It should be noted that an arrow FR appropriately shown in each figure indicates the front side in the vehicle longitudinal direction, an arrow UP indicates an upper side in the vehicle vertical direction, and an arrow IN indicates an inner side in the vehicle width direction. Further, in the following description, when using front / rear, up / down, and left / right directions unless otherwise specified, front / rear in the vehicle front / rear direction, up / down in the vehicle up / down direction, and left / right in the vehicle left / right direction (vehicle width direction).

<First Embodiment>
(Configuration of vehicle inside handle structure)

First, the configuration of the vehicle inside handle structure according to the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing a part of a front side door 12 to which a vehicle inside handle structure 10 according to the present embodiment is applied. FIG. 2 shows a line 2-2 in FIG. The schematic sectional drawing when cut | disconnecting along is shown.

FIG. 1 shows a front side door 12 to which the vehicle inside handle structure 10 according to the first embodiment is applied. The front side door (hereinafter referred to as “side door”) 12 includes a door inner panel 14, a door trim 16 attached to the inner side of the door inner panel 14 (see FIG. 2) in the vehicle width direction, and a vehicle having the door inner panel 14. A door outer panel 18 provided outside in the width direction is provided, and is supported so as to be openable and closable around a door hinge of a front pillar (not shown). For example, the door inner panel 14 and the door outer panel 18 are made of steel plates and the door trim 16 is made of resin. In addition, the door main body in this embodiment is provided with the door inner panel 14 and the door outer panel 18 as main structures.

Although not shown, a door lock portion is provided at the rear portion of the front side door 12 in the vehicle front-rear direction. The door lock portion includes a latch that meshes with a striker provided in the vehicle in a closed position where the front side door 12 is closed with respect to the vehicle (vehicle body). When the latch engages with the striker, the open end side of the front side door 12 is restrained by the vehicle (door lock state).

Further, the door lock portion is provided with a release lever (not shown) that releases the meshing between the striker and the latch and releases the restraint of the front side door 12 in the closed position. When the meshing state of the striker and the latch is released by the release lever, the front side door 12 is opened (release of the door lock state). Further, the door lock portion includes a lock lever (not shown) that switches between a locked state in which the release of the striker and the latch by the release lever is prohibited and an unlocked state in which the release of the striker and the latch is allowed. Is provided.

FIG. 1 shows a door trim 16 on the driver's seat side. As shown in this figure, the standing wall portion 16A constituting the design surface of the door trim 16 is provided with a bulging portion 20 that bulges toward the vehicle interior 15 side, and at least a part of the bulging portion 20. Constitutes an armrest portion 22 (described later).

Here, the bulging portion 20 will be specifically described. In addition, about the shape of the bulging part 20, it can change suitably with a vehicle model etc. In the present embodiment, for example, the bulging portion 20 includes an upper wall portion 24 formed by bending in a substantially horizontal direction from the standing wall portion 16A of the door trim 16 toward the inside in the vehicle width direction. An occupant's elbow (not shown) can be placed on the upper surface 24A of the upper wall portion 24.

The upper wall portion 24 of the bulging portion 20 is, for example, a horizontal surface 24A1 that is substantially horizontal along the vehicle front-rear direction except for the front portion of the upper wall portion 24 when viewed from the vehicle interior 15 side. ing. On the other hand, the front portion of the upper wall portion 24 is an inclined surface 24A2 that is substantially inclined upward toward the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction. A switch portion 26 is provided on the inclined surface 24A2. In the switch unit 26, a power window switch 28, a power window lock switch 32 that locks the power window switch 30 other than the driver's seat side so as not to be operated, and an auto lock switch 34 that can simultaneously lock the doors are provided.

Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the front portion of the bulging portion 20 will be referred to as a switch portion 26, and the portion of the bulging portion 20 other than the switch portion 26 will be described as an armrest portion 22. That is, according to the above description, the upper wall portion 24 of the bulging portion 20 is formed with the horizontal surface 24A1 in the armrest portion 22 and the horizontal surface 24A1 with respect to the horizontal surface 24A1 in the switch portion 26, as viewed from the vehicle interior 15 side. An inclined surface 24A2 that is inclined is formed.

