Description
Claims (13)
- 使用済み蒸気の流路に配置されて非凝縮性ガスを凝縮性ガスから分離するためのデフレグメータであって、
選択された周囲状態下において空冷式(乾式)モードで、または上昇した周囲温度の周囲状態を含む他の選択された周囲状態下において湿式気化冷却モードで選択的に作動可能である、滑らかな、またはフィン付管の略水平な管束を備え、
前記管束が少なくとも3つの管グループを有し、すなわち、入口端部および出口端部を備える第1管グループと、該第1管グループの管の前記出口端部に接続する入口端部を備える第2管グループとを備え、前記第2管グループもまた出口端部を備え、前記第2管グループが、前記第1管グループの管数の15%〜30%の管数を備え、前記管束が第3管グループを備え、前記第3管グループの管が前記第2管グループの管の前記出口端部に接続する入口端部を備え、前記第3管グループの管数が、前記第2管グループの管数の3分の1から4分の1であるデフレグメータ。 - 噴霧ノズルの配置が、前記管束の上方に設置され、それによって、気化冷却モードを提供するために前記管束の上に水が噴霧される、請求項1に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 空気媒介液滴の形態の水の損失を抑制するために、ドリフトエリミネータが前記噴霧ノズルの配置の上方に配置されている、請求項2に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 流出水を収集し、過剰な出水を再利用することができるように、1つまたは複数の収集溝が前記管束の下に設けられている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記第1管グループが前記第2管グループの鉛直上方に配置され、前記第2管グループが前記第3管グループの鉛直上方に配置されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記第1管グループの全ての前記管の前記出口端部と前記第2管グループの前記管の前記入口端部とに連通するマニホールドチャンバを設けることによって、仕切り壁により前記第3管グループの前記管の前記出口端部と区切るように、前記第1管グループおよび前記第2管グループがそれらの端部において纏められ連通している請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記第2管グループの管の前記出口端部がマニホールドチャンバに開いており、前記第3管グループの前記管の前記入口端部が前記マニホールドチャンバに接続している、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 第1段がA字型フレーム空冷式凝縮器配置から成り、該凝縮器配置は複数のフィン付管が2つの対向する側部から上方に延びてA字型構造体を成しており、第2段である前記管束が前記凝縮器配置の頂部に配置されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 乾式デフレグメータを備える既存のA字形フレーム空冷式凝縮器設備が、空冷式凝縮器(乾式)として、または前記管束の大気側の面が水浸しになっている場合、気化空冷式凝縮器として、選択的に作動可能である第2段を備えるように調整されている、請求項8に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記空冷式還流凝縮器が、逆A字形フレーム式配置で互いに向かって傾斜して下方に延びる複数のフィン付管を備え、その例では、前記管束が前記フィン付管の下方端部に配置されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記出口端部に向かって凝縮液排水をもたらすために、前記管はその出口端部に向かって傾斜している請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記管が略水平な列になるよう配置され、ある列の前記管が、鉛直方向に隣接する列の前記管から管同士の間隔の2分の1だけずれて配置されている請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
- 前記第3管グループの前記管が、1つの略水平な列に配置されている請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のデフレグメータ。
