Description
Claims (18)
- 平面表示部、回路接続部、及び前記平面表示部と前記回路接続部との間のベンディング部を含むフレキシブル基板;
前記フレキシブル基板の平面表示部の第1側上に設けられた画素アレイ部と、前記平面表示部において、前記フレキシブル基板の第2側の第1部分に付着した第1バックプレート;
前記回路接続部において、前記フレキシブル基板の第2側の第2部分に付着された第2バックプレート;および、
前記ベンディング部と向かい合う前記第1バックプレートの側から前記ベンディング部に向かって延長され前記第1バックプレートと前記第2バックプレートとの間の前記ベンディング部において、前記フレキシブル基板の第2側上の開口部を定義する第1緩衝部材
を含み、前記第1緩衝部材は、前記第1のバックプレートの内側面を覆い、前記ベンディング部が湾曲されるときに、前記第1のバックプレートと前記第2のバックプレートが、互いに並び、前記第2バックプレートは、前記第1のバックプレート上に延在することを特徴とする、フレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記回路接続部が、フレキシブル回路フィルムに接続されたパッド部を含み、
前記ベンディング部は、前記フレキシブル基板の第2側の第1部分が、前記フレキシブル基板の第2側の第2部分と向かい合うように湾曲される、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第2バックプレートの幅が、前記フレキシブル基板のベゼル幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2バックプレートの側面から前記ベンディング部に向かって延長されて前記第1緩衝部材とともに前記開口部を定義する第2緩衝部材をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1緩衝部材と前記第2緩衝部材が、前記ベンディング部が湾曲されないとき、一定の距離で分離され、
前記第1緩衝部材と前記第2緩衝部材が、前記ベンディング部が湾曲されたときに互いに接触する、請求項4に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1緩衝部材が、前記第1バックプレートの背面の一部を覆い、
前記第2緩衝部材は、前記第2バックプレートの背面の一部を覆う、
請求項4に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1バックプレートの背面の一部を覆う前記第1バックプレートの一部分が、前記第1バックプレートの全体の厚さの1/10以内である、請求項6に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ベンディング部に設けられた信号伝送ラインと、
前記ベンディング部内の前記信号伝送ラインを覆うカバー層と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記カバー層が、前記ベンディング部が湾曲されるときに、前記回路接続部と前記画素アレイ部上に延在する、請求項8に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記フレキシブル基板の前記平面表示部上に設けられた画素アレイ層;
前記画素アレイ層上に設けられた封止層;および、
前記封止層上に設けられたバリア層、
をさらに含み、
前記封止層は、前記カバー層に接触する、請求項9に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1緩衝部材及び前記第2緩衝部材は、前記第1バックプレートの側面と前記第2バックプレートの側面にコーティングされ、一定の形態で硬化したポリマー物質からなる、請求項4に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1緩衝部材及び前記第2緩衝部材が、前記フレキシブル基板に水分が浸透することを防止する水分浸透防止物質を含む、請求項11に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記フレキシブル回路フィルムを介して前記パッド部に接続されたプリント回路基板をさらに含み、
前記プリント回路基板は、前記第1バックプレートに固定されている、
請求項2に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記プリント回路基板が、フォームテープ、両面テープ、または片面テープのいずれかによって、前記第1バックプレートに固定されている、請求項13に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板が、接着部材によって前記第1バックプレートに固定され、
前記接着部材は、前記プリント回路基板と前記第1バックプレートとの間に配置されている、請求項13に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1バックプレートと前記第2バックプレートとの間に配置された接着部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
- 前面カバーと前記前面カバーの側面に設けられた側面カバーを有するカバーウィンドウをさらに含み、
画素アレイ部は、前記前面カバーの下面に付着され、前記ベンディング部は曲面形態で湾曲され、前記側面カバーによって包まれる、
請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。 - 前記カバーウィンドウと前記画素アレイ部との間に配置されたタッチ電極部をさらに含む、請求項17に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
