Description
通路区分は0.5mm未満、そして好ましくはおよそ0.2mmの半径方向寸法を有する。
潤滑剤製品の通路区分は、噴霧軸の周りに規則的に分布させられている。
通路区分は三角形である。
噴霧器は、コアを少なくとも部分的に締付けるリングをさらに含み、潤滑剤製品の通路区分は、コアの周囲全体にわたり軸方向に延在する溝によって形成されている。
噴霧器は、リングとノズルの間に位置づけされている、第2の空気ジェットを噴出するための第3の通路を含む。
第3の通路は管状であり、こうして動作中に第3の通路が第2の空気ジェットを軸方向に導くようになっている。
第2の空気用通路は、軸の周りに規則的に分布させられ、かつ動作中に噴霧軸に対する軸方向成分と半径方向直交成分とを含む方向に第1の空気ジェットを導く穴によって形成されている。
噴霧器は、潤滑剤製品と接触した状態で位置づけされ、かつ噴霧器の動作中に電圧が印加される導電性要素をさらに含む。
Claims (10)
- 噴霧軸(Z−Z)に沿った潤滑剤の噴霧器(22)において、
前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)を中心とする潤滑剤製品の第1の通路と、
前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)を中心とするノズル(2242)と、
前記ノズルの内部で同軸的に位置づけされたコア(2250)と、
第1の空気ジェットを噴出するための第2の通路(2248)であって、前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)に対する周囲方向に沿って前記第1の通路の周りに配置され、かつ動作中に前記第1の空気ジェットを螺旋方向(F4)に導く第2の通路(2248)と、
を含む噴霧器であって、
前記第1の通路が、前記コア(2250)と前記ノズル(2242)との間に画定され、複数の分離した通路区分(2260)で形成され、
前記噴霧器(22)は、前記コア(2250)を少なくとも部分的に締付けるリング(2258)をさらに含み、前記潤滑剤製品の前記通路区分(2260)が、前記コアの周囲又は前記リング(2258)の内側に軸方向に延在する溝で形成されていることを特徴とする噴霧器(22)。 - 前記通路区分(2260)が、0.5mm未満の半径方向寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記潤滑剤製品の前記通路区分(2260)が、前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)の周りに規則的に分布していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記通路区分(2260)が、前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)に垂直な断面において三角形状の形態を成すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記リング(2258)と前記ノズル(2242)との間に位置づけされている、第2の空気ジェットを噴出するための第3の通路(V2242)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記第3の通路(V2242)が管状であり、動作中に前記第3の通路が前記第2の空気ジェットを軸方向(F1)に導くことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記第2の空気通路が、前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)の周りに規則的に分布する穴(2248)によって形成され、該穴(2248)が、動作中に前記噴霧軸(Z−Z)に対する軸方向成分(F2)と半径方向直交成分(F3)とを含む方向(F4)に前記第1の空気ジェットを導くことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 前記潤滑剤製品と接触した状態で位置づけされ、かつ前記噴霧器の動作中に電圧が印加される導電性要素(2216)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器(22)。
- 部品(26)を潤滑するための設備(2)であって、
封じ込めチャンバー(20)と、
潤滑剤製品(25)を供給するためのブロックと、
電空制御ボックス(27)と、
少なくとも1つの噴霧器(22、24)と、
を含む設備(2)において、
前記噴霧器が請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載されたものであることを特徴とする設備(2)。 - 潤滑剤製品(25)を供給するためのブロックには、噴霧器(22、24)の電源を10〜200Hzの周波数で、前記噴霧器(22、24)に向かう前記潤滑剤製品の流れを中断するバルブ(252)が備わっていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の設備。