Further, the bulging portion 20 is formed so that the inner end portion 24B of the upper wall portion 24 is substantially parallel to the standing wall portion 16A of the door trim 16 on the armrest portion 22 side in a plan view. On the other hand, on the switch portion 26 side, the inner end portion 24B of the upper wall portion 24 is formed so as to be substantially inclined or curved toward the standing wall portion 16A of the door trim 16 toward the front side. In other words, the upper wall portion 24 of the bulging portion 20 has a shorter dimension in the vehicle width direction on the front side than on the rear side. Further, a side wall portion 36 is suspended from the inner end 24B of the upper wall portion 24 toward the lower side of the vehicle body, and a surface 36A of the side wall portion 36 faces an occupant (not shown).

Here, an opening 38 penetrating in the vehicle vertical direction is provided at the center of the armrest 22 in the vehicle width direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal cross-sectional area of the lower portion 38A of the opening 38 is set to be larger than the upper portion 38B of the opening 38, and the horizontal section area from the upper portion 38B to the lower portion 38A of the opening 38 is concerned. The horizontal cross-sectional area is formed so as not to be smaller than the upper portion 38B of the opening 38.

Further, the opening 38 shown in FIG. 1 has, for example, a substantially triangular shape in a plan view, and a front side wall 40 positioned on the front side is formed in a substantially straight shape along the vehicle width direction. The rear side in the front-rear direction is the top portion 42. Further, the outer wall 44 positioned outside the opening 38 in the vehicle width direction is formed in a substantially linear shape along the vehicle front-rear direction. Furthermore, the inner side wall 46 located on the inner side in the vehicle width direction of the opening 38 is gently curved toward the outer side in the vehicle width direction toward the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the side door 12 can be easily opened and closed by grasping the side wall portion 36 of the armrest portion 22, the upper wall portion 24, and the inner side wall 46 of the opening portion 38 with fingers. It should be noted that these portions (the side wall portion 36 of the armrest portion 22, the upper wall portion 24, and the inner side wall 46 of the opening portion 38) can be gripped when the side door 12 is opened and closed (so-called door assist grip) 48. Is done.

Here, at the lower part of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38, a cavity 50 is formed along the wall surface 46 </ b> A of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38. Inside the cavity 50, an inside handle 52 is provided as a lever-like first inside handle formed along the wall surface 46A of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38. The inside handle 52 is rotatable along the vehicle width direction (described later), and the cavity 50 can be moved (operated) along the vehicle width direction within the cavity 50. It is formed as follows. The inside handle 52 moves between a position indicated by a solid line and a position indicated by a two-dot chain line shown in FIG.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, a connecting portion 54 is provided at the rear end portion of the inside handle 52. The connecting portion 54 has a substantially cylindrical shape and is formed along the vehicle vertical direction. The lower portion of the connecting portion 54 is in a state of protruding from the lower surface 52A of the inside handle 52. An insertion hole 54A is provided at the center of the connecting portion 54, and a pin 56 disposed on the rear side of the top portion 42 of the opening 38 is inserted into the insertion hole 54A. Has been. With the pin 56 as the center, the inside handle 52 can be rotated (swinged) along the vehicle width direction via the connecting portion 54.

Further, the connecting portion 54 is provided with a connection piece 58 extending toward the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction. The connecting piece 58 is connected to the other end of the cable 60 whose one end is connected to the unlocking lever of the door lock. When the inside handle 52 rotates about the pin 56 toward the inside in the vehicle width direction, the connection piece 58 rotates via the connecting portion 54. As the connecting piece 58 rotates, the cable 60 is pulled forward, the lock release lever operates in the lock release direction, and the side door 12 can be opened.

