Description
Claims (6)
- 空気非透過性材料のバリア層を含む複合積層物を含む、真空の完全性を有する複合ツールであって、
前記複合積層物は、
複合プライの第1の組及び複合プライの第2の組を含み、
前記バリア層は複合プライの前記第1の組と複合プライの前記第2の組との間に挟まれた膜を含み、
前記複合積層物は、
その上に配置される複合部品を有するように適合されるツール表面を有する表面板、及び
前記バリア層に向かって下方に延在して前記ツール表面を取り囲む、前記表面板のエッジブリーザ溝
を含む、
複合ツール。 - 前記膜は可撓性である、請求項1に記載の複合ツール。
- 前記膜はゴム、ナイロン及びシリコーンのうちの1つである、請求項2に記載の複合ツール。
- 前記積層物は第1のツール部分及び第2のツール部分を含み、
空気非透過性材料の前記バリア層は、前記第1のツール部分と前記第2のツール部分との間に挟まれている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ツール。 - 前記複合プライのうちの一が複合部品がその上に配置されるように適合されるツール表面を有する表面板を含む、複合部品の真空バッグ処理に使用される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合ツール。
- 前記エッジブリーザ溝は前記表面板を通り、前記バリア層に向かって、少なくとも幾つかのプライまで下方に延在する、請求項5に記載の複合ツール。
