Description
Claims (11)
- 第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部に配置されたねじ受け部とを有し、第1のロッドと選択的に嵌合するように構成されたロッドホルダーと、
前記第1の端部に配置され、前記ねじ受け部によって受け取られるように構成され、前記ロッドホルダーに対して前記第1のロッドを固定するように構成されている第1の固定具と、
前記第1の固定具と動作可能に連結され、所望の磁場にさらされたとき、前記第1の固定具にトルクを付与するように構成されている第1の磁性部品と、を含み、
前記第1のロッドは、前記第1の端部で前記ロッドホルダーと嵌合し、前記ロッドホルダーの長さ方向に沿って延在し、
前記ねじ受け部は、前記ロッドホルダーの前記長さ方向と直交する方向から前記第1の固定具を受け取るように、前記第1の端部に設けられていることを特徴とする非侵襲的テンションシステム。 - 前記第2の端部に配置され、前記ロッドホルダーに対して前記第1のロッドまたは前記ロッドホルダーに対して第2のロッドを固定するように構成されている第2の固定具と、
前記第2の固定具と動作可能に連結され、前記所望の磁場にさらされたとき、前記第2の固定具にトルクを付与するように構成されている第2の磁性部品と、をさらに含み、
前記ロッドホルダーは、前記第2の端部に配置されたねじ受部を含み、
前記第2の固定具は、前記第2の端部で前記ねじ受部によって受け取られるように構成され、
前記第1のロッドまたは前記第2のロッドは、前記第2の端部で前記ロッドホルダーと嵌合し、前記ロッドホルダーの長さ方向に沿って延在し、
前記ねじ受け部は、前記ロッドホルダーの前記長さ方向と前記直交する方向から前記第2の固定具を受け取るように、前記第2の端部に設けられている請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ロッドホルダーは、前記第1のロッドを選択的に嵌合するよう構成された第1のシャフト部と、
第2のロッドを選択的に嵌合するように構成された第2のシャフト部と、の1または2以上をさらに含み、
前記第1のシャフト部は、前記第1の端部で開口を含み、
前記第2のシャフト部は、前記第2の端部で開口を含み、
前記第1のシャフト部と前記第2のシャフト部とは、同じシャフト軸に沿って存在し、および/または、
前記第1のシャフト部は第1のシャフト軸に沿って存在し、前記第2のシャフト部は第2のシャフト軸に沿って存在する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ロッドホルダーは、第2のロッドと選択的に嵌合するようにさらに構成され、前記第2の端部に配置されたねじ受部を含み、
前記システムは、前記第2の端部に配置された前記ねじ受部によって受け取られるように構成され、前記ロッドホルダーに対して前記第2のロッドを固定するように構成された1または2以上の第2の固定具をさらに含み、
前記第2のロッドは、前記第2の端部で前記ロッドホルダーと嵌合し、前記ロッドホルダーの長さ方向に沿って延在し、
前記ねじ受け部は、前記ロッドホルダーの前記長さ方向と前記直交する方向から前記第2の固定具を受け取るように、前記第2の端部に設けられている請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のロッドとの確実な嵌合から前記第1の固定具の緩みを軽減するように構成された第1の固定具ロック部品をさらに含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のロッドは、所望の位置で前記ロッドホルダーに対して前記第1のロッドの固定を促進するように構成された複数のロッド位置決めエレメントを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のロッドは、骨の1または2以上の部分と選択的に嵌合されるように構成され、および/または、
前記ロッドホルダーは、前記骨の1または2以上の部分と選択的に嵌合されるように構成された請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の固定具と動作可能に連結され、前記第1の磁性部品を嵌合するように構成された第1の磁性嵌合部品をさらに含み、
前記第1の磁性嵌合部品と嵌合される前記第1の磁性部品へのトルクの付与は、前記トルクが前記第1の固定具に付与される原因になる請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の磁性部品は、前記所望の磁場にさらされたとき、前記第1の磁性嵌合部品を再嵌合するようにさらに構成され、
前記第1の固定具が所望の回転抵抗を引き起こしたとき、前記第1の磁性嵌合部品を解放する請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の磁性嵌合部品と前記第1の磁性部品の前記再嵌合は、前記第1の固定具に回転ハンマリング力を付与する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の磁場を発生するように構成された磁場発生部品をさらに含み、
1または2以上の作動磁石と、
前記1または2以上の作動磁石と動作可能に連結される軸と、の1または2以上を含み、
前記軸は、前記所望の磁場を発生するために、前記1または2以上の作動磁石を磁気回転軸周りに回転させるように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
