Description
以下、図1〜図3を用いて、本発明に係る車体用樹脂部材とスタッドボルトとの接合構造の第1実施形態について説明する。この車体用樹脂部材とスタッドボルトとの接合構造は、これらの図に示されるように、「車体用樹脂部材10」(以下、樹脂部材10と称する)と「スタッドボルト12」との接合に用いられている。
次に、本実施形態の作用及び効果を説明する。
次に、図4を用いて上述した第1実施形態の変形例について説明する。この変形例では、「鏡面テープ32」が用いられていることに特徴がある。
以下、図5を用いて、本発明に係る車体用樹脂部材とスタッドボルトとの接合構造の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、前述した第1実施形態と同一構成部分については同一番号を付してその説明を省略する。
以下、図6を用いて、本発明に係る車体用樹脂部材とスタッドボルトとの接合構造の第3実施形態について説明する。なお、前述した第1実施形態と同一構成部分については同一番号を付してその説明を省略する。
以下、図7を用いて、本発明に係る車体用樹脂部材とスタッドボルトとの接合構造の第4実施形態について説明する。なお、前述した第1実施形態と同一構成部分については同一番号を付してその説明を省略する。
(1) 上述した実施形態では、スタッドボルト12のフランジ部12Bに貫通部16を設けていたが、使用するスタッドボルトの種類等に応じて当該貫通部16を設けない構成としてもよい。この場合には、凸部22や半球凸部42を、取付用樹脂部材の取付面部における平面視でフランジ部12Bの周縁部と重なる部分のみに設ける構成としてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 車体の一部を構成する車体用樹脂部材と、
雄ねじ部が形成された軸部と、当該軸部の一端部に当該軸部と一体に設けられた板状のフランジ部と、を含んで構成された金属製のスタッドボルトと、
前記フランジ部に覆われて当該フランジ部における前記軸部と反対側の面と隣接するフランジ隣接部と、当該フランジ隣接部と連続しかつ平面視で当該フランジ部の周縁部から延出された延出部と、を含んで紫外線を透過可能な樹脂で当該フランジ部と一体的に設けられ、前記スタッドボルトと反対側に設けられた取付面部が前記車体用樹脂部材に紫外線硬化性接着剤を介して接合されていると共に、当該取付面部のうち当該フランジ隣接部を構成する部分に凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられた取付用樹脂部材と、