One end of a torsion spring (not shown) is locked to the inside handle 52, and the other end of the torsion spring is locked to the door trim 16 side. The inside handle 52 is held at a standby position (a position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 2) by a biasing force of a torsion spring. For this reason, when the inside handle 52 is pressed and rotated inward in the vehicle width direction, elastic energy is accumulated in the torsion spring. That is, the inside handle 52 is urged in a direction against the urging force of the torsion spring. When the pressing force that presses the inside handle 52 is released, the inside handle 52 returns to the standby position by the urging force of the torsion spring. It is like that.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, a communication hole 62 communicating with the vehicle interior 15 side is formed on the lower side of the cavity 50 formed in the inner wall 46 of the opening 38. Inside the communication hole 62, an inside handle 64 is provided as a lever-like second inside handle arranged along the vehicle longitudinal direction. The inside handle 64 shown in FIG. 1 has a substantially L shape in plan view, and the rear end portion of the inside handle 64 is connected to the lower portion of the connecting portion 54 of the inside handle 52.

In other words, the inside handle 64 and the inside handle 52 are indirectly connected via the connecting portion 54, whereby the inside handle 64 is integrated with the inside handle 52. The inside handle 64 can be rotated around the pin 56 via the connecting portion 54, and when the inside handle 64 rotates about the pin 56 toward the inside in the vehicle width direction, the inside handle 64 passes through the connecting portion 54. The connecting piece 58 rotates.

Therefore, in this embodiment, not only the inside handle 52 but also the inside handle 64 can operate the lock release lever in the lock release direction to open the side door 12.

In the present embodiment, the inside handle 64 is formed as a substantially L-shaped member, but is disposed along the vehicle longitudinal direction via a link member (not shown) disposed in the vehicle width direction. You may connect a lever-shaped member and the connection part 54. FIG.

In the door trim 16, a recess 66 that is recessed outward in the vehicle width direction is provided at the lower portion of the armrest portion 22. For example, a lower portion of the recess 66 may be provided with a storage portion (not shown) to store a plastic bottle or the like. An entrance hole 68 that faces the inside handle 64 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is formed in the upper wall portion 66A of the recess 66, and the entrance hole 68 communicates with the communication hole 62. For this reason, access to the inside handle 64 through the entry hole 68 is facilitated.

(1) When the entry hole 68 is not formed in the upper wall portion 66A of the recess 66, for example, a gap 70 is provided between the communication hole 62 and the front end portion 64A of the inside handle 64 as shown in FIG. The finger may be allowed to enter through the gap 70.

(2) Generally, when a finger is hooked on the front end portion 64A of the inside handle 64, the area on which the finger is hooked is reduced. Therefore, regardless of the presence or absence of the entry hole 68 (see FIG. 1), as shown in FIG. 4, the front end portion 64A of the inside handle 64 is placed on the vehicle interior 15 side so that a finger is easily caught on the inside handle 64. A protruding hook 72 that protrudes may be formed.

(Operation of vehicle inside handle structure)
Next, the operation of the vehicle inside handle structure according to the first embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, an inside handle 52 is provided in the opening 38 (inside the grip portion 48) of the grip portion 48 of the armrest portion 22 provided in the door trim 16. . For this reason, in the state where the grip portion 48 is gripped, the inside handle 52 can be operated to operate a lock release lever of a door lock portion (not shown).

For example, although not shown, when the inside handle is provided at a location different from the grip portion, the inside handle is operated to operate the lock release lever, then the finger is moved from the inside handle to the grip portion, It is necessary to open the side door by gripping the grip portion. However, in the present embodiment, since the inside handle 52 can be operated while the grip portion 48 is gripped, it is not necessary to change the fingers and the operability is good.

