall material 1, the ventilation member 5 can be installed stably.

Since there is a space between the pillar portion 22 and the outer wall material 1, the ventilation space 7 that communicates with the indoor ventilation hole 52 and communicates with the interior through the opening 20 can be formed.

Since the intervening portion 591 exists from the upper part of the ventilation member 5 to the roof base material 3, even if rainwater or the like flows from the roof material 4, it is difficult to enter the inside of the ventilation member 5, and the ventilation member 5 is waterproof. Sex is secured.

Moreover, since the ridge side end of the interposition part 591 is interposed between the roof base material 3 and the roof material 4 and the tip of the extension part 561 is hooked on the folded part 592, the ventilation member 5 is used as the outer wall material. 1 can be fixed in a pressed state.

Furthermore, the ventilation member 5 can ventilate the outdoors and indoors. A specific ventilation path will be described below (see FIG. 1).

First, the case where air enters from the outside to the inside will be described.

Since the draining portion 590 is opposed to the front of the outdoor vent 51, wind, rainwater, or the like is not directly blown into the outdoor vent 51.

Furthermore, the wind, rainwater, etc. which blow up the outer wall material 1 are blocked by the wind receiving portion 82.

Furthermore, an air flow leading to the outdoor vent 51 can be created by the draining part 590 and the rectifying part 80. Specifically, only the wind blown from the front of the outer wall material 1 can enter between the tip of the draining portion 590 and the wind receiving portion 82.

When air enters the ventilation path 53 from the outdoor vent 51, rainwater or the like is blocked by the outdoor plate 540.

The air that has entered the air passage 53 reaches the indoor air vent 52 while hitting the plurality of baffle plates 9. At this time, even if rainwater or the like has entered the ventilation path 53, it is blocked by the plurality of baffle plates 9 and hardly reaches the indoor ventilation hole 52.

The air that has reached the indoor vent 52 enters the vent space 7. Since the ventilation space 7 communicates with the opening 20, the air enters the room.

When air goes from indoors to outdoors, it goes through the reverse route. That is, air enters the ventilation space 7 from the opening 20 and enters the ventilation path 53 from the ventilation space 7 through the indoor ventilation hole 52. Further, the air vent 53 reaches the outdoor vent 51. And air passes between the rectification | straightening part 80, the extension part 561, and the draining part 590, and is discharged | emitted outdoors.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the draining part 590 is formed in parallel with the outer wall material 1, it is not restricted to this. For example, if the interval between the draining portion 59 and the rectifying portion 81 is widened, the amount of air that enters and exits the outdoor vent 51 can be increased. For example, by narrowing the distance between the draining part 590 and the rectifying part 80, it is possible to particularly suppress the intrusion of rainwater or the like from the outdoor vent 51.

Hereinafter, the eaves ventilation structure according to the second embodiment will be described in detail.

The eaves ventilation structure according to this embodiment is an eaves ventilation structure including an outer wall material 1a, a roof base material 3a, a roof material 4a, and a ventilation member 5a. The roof material 4a includes a protruding portion 41a that protrudes toward the eaves side from the eaves side end of the roof base material 3a. The ventilation member 5a is provided in the position which is the eaves side from the eaves side edge part of the roof base material 3a, the downward direction of the protrusion part 41a, and the upper direction of the outer wall material 1a. The ventilation member 5a includes an outdoor vent 51a that opens toward the eave direction, an indoor vent 52a that is an opening that communicates with the interior, and an air passage 53a that communicates from the outdoor vent 51a to the indoor vent 52a.

In the eaves tip ventilation structure according to the present embodiment, the ventilation member 5a is provided at a position that is on the eave side, below the protruding portion 41a, and above the outer wall material 1a from the eave side end of the roof base material 3a, and thus protrudes from the outer wall. The ventilation member 5a can also be installed in a building with a short roof. In addition, it is possible to secure a space for installing a rain gutter or the like at the eaves. Furthermore, the ventilation member 5a can be installed well and the ventilation member 5a hardly affects the appearance of the eaves. Furthermore, since the ventilation member 5a communicates with the indoor through the outdoor vent 51a, the vent 53a, and the indoor vent 52a, it is possible to ventilate the outdoor and the indoor.

The eaves tip ventilation structure according to the present embodiment further includes a rafter 2a that supports the roof base material 3a, and the eave side end portion of the roof base material 3a is located on the ridge side from the eave side end portion of the rafter 2a. The ventilation member 5a may be fixed on the top.

