梁の下側フランジに着脱可能に装着され、上記下側フランジの幅と厚さの相違に応じて把持範囲の幅と高さを調整する調整部材を備える上側構成部と、上記上側構成部の下面側に空間を形成するとともに上記空間に通じる係止孔を有する下側構成部と、上記係止孔に下から挿入されて係止される吊り棒部と、を備えており、
