Claims (5)
- 骨要素間に圧縮を生じさせるための装置であって、前記装置が、
長手方向内部ボア、骨要素と連結するように横方向ボルトを受けるように構成された少なくとも1つの圧縮スロット、外表面、近位端、及び遠位端を備える細長シャフトと、
前記長手方向内部ボアの少なくとも一部に沿って長手方向に配向され、かつ前記細長シャフトの壁面内に窪んでいる少なくとも1つのチャネルであって、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが、前記圧縮スロット内で前記横方向ボルトの周りに延在する張力調整ケーブルを受けるように前記少なくとも1つの圧縮スロットと連通している、チャネルと、
前記長手方向内部ボアと連通している少なくとも1つの張力調整ケーブル開口部であって、前記張力調整ケーブルが、前記近位端と前記圧縮スロットとの間の位置において、前記張力調整ケーブル開口部を介して前記長手方向内部ボアに出入りする、張力調整ケーブル開口部と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記細長シャフトが剛性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記細長シャフトが、前記骨要素と連結するように前記横方向ボルトを受けるように構成された少なくとも1つの静止固定開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記長手方向内部ボアの少なくとも一部に沿って長手方向に配向された2つのチャネルを備え、前記2つのチャネルが前記長手方向内部ボアの両側で向かい合っている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記細長シャフトが近位部及び遠位部を備え、前記近位部が前記遠位部よりも大きい直径を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
