Description

The present invention relates to a joint device for a crossing passage that closes a joint portion between left and right housings.

Conventionally, as a joint device for this kind of crossing passage, “in the left and right buildings where the lower external crossing passage on the lower floor is provided directly below the external crossing passage provided on the upper floor, On the floor surface of the external transition passage body provided to protrude from one building of the building in the direction of the other building and to have a joint portion between the other building and the front end portion of the external passage passage body, A floor joint plate mounted so that the front end portion can be slid only in the left-right direction and the rear end portion can be slid in the front-rear direction on the joint side floor frame of the outside passage of the other building, and the floor joint plate One end fixed to a pair of eaves that prevent rainwater from falling into the lower external passage fixed to both sides, and a rear end side of the floor joint plate or a member that moves integrally with the same The other end A pair of handrails fixed to both sides near the tip of the floor joint plate or slidably moved to the side wall of the external passage main body, and the other building on both sides of the rear end of the floor joint plate. There is known an external crossing passage characterized by an outer wall or a handrail provided on the joint body side floor frame of the outer passage "(see Patent Document 1).

However, such an external passage can somewhat prevent rain from entering the passage directly due to dredging, but rainwater enters the joint plate bottom surface from the gap between the joint plate and the cover plate. There was a drawback that rainwater would fall from the protruding end of the main body of the passageway to the passageway downstairs.

Japanese Patent No. 5727441

In view of the conventional drawbacks as described above, the present invention provides a floor joint device that can prevent rain from directly entering a passage below the passage and the like, and can prevent rain water from falling directly below the passage. It is intended to provide.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. In this specification, the left and right directions and the upper (upper drawing) and lower (lower drawing) directions are referred to with reference to FIG. Further, it is referred to as a front (upward in the drawing) and a rear (downward in the drawing) direction with reference to FIG.
In the present invention, the term “body” refers to a building on which joint plates such as buildings, roads, slabs, elevator shafts and the like can be installed at joints. It also includes a possible passage.

In the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, reference numeral 1 denotes a crossover joint device for closing the joint portion 2 between the left and right housings 3, 4.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the connecting passage joint device 1 has a plurality of connecting passages 5 arranged in a substantially horizontal state on the upper and lower floors of the one housing 3, and one end portions 6 a thereof respectively. Each joint portion 2 is blocked by an upper joint member 6 that is supported so as to be slidable in the left-right direction and the other end 6 b is slidably supported by the other casing 4 in the front-rear direction.

As described above, the crossing passage 5 protrudes from the one housing 3 to the other housing 4 side, and as shown in FIG. The rising portions are a pair of handrails 5a. At the lower ends of the pair of handrails 5a, flanges 7 projecting outward from each other are provided in a substantially horizontal state. In the present embodiment, the handrails 5a and the flanges 7 have an inverted table shape as a whole. Appearance. In this embodiment, the eaves portion 7 receives rain from the side and prevents rainwater from directly entering the lower passageway 5 such as a passage located in the lower part of the passageway.

Here, with reference to FIG. 5, the left and right flanges 7 have upper surfaces each having a bowl-shaped recess, and a plurality of rollers 8 are provided in a row in each of these recesses. . Further, a hanging roller 9 is further provided in the vicinity of the protruding end portion of the substantially central portion of the bottom surface of the crossing passage 5. The joint member 6 is supported by the roller 8, and the joint member 6 is suspended and supported using the suspension roller 9.

A downwardly recessed draining portion 10 is formed on the bottom surface of the transfer passage 5, and guides rainwater adhering to the bottom surface of the transfer passage 5 to the interior space of the joint member 6.
The other casing 4 is provided with upper and lower openings 11 at positions facing the crossing passage 5, and the joint member 6 is slidably supported in the front-rear direction below these openings 11. Guide rails 12 are provided on the upper and lower sides.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the joint member 6 is attached to the joint plate 13, the both sides of the joint plate 13, and the cover member 14 that covers the pair of handrails 5 a in a nested manner. The rainwater discharge portion 15 is provided at the lower end portion and discharges rainwater in the cover member 14.

In the embodiment of the present invention, one end portion of the joint plate 13 is supported on the floor surface of the transfer passage 5 through the support roller 16 so as to be slidable in the left-right direction, and the other end portion is interposed through the guide roller 17. Thus, the guide rail 12 includes a plurality of strength bones 18 slidably supported in the left-right direction, and a joint plate body 19 fixed to the upper surface of the strength bones 18. When such a joint plate 13 is used, a large step is formed between the joint plate main body 19 and the floor surface of the crossing passage 5, so that one end is supported on the upper surface of the joint plate main body 19 and A cover plate 20 whose end is supported by the floor surface of the crossing passage 5 and the floor surface of the other housing 4 and covers the floor surface of the crossing passage 5 where the joint plate 13 slides is used. The other end of the cover plate 20 may be provided so as to be substantially flat with the floor surface of the other housing 4 and the floor surface of the crossing passage 5.

