Claims (4)
- 原水として5℃〜15℃の野菜の洗浄排水が供給される前処理槽と、
該前処理槽で処理された洗浄排水が供給される膜ろ過槽と、
前記前処理槽および前記膜ろ過槽の内部に投入され、洗浄排水中の浮遊物質を吸着するとともに微生物を担持する多孔質性樹脂担体と、
前記前処理槽中の洗浄排水を酸素富化する酸素供給手段と、
前記膜ろ過槽の中に設置され、洗浄排水のろ過を行う液中膜と、
前記膜ろ過槽中の洗浄排水に気泡を送り込む送気手段と
を備え、
前記多孔質性樹脂担体は、前記前処理槽には該前処理槽の容積に対し30〜80%投入されることを特徴とする野菜の洗浄排水ろ過装置。 - 前記酸素供給手段は、前記前処理槽から洗浄排水を引き込み、酸素と混和して酸素富化水としてから前記前処理槽に戻し、前記多孔質性樹脂担体は、前記洗浄排水中に均一に拡散し得る比重であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の野菜の洗浄排水ろ過装置。
- 前記送気手段は、前記膜ろ過槽において、前記液中膜の下方から気泡を前記液中膜に接触させるように供給することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の野菜の洗浄排水ろ過装置。
- 前記液中膜の下流に、前記膜ろ過槽中の洗浄排水を吸引する吸引ポンプと、該吸引ポンプの吸引圧力を計測する吸引圧力計を備え、該吸引圧力計によって検出された値が所定以上の値を示した場合に前記液中膜の逆洗浄を実行する膜洗浄手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の野菜の洗浄排水ろ過装置。