The roof structure according to the present embodiment further includes a draining member 59a including an intervening portion 591a and a draining portion 590a, the interposing portion 591a is located below the roofing material 4a, and its ridge side end is the roof base material 3a. Even if the eaves side end is located outdoors, the draining member 59a protrudes downward from the eaves side end of the interposition part 591a and faces the outdoor vent 51a. Good.

Hereinafter, the eaves ventilation structure according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail.

As shown in FIG. 7, the rafter 2a is a roof structure material provided side by side on the slope of the roof. A purlin 21a is provided below the eaves-side end of the rafter 2a. Purlin 21a supports the eaves side end of rafter 2a. The main building 21a is a roof structure material provided on a roof eave, and is provided on the upper end of the column 22a. In addition, although this embodiment is a roof structure in a wooden building, this roof structure may be applied to a steel structure building or a reinforced concrete structure.

The outer wall material 1a is a plate-like member used as an outer wall material for a house. The outer wall material 1a is ceramic siding, for example. The outer wall material 1a may be an inorganic material such as a ceramic base material or a metal base material, or an organic material such as a resin base material. The outer wall material 1a is fixed to the main building 21a and the pillar 22a. Another member may be interposed between the outer wall material 1a purlin 21a and the pillar 22a. In the present embodiment, a plurality of vertical trunk edges 11a are provided between the outer wall material 1a, the purlin 21a, and the pillars 22a via the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 12a. The vertical body edge 11a is a member that is long in the vertical direction, and a plurality of the vertical body edges 11a are arranged side by side along the outer wall material 1a. A ventilation space 110a is formed between the outer wall material 1a and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 12a by the vertical trunk edge 11a. Air permeability on the back side of the outer wall material 1 can be ensured by the ventilation space 110a. Another member may be provided on the outdoor side of the outer wall material 1a. In this embodiment, the rough gust 13a and the decorative blast plate 14a are provided on the outdoor side of the outer wall material 1a. The rough gust 13a is fixed to the rafter 2a and the outer wall material 1a. The decorative windbreak plate 14a is fixed to the rough windbreak 13a.

The roof base material 3a is a plate-like member. The dimension shape of the roof base material 3a is formed according to the shape of the roof. The roof base material 3a is, for example, wooden. The roof base material 3a is, for example, a field plate. The roof base material 3a is provided on the rafter 2a.

In this embodiment, the eaves side edge part of the roof base material 3a is located in the ridge side rather than the eaves side edge part of the rafter 2a. For this reason, the opening 7a which leads indoors between the adjacent rafters 2a is formed in the eaves side from the eaves side edge part of the roof base material 3a.

The roof material 4a is installed on the roof base material 3a. The roof material 4a is, for example, a rectangular slate tile in plan view. A plurality of the roofing materials 4a are installed in the direction of the roof eaves and the direction orthogonal to the eaves direction. Among the roofing materials 4a, the roofing material 4a (hereinafter referred to as the roofing material 40a) arranged closest to the eaves side includes a protruding portion 41a that protrudes toward the eaves side from the eaves side end of the roof base material 3a.

The ventilation member 5a is installed in the area | region above the eaves side from the eaves side edge part of the roof base material 3a, the downward direction of the protrusion part 41a, and the upper end of the outer wall material 1a. In the present embodiment, the ventilation member 5a is fixed on the rafter 2a.

The ventilation member 5a includes an outdoor vent 51a, a vent passage 53a, and an indoor vent 52a. The outdoor vent 51a is an opening that communicates with the outdoors at the eaves side end of the ventilation member 5a. The indoor vent 52a is an opening that communicates with the indoor at the ridge side end of the ventilation member 5a. The ventilation path 53a is a space that leads from the outdoor ventilation hole 51a to the indoor ventilation hole 52a. In the present embodiment, a plurality of baffle plates 9 that partially block the ventilation path 53a are provided in the ventilation path 53a.

In the present embodiment, a space 70a is formed between the indoor vent 52a and the eaves side end of the roof base material 3a. The space 70a communicates with the indoor space through the opening 7a, and further communicates with the ventilation space 110a.

The ventilation member 5a of this embodiment is a member having the same shape as the ventilation member 5 in the eaves-end ventilation structure of the first embodiment. For this reason, the ventilation member 5a is also comprised from several members.

In the present embodiment, the ventilation member 5a is fixed on the rafter 2a. The ventilation member 5a is fixed on the rafter 2a by screws or rivets, for example.

The ventilation member 5a further includes a draining member 59a. The draining member 59a includes an interposition part 591a, a draining part 590a, and a folded part 592a. The draining member 590a is a member having the same shape as the draining member 59 in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 7, the interposition part 591a is interposed between the roofing material base material 3a and the roofing material 4a, and the draining part 590a is opposed to the outdoor vent 51a.