On the other hand, since the inside handle 52 is disposed in the opening 38 and is not exposed to the vehicle interior 15 side, at first glance, it may not be understood where the inside handle 52 is provided. is there. However, in this embodiment, an inside handle 64 that is exposed to the vehicle interior 15 side is provided separately from the inside handle 52. Thereby, even the person who got on this vehicle 11 for the first time can easily recognize the inside handle 64 and can operate the inside handle 64 to release the door lock state.

Even if the grip portion 48 is crushed due to a collision or the like and it becomes difficult to access the inside handle 52, the inside handle 64 is exposed to the vehicle interior 15 side, and therefore the inside handle 64 is accessed. Is possible. Further, in the case of a person with small fingers, the inside handle 52 may be difficult to operate, but even in that case, the inside handle 64 may be operated, which is convenient.

Further, in the present embodiment, an opening 38 penetrating in the vehicle vertical direction is provided at the center of the armrest portion 22 in the vehicle width direction, and the opening 38 extends from the upper portion 38B to the lower portion 38A of the opening 38. The horizontal cross-sectional area is formed so as not to be smaller than that of the upper portion 38B. As a result, even if an accessory is accidentally entered into the opening 38, the accessory does not stay in the opening 38.

Further, in order to prevent an erroneous operation of accidentally pressing the inside handle 52 in spite of simply gripping the grip portion 48, for example, the depth side of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38 in the depth direction or It is preferable to arrange the inside handle 52 on the rear side of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38. That is, it is preferable to arrange the inside handle 52 at a position where the grip portion 48 is intentionally gripped in order to press the inside handle 52.

Even when the inside handle 52 is disposed on the upper side in the depth direction of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38, the position of the outer surface 52B of the inside handle 52 in the vehicle width direction is the wall surface 46A of the inner wall 46 of the opening 38. By setting the position slightly retracted (dimension; t) to the inside in the vehicle width direction, it is possible to prevent the erroneous operation.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the inside handle 52 and the inside handle 64 are separately provided at different positions in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle up-down direction, and are integrated via the connecting portion 54. Although an example has been described, it is not limited to this.

(3) For example, as shown in FIG. 5, an inside handle 74 as a first inside handle and an inside handle 76 as a second inside handle are separately provided at different positions only in the vehicle width direction, and a connecting portion 78 is provided. It is also possible to integrate them.

Specifically, for example, in the present embodiment, a connecting portion 78 is disposed along the vehicle width direction on the side wall portion 82 of the armrest portion 80, and on the outer side of the connecting portion 78 in the vehicle width direction. An inside handle 74 is connected. An inside handle 76 is connected to the inside of the connecting portion 78 in the vehicle width direction. That is, the inside handle 76 and the inside handle 74 are indirectly connected through the connecting portion 78, and the inside handle 76 is integrated with the inside handle 74. Thereby, the inside handle 76 and the inside handle 74 are rotatable along the vehicle vertical direction around the pin 84 inserted into the insertion hole 78 </ b> A formed in the connecting portion 78.

Here, when operating the unlocking lever (not shown) in the unlocking direction, the inside handle 74 is rotated from the standby position (position indicated by the dotted line) to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line toward the upper side of the vehicle. Since the inside handle 76 is integrated with the inside handle 74 via the connecting portion 78, when the inside handle 74 is rotated toward the upper side of the vehicle, the inside handle 76 is in the standby state via the connecting portion 78. It rotates from the position (indicated by the solid line) to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line.

As described above, in this embodiment, when the lock release lever is operated in the lock release direction, it is necessary to rotate the inside handle 74 toward the vehicle upper side. That is, the operation of fingers differs from the case of gripping the grip portion 86. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an erroneous operation that the inside handle 74 is erroneously operated when the grip portion 86 is simply held.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a vehicle inside handle structure according to the second embodiment will be described. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the content substantially the same as the inside handle structure for vehicles which concerns on 1st Embodiment.

