Description

The present invention provides a liquid for aspirating, coagulating, and discarding liquid waste such as blood and other bodily fluids and secretions that need to be discarded in the medical field, or physiological saline used for washing the affected area. The present invention relates to a waste treatment apparatus.

In medical settings, liquid waste such as blood and other bodily fluids and secretions that are generated when performing surgical operations and that must be discarded, such as physiological saline used to wash the affected area, are put into containers and collection bags with a suction device. Collected and disposed of by incineration.

The suction of these liquid wastes uses a suction terminal prepared in a hospital room or operating room, and connects the suction terminal and the exhaust port of the processing apparatus with a hose, thereby negative pressure inside the container body of the processing apparatus. Used as a state. Then, the liquid waste is collected in a container of the processing apparatus which has been in a negative pressure state through the suction port, and the collected liquid waste is prepared in advance in the container or is liquid waste by a coagulant to be introduced later. Is solidified and discarded.

In addition, in order to obtain a large processing capacity, a plurality of liquid waste processing containers are used in series and disclosed in JP 2004-321398 A (Patent Document 1) and JP 2001-190610 A (Patent Document 2). JP-A-2001-190609 (Patent Document 3), JP-A-2011-183327 (Patent Document 4), and the like.

特開2004−321398号公報JP 2004-321398 A 特開2001−190610号公報JP 2001-190610 A 特開2001−190609号公報JP 2001-190609 A 特開2011−183327号公報JP 2011-183327 A

However, in the liquid waste disposal apparatuses disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4, only a predetermined number of containers can be mounted according to the specifications of the apparatus, and the degree of freedom for changing the capacity is small.

In addition, an exhaust path for negative pressure in the space between the canister bottle and the cylindrical liner and an exhaust path for negative pressure in the liner are provided independently. The canister bottle, the liner, The timing for setting the negative pressure in the space between and the timing for setting the negative pressure in the liner were substantially simultaneous. For this reason, there has been a problem that suction of liquid waste is started in a state where the bag body in the canister bottle does not sufficiently expand.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a large degree of freedom in changing the capacity, and even when a plurality of containers are connected in series, each container is independent. The liquid waste can be discarded, and after the space formed by the bottle, the bag body and the lid body is first brought to a negative pressure state, the bag body can be brought to a negative pressure state, so that the bag body in the bottle swells sufficiently. The present invention provides a liquid waste treatment apparatus capable of starting suction of liquid waste later.

The restraining means is not limited to the paper tape 59 or the vinyl tape, and various other means that can be restrained by the expansion of the bag body L can be applied. Moreover, you may make it peel by adjusting adhesive force irrespective of a fracture | rupture.

The lid 3 communicates with the inside of the bag body L and introduces the suction port 7 for introducing the liquid waste 27 into the bag body L, and the suction port 7 of the bag body L serving as a liquid waste treatment container provided adjacent thereto. A discharge port 8 that can be connected via a connecting pipe 15 is provided. As shown in FIG. 11, the liquid waste 27 is sucked into the bag body L from the suction port 7 and a bag adjacent to the discharge port 8 is provided. The liquid waste 27 is discharged to the suction port 7 of the body L. When all the bags L are full, the suction is automatically stopped.

FIG. 12A shows a state in which the bag body L is folded and restrained by the paper tape 59 serving as restraining means and accommodated inside the bottle M. FIG. FIG. 12B shows a state in which the bag body L expands due to the exhaust inside the main bottle M, the restraint by the paper tape 59 is released, and the bag body L is deployed. FIG. 12 (c) shows a state in which the bag bodies L inside the main bottle M and the sub bottle M are successively developed. FIG. 12D shows a state in which the bag body L inside the main bottle M is completely developed and the bag body L inside the sub-bottle M is successively developed. FIG. 12E shows a state in which the liquid waste 27 is sucked into the bag body L inside the main bottle M and the bag body L inside the sub-bottle M is completely developed. FIG. 12 (f) shows a state where the liquid waste 27 in the bag body L inside the main bottle M becomes full and the liquid waste 27 is sucked into the bag body L inside the sub-bottle M.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the lower end portion inside the bag body L of the communication passage 44 provided through the welded portion 37 provided in the central portion on the lower surface side of the lid 3 is connected to the communication portion 44. A cylindrical portion 23 is provided that communicates with the passage 44 and has a lower end opened. A plurality of ribs 23a project from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 23 in the vertical direction of FIG. 4 and 5A for preventing the liquid waste 27 from flowing out of the bag body L, the sealing filter 26 having an inverted cross-section shown in FIG. 23, the flange part 26a of the sealing filter 26 having elasticity and having elasticity is engaged with a plurality of ribs 23a provided to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 23, and the sealing filter 26 The flange portion 26a of the sealing filter 26 is held in pressure contact with the plurality of ribs 23a by elastic force.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the lid body 3 penetrates the lid body 3 to communicate the inside of the bag body L with the outside air, and the outside air is introduced into the bag body L so that the inside of the bag body L An orifice portion 24 in which a pressure adjusting hole 24a capable of adjusting the pressure is formed is provided. In the orifice portion 24 of the present embodiment, a pressure adjusting hole 24a having a diameter of 0.3 mm or more and 6 mm or less is formed in the lid 3, and the lower end of FIG. A cylindrical portion 24b having an open portion is provided. The diameter of the pressure adjusting hole 24a of this embodiment is set to 0.5 mm.