Further, in this embodiment, a rectifying plate 8 a is provided under the ventilation member 5. The rectifying plate 8a is a member composed of a rectifying unit 80a, a wind receiving portion 82a projecting from the lower end of the rectifying unit 80a to the outdoor side, and an insertion portion 81a extending from the upper end of the rectifying unit 80a to the ridge side (FIG. 7). , 8)
The rectifying unit 80a is opposed to the draining unit 590a with a space therebetween, and is superimposed on the decorative windbreak plate 14. The wind receiving portion 82a protrudes downward at the tip. The insertion portion 81a covers the upper ends of the rafter 2a, the rough gust wind 13a, and the decorative blast plate 14a.

In addition, the ventilation member 5a is long and may be a member having the same length as the entire length in the direction orthogonal to the eaves direction of the roof, or a plurality of ventilation members connected to each other. Good. When connecting a plurality of ventilation members, they can be connected by the connection member 9 in the first embodiment. In this case, the first connection piece 91 is provided at the end of one ventilation member, the second connection piece 92 is provided at the end of the other ventilation member, and the first connection piece 91 and the second connection piece 92 are further connected to the joint member. 90 to fit. In the present embodiment, an interposition part 591 a is provided on the connection member 9.

Since the eaves ventilating structure of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, the following effects can be obtained.

Since the opening 7a is formed because the eaves side end of the roof base material 3a is located on the ridge side with respect to the eaves side end of the rafter 2a, an indoor ventilation path can be secured. Moreover, since the area | region which can fix the ventilation member 5a on the rafter 2a is formed, the ventilation member 5a can be fixed there, and the ventilation member 5a can be installed stably.

Since the intervening portion 591a exists over the roof base material 3a from the upper part of the ventilation member 5a, even if rainwater or the like flows from the roof material 4a, it is difficult to enter the inside of the ventilation member 5a, and the waterproofing of the ventilation member 5a. Sex is secured.

Further, the ridge side end of the intervening portion 591a is interposed between the roof base material 3a and the roofing material 4a, and the tip of the ventilation member 5a is hooked on the folded portion 592a. It can be fixed in the state pressed against.

Furthermore, the ventilation member 5a can perform outdoor and indoor ventilation. A specific ventilation path will be described below (see FIG. 7).

First, the case where air enters from the outside to the inside will be described.

Since the draining portion 590a is opposed to the front of the outdoor vent 51a, wind, rainwater, or the like is not directly blown into the outdoor vent 51a.

Further, even if rain water or the like blows up the decorative windbreak plate 14a, the wall material 1a, etc. together with the wind, it is blocked by the wind receiving portion 82a.

Furthermore, the flow of the air which leads to the outdoor vent 51a can be made by the draining part 590a and the rectifying part 80a. Specifically, only the wind from the front of the decorative windbreak plate 14a can enter between the tip of the draining portion 590a and the wind receiving portion 82a.

Furthermore, since the insertion part 80a covers the upper ends of the rough gust 13a and the decorative blast plate 14a and the rafter 2a eaves side end, rainwater or the like does not enter the interior from the back of the ventilation member 5a.

The air that has entered the air passage 53a from the outdoor vent 51a reaches the outdoor vent 52a while hitting the plurality of baffle plates 9a. At this time, even if rainwater or the like enters the air passage 53a, the water is blocked by the plurality of baffle plates 9a and hardly reaches the indoor air vent 52a.

The air that has reached the indoor vent 52a enters the space 70a. Since the space 70a communicates with the opening 7a, air enters the room. Furthermore, since the space 70a communicates with the space between the outer wall material 1a and the inner wall formed by the vertical body edge 11a, air can be taken into the back side of the outer wall material 1 as well.

When air goes from indoors to outdoors, it goes through the reverse route. That is, air enters the indoor vent 52a from the opening 7a and reaches the outdoor vent 51a through the vent 53a. And air passes between the baffle plate 81a, the extension part 561a, and the draining part 590a, and is discharged | emitted outdoors.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the draining part 590a is formed in parallel with the outer wall material 1a, it is not restricted to this. For example, if the interval between the draining portion 590a and the extending portion 561a and the decorative windbreak plate 14a is increased, the amount of air entering and exiting the outdoor vent 51a can be increased. For example, by narrowing the interval between the draining portion 590a and the outer wall material 1a, it is possible to particularly suppress the intrusion of rainwater or the like from the outdoor vent 51a.