In the present embodiment, the portion where the joint plate 13 slides is formed as a recess 5b, and the recess 5b is covered with the cover plate 20. However, the joint plate 13 slides over the entire passageway 5. You may comprise as follows.

Moreover, when using such a cover plate 20, it is good to provide the cover plate load support 21 so that the cover plate 20 may not bend. The cover plate load support 21 is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-193176 and the like filed by the applicant of the present application, and therefore its detailed structure is omitted.

The cover member 14 is attached to both side portions of the joint plate body 13 in the front-rear direction (vertical direction in plan view) of the joint plate 13, and a pair of handrail cover members 22 covering the handrail 5 a portion and the upper surface of the collar portion 7. A bottom cover 23 that is fixed to the handrail cover member 22 and covers the bottom of the crossing passage 5 from the side surface of the collar portion 7; and a saucer-like shape that is fixed to the bottom surface of the bottom cover 23 and discharges rainwater in the cover member 14 A rainwater discharge part 15 is provided.
In the present embodiment, the handrail cover 22 is formed with a sleeve wall 22a.

In this embodiment, the handrail cover member 22 and the bottom cover 23 are formed as separate members and are joined by welding (not shown), but may be joined by screws or the like, and these parts are integrated. You may comprise. When these are constituted by separate members, there is an effect that work is prepared when installing in the crossing passage 5.

A roller engaging portion 24 that engages with the suspension roller 9 and is supported by the suspension roller 9 in a suspended state is formed at a substantially central portion of the upper surface of the bottom cover 23.
The rainwater discharge part 15 is a saucer-like member, and is fixed to the bottom surface of the bottom cover 23 with screws or the like. The rainwater discharge portion 15 is slightly inclined toward the other housing 4, and rainwater in the rainwater discharge portion 15 flows to the other housing 4 side.

A through hole 25 is formed on the bottom surface of the bottom cover 23 so as to communicate with the rainwater discharge portion 15, and the rainwater or the like in the cover member 14 is discharged to the rainwater discharge portion 15.

In addition, a rainwater discharge port 26 is formed on the side surface of the rainwater discharge portion 15 on the other side of the casing 4, and a rainwater discharge port 27 is connected to the rainwater discharge port 26. 27 is discharged to a drain outlet (not shown) or the like.

By discharging the rainwater from the cover member 14 and the like in this manner, it is possible to reliably prevent the rainwater from dropping into a passage or the like directly below the crossing passage 5.

When the frames 3 and 4 sway in the left-right direction due to the earthquake, and the joint portion 2 becomes narrow, the joint member 6 slides on the passage 5 and absorbs the swaying motion as shown in FIG.
When the frames 3 and 4 are swung in the left-right direction and the joint portion 2 is widened due to the earthquake, the joint member 6 slides on the passage 5 as shown in FIG. 8 and absorbs the shaking motion.

When the frames 3 and 4 swing in different front and rear directions due to an earthquake, the joint member 6 slides in the front and rear direction on the guide rail 12 and absorbs the swinging motion as shown in FIG. At this time, the opening 11 of the other casing 4 is partially blocked by the sleeve wall 22a of the handrail cover 22 to prevent a person or the like from falling on the joint.

[Different forms for carrying out the invention]
Next, different modes for carrying out the present invention shown in FIGS. 10 to 14 will be described. In the description of the different embodiments for carrying out the present invention, the same components as those in the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.

The second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 is mainly different from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention in the form of a plate having one end portion formed on an inclined surface 28. The joint member 6A is provided with a rainwater discharge portion 15A that is not connected to the joint plate 13A and the rain gutter 27 but has a rainwater discharge port 26 on the side surface on the other case 4 side, and does not form a draining portion on the bottom surface. Even in such a transition passage joint device 1A, the same effects as those of the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be obtained.

In addition, by providing the rainwater discharge port 26 on the wall surface side of the other housing 4, water is discharged along the wall surface of the other housing 4, or rainwater flows on the guide rail 12 and is discharged from both ends of the guide rail. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from falling into the lower passage of the crossing passage 5A.
The third embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 is mainly different from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention in that one crossing passage 5 is provided in one housing 3. The joint 2 between the passage 5 and the other housing 4 is closed by one joint member 6, so that the joint device 1 B for the passage is used to implement the present invention. The same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained.

In this way, when the passage 5 does not have the passage 5 on the lower floor, for example, when the passage just below the passage is a road, the ground, etc., the joint device 1B for the passage is used to walk directly under the passage. It is possible to prevent people from falling on the rain.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the one end side of the joint member is supported by a roller or a suspension roller. However, these rollers are used for smooth sliding movement of the joint member in the left-right direction. Therefore, joint members may be installed without using them.

Moreover, although the form which fixed the rainwater discharge part to the bottom face of the bottom cover was demonstrated, you may use bottom cover itself as a rainwater discharge part.
Furthermore, although not provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a support roller may be provided on the upper part of the pair of handrails to support the handrail cover member. By comprising in this way, the slide movement to the left-right direction of a handrail cover member can be made smooth.
