Description
また、前記セレーション圧入が、前記共通部分と前記専用部分との結合部の軸方向両端部で行われる構造とすることが望ましい。
また、トーションバー嵌合部20aと連結部20bとをセレーション圧入により結合したことで、ガタのないトルク伝達が可能となる。この結果、従来のように一方を他方に食い込ませる必要がなくなるので、この雌セレーション部22aと雄セレーション部21bには熱処理を施す必要がなく、工程を増加させることなく、入力側シャフト2を分割構造とすることができる。

Claims (4)
- 同軸に配置した第1回転軸及び第2回転軸を、トーションバーを介して連結した回転伝達機構において、
前記第1回転軸が、他の品種と共通に使用できる共通部分と、それぞれの品種の専用部分とに分割された各部分の結合構造からなり、
前記共通部分と前記専用部分とがセレーション圧入により結合され、
前記共通部分又は前記専用部分に加締め部を設け、前記セレーション圧入に加えて前記加締め部によっても前記共通部分と前記専用部分とを結合しており、
前記加締め部の加締めを前記セレーション圧入と同時工程で行なわれる構造としたことを特徴とする回転伝達機構。 - 前記セレーション圧入により結合する結合部には、熱処理が施されていない請求項1に記載の回転伝達機構。
- 前記セレーション圧入が、前記共通部分と前記専用部分との結合部の軸方向両端部で行われる構造とした請求項1に記載の回転伝達機構。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の回転伝達機構を用いた電動パワーステアリング装置。