In the first embodiment described above, as shown in FIG. 1, an example in which the inside handle 52 and the inside handle 64 are separately provided and integrated via the connecting portion 54 has been described. Since the 1st inside handle and the 2nd inside handle should just be provided indirectly integrally, it does not restrict to this.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, an inside handle 88A as a first inside handle and an inside handle 88A as a second inside handle provided inside the inside handle 88A in the vehicle width direction are one member ( It may be directly integrated as the inside handle 88).

Here, the inside handle 88A and the inside handle 88B have substantially the same shape. The dimension of the inside handle 88 in the vehicle width direction is larger than that of the inside handle 52 (see FIG. 1), and the cavity 50 (see FIG. 2) communicates with the vehicle interior 15 side. Thereby, at least a part of the surface (design surface) 88B1 of the inside handle 88B is exposed to the vehicle interior 15 side.

In the present embodiment, the inside handle 88A and the inside handle 88B are integrated as one member (the inside handle 88). Thereby, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the inside handle 52 (see FIG. 1) and the inside handle 64 (see FIG. 1) are used.

In the inside handle 88 shown in FIG. 6, the inside handle 88A and the inside handle 88B have substantially the same shape. However, when they are integrated as one member, they need not have the same shape. . For example, as shown in FIG. 7, in the inside handle 90, the area exposed to the vehicle interior 15 side of the inside handle 90B as a second inside handle formed inside the first inside handle 90A in the vehicle width direction is the inside. It may be formed to be larger than the handle 88B (see FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 7, when the entry hole 68 is not formed in the upper wall portion 66A of the recess 66, the gap 70 is formed between the communication hole 62 and the front end portion 90B1 of the inside handle 90B as in the first embodiment. May be provided so that a finger can enter through the gap 70.

(Third embodiment)
Next, a vehicle inside handle structure according to a third embodiment will be described. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the content substantially the same as the inside handle structure for vehicles which concerns on 1st Embodiment.

In the above embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the separately provided inside handle 52 and the inside handle 64 are integrated via the connecting portion 54, and the inside handle 52 and the inside handle 64 are integrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first inside handle and the second inside handle provided separately may be configured to be rotatable in a state where at least one of them is independent.

Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 8A, in this embodiment, a lever-like inside handle 92 as a first inside handle, and a lever-like inside handle 94 as a second inside handle, It is equipped with.

A substantially cylindrical connecting portion 96 is provided at the rear end portion of the inside handle 92, and a bent piece 98 that bends outward in the vehicle width direction extends from the rear end portion of the inside handle 94. In addition, a substantially cylindrical connecting portion 100 is provided at the tip of the bent piece 98. Then, the pins 56 can be inserted in a state where the connecting portion 100 of the inside handle 94 is disposed under the connecting portion 96 of the inside handle 92. Thereby, the inside handle 92 and the inside handle 94 can be rotated around the pin 56, respectively.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8B, a rib 102 projects from the inner surface 92A on the inner handle 92 side of the inside handle 92 in the vehicle width direction toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction. . Further, a rib 104 protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction from an outer surface 94A on the outer side in the vehicle width direction located on the bent piece 98 side of the inside handle 94.

The rib 104 is arranged so as to wrap along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle with the rib 102, and when the inside handle 94 is operated, the rib 102 is arranged on the movement locus of the rib 104, and the rib 102 is interposed through the rib 102. Thus, the inside handle 92 is set to be rotatable. That is, the inside handle 92 rotates in conjunction with the operation of the inside handle 94.

On the other hand, a gap 106 is provided between the rib 104 and the bent piece 98 so that the movement trajectory of the rib 102 is within the gap 106 even when the inside handle 92 is rotated. For this reason, even if the inside handle 92 is operated, the inside handle 94 side is not interlocked. That is, the inside handle 92 is movable independently of the inside handle 94. Of course, the inside handle 94 may be moved independently of the inside handle 92, or the inside handle 92 and the inside handle 94 may be independently moved.

In addition, although the vehicle inside handle structure 10 according to the above-described embodiment has been described with respect to the front side door 12, it is not limited to the front side door 12 and can be applied to a back door.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above, and other various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
