Description
欧州特許出願公開第0280886号明細書において、金属に化粧皮膜を形成する方法が公知である。この公知の方法では、顔料によりその色が定められる比較的厚い電気化学的な層が形成される。
欧州特許出願公開第0802267号明細書において、着色表面層としての干渉層を有するアルミニウム表面が公知である。干渉層は、酸化アルミニウム層と、酸化アルミニウム層上に被着された半透明の層とを有している。干渉層は、酸化アルミニウム層の層厚さ又は半透明の層の特性の変動に起因し得る、予め設定し得るそれぞれ異なる色の局所的な領域を有していることができる。
独国特許出願公開第102010011185号明細書において、ガラス状、ガラスセラミック状又はセラミック状の保護層が設けられている金属表面を有する対象物が公知である。ここでは、模様を形成することは予定されていない。
国際公開第91/19649号において、可撓性の基板上に干渉層を有する温度監視装置が公知である。限界温度を超過すると、干渉層は剥離し、これによりその色を切り換える。
欧州特許出願公開第0303400号明細書において、限界温度を超過すると色を変化させる干渉層を有する温度監視装置が公知である。
国際公開第2011/066594号において、キャリアマスク内の複数のコインからなる配列が公知であり、コインは、キャリアマスクとともに実質的に不可視の保護層により被覆される。
Claims (4)
- コイン(2)用、コイン(2)の玉(3)用又はコイン(2)の環(4)用の金属プレート(1)であって、
前記金属プレート(1)の少なくとも一方の面の表面の少なくとも一部部分領域が、2色の視覚要素(5)を有し、前記視覚要素(5)は、干渉色である第1の色を有する第1の酸化物層(7)を有する少なくとも1つの第1の領域(6)と、第2の色を有する少なくとも1つの第2の領域(8)とを有し、
前記第1の色は、前記第2の色とは異なり、
前記金属プレート(1)の前記表面の前記少なくとも一部部分領域が高さ方向に型打ち加工もされており、前記第1の領域(6)は、前記第2の領域(8)に対して前記高さ方向の凹部(9)として形成されている金属プレートにおいて、
前記第1の領域(6)及び前記第2の領域(8)が、所定のモチーフにしたがって形成されており、
前記モチーフが、前記高さ方向の型打ち加工部によっても描かれており、
前記第2の領域(8)は第2の酸化物層(10)を有し、前記第2の色は干渉色であり、前記第1の酸化物層(7)は前記第2の酸化物層(10)より厚いことを特徴とする金属プレート。 - 前記金属プレート(1)は、周期表の第4族、第5族及び/又は第6族の金属、又は周期表の第4族、第5族及び/又は第6族の元素を含む金属合金からなる、請求項1に記載の金属プレート。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の金属プレート(1)を備えるコイン。
- 玉(3)と環(4)とを備えるコイン(2)であって、少なくとも前記玉(3)は、請求項1又は2に記載の金属プレート(1)として形成されていることを特徴とするコイン。
