Claims (28)
- 高収量植物生産用のモジュール式システムであって、前記システムは、少なくとも1つのモジュール式コンテナを備え、
前記各モジュール式コンテナは、

植物のための複数の垂直ラックと、
植物の成育に適切な、1又は複数の垂直に自由に吊り下がったLED光のカーテンを備える照明サブシステムと、
灌漑サブシステムと、
気候制御サブシステムと、
換気サブシステムと、
ユーザーによって指示された条件のセットを維持及び/又は変更するように、前記発芽ステーション、前記灌漑サブシステム、前記気候制御サブシステム、換気サブシステム、及び、前記照明サブシステムの少なくとも1つを監視及び制御し、
前記システムは、前記モジュール式コンテナ内で植物の発芽、生育及び収穫を可能とするように構成されていることを特徴とするモジュール式システム。 - 前記垂直ラックは、垂直に吊された成長チャネルの平面アレイとして構成され、前記各成長チャネルは植物のための開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 植物のための前記開口は、前記アレイの片側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式コンテナは、2以上の前記アレイを備え、植物のための前記開口が、隣接するアレイから互いに向かい合うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記1又は複数のLED光のカーテンは、植物のための前記開口が互いに向かい合う前記隣接するアレイ間に配置された複数のLED照明を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記換気サブシステムは、植物のための前記開口が互いに向かい合う前記隣接するアレイ間で垂直に空気を循環させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式コンテナは、2対のアレイに配置された4つのアレイを備え、植物のための前記開口は、各対の隣接するアレイから互いに向かい合い、複数のLED照明は、植物のための前記開口が互いに向かい合う前記隣接する各対のアレイの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記垂直ラックは、前記モジュール式コンテナから取り外し可能であり、且つ、前記モジュール式コンテナ内に取り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記垂直ラックは、前記モジュール式コンテナ内に再構成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記換気システムは、水平の気流及び垂直の気流を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式コンテナは、断熱性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式システムは、年間につき1平方フィート当たり少なくとも約75個のレタスの成長を可能とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式システムは、最大生産能力で動作するとき、年間につき1フィート当たり多くても約3.75ガロンの水を使用するにすぎないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 2以上の前記モジュール式コンテナを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記監視サブシステムを制御するモバイルアプリケーションをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、間欠的に換気サイクルの制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、モジュール式コンテナ内のCO2レベルの制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、灌漑サブシステムのポンプの制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、主要生育領域及び苗床領域の別々の制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、前記モジュール式コンテナ内の湿度及び温度の制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、前記灌漑サブシステムの水のpHの制御を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モバイルアプリケーションは、前記モジュール式コンテナ内で生育する植物のライブ供給又は低速度撮影の写真を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式コンテナ内で生育する植物をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記モジュール式コンテナは、植物のライフサイクルの異なる段階にある植物を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のモジュール式システム。
- レタス、バジル、オレガノ、ミント、パセリ、ローズマリー、タイム、チャイブ、ケール、フダンソウ、ホウレンソウ、アルギュラ、イチゴ、トマト、カラシ、キュウリ及びキノコからなる群から選択された1以上の種類の植物を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記各垂直ラックは、成育チャネルと、前記成育チャネル内に配置された合成成育培地とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記成育培地は、適所に植物の根系を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項26に記載のモジュール式システム。
- 前記1又は複数の垂直に自由に吊り下がったLED光のカーテンの各々は、赤及び青のLEDの混合を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式システム。