If the diameter of the pressure adjusting hole 24a is formed within a diameter range of 0.3 mm or more and 6 mm or less, there is no problem when the bag L is brought into a negative pressure state via the communication path 44. In addition, when only one pressure adjustment hole 24a is provided, and intake sound is generated during intake, a plurality of pressure adjustment holes 24a can be provided to eliminate the generation of intake sound.

A cylindrical and elastic sealing property shown in FIG. 5B that prevents liquid waste 27 from flowing out of the bag body L from the pressure adjustment hole 24a inside the bag body L of the pressure adjustment hole 24a. A filter 29 is fitted into the lower opening end of the cylindrical portion 24b. The sealing filter 29 is held in pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 24b by the elastic force of the sealing filter 29.

Here, as shown in FIG. 6A, the sealing filters 26 and 29 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B and the filter body 51 shown in FIG. It consists of a porous material 28 configured as pores. Ventilation is possible even when the sealing filters 26, 29, 51 are interposed via the ventilation holes. The pores 28a of the porous material 28 contain water-absorbing polymer particles 28b that accumulate due to water absorption (liquid absorption).

The porous material 28 is made from a material obtained by mixing 10% to 20% of a water-absorbing polymer powder, such as polyacrylic acid soda or an insolubilized derivative of polyvinyl alcohol, into a polyethylene powder. The powder thus obtained is filled into a fixed-shaped mold and formed by a sintering method, and is a sintered porous material in which water-absorbing polymers are encapsulated in pores. Here, in addition to the above-mentioned synthetic resin system, natural polymers such as starch and mannan, derivatives such as carulose, and the like can be used as the water-absorbing substance.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5A, the sealing filter 26 has a cross-section inverted hat type in which the cylindrical body 26b has a predetermined outer diameter (for example, 20 mm) and a predetermined thickness (for example, 3 mm). It is formed. As shown in FIG. 4, the sealing filter 26 is fitted into the cylindrical portion 23, the upper surface of the flange portion 26a is brought into contact with the root end portion 23b of the cylindrical portion 23, and the outer peripheral surface of the flange portion 26a is cylindrical. It is press-fitted into the inner peripheral surface of the portion 23 and is fixed with an airtight and watertight adhesive.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5B, the columnar sealing filter 29 is fitted into the cylindrical portion 24b and fixed with an airtight and watertight adhesive.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the filter body 51 of the sealing filter 50 is formed in a square and flat plate shape, and is airtight and watertight with respect to the rib 52c provided on the inner surface of the case member 52. It is fixed.

The lower end surface of the sealing filter 29 fitted in the cylindrical portion 24 b communicating with the pressure adjusting hole 24 a formed in the lid 3 is at a higher level position than the lower end 60 a of the cylindrical portion 60 communicating with the discharge port 8. The lower end 60a of the cylindrical portion 60 that communicates with the discharge port 8 is substantially at the same level as the lower end surface 26c of the sealing filter 26 that is fitted into the cylindrical portion 23 that is provided in communication with the communication passage 44. Placed in position.

With the above configuration, the liquid waste 27 can be prevented from flowing out of the bag body L from the communication path 44 by the sealing filter 26 provided inside the bag body L of the communication path 44. That is, when the liquid waste 27 is at a position lower than the sealing filter 26, a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the sealing filter 26 serve as vent holes in the bag body L. The interior communicates with the space 43 formed between the bag body L and the bottle M, and is formed between the bottle M and the bag body L by being exhausted from the exhaust port 34 on the back side of the bottle M. The space 43 can be set to a negative pressure, and the bag L can be set to a negative pressure via the communication path 44.

On the other hand, when the liquid waste 27 rises to the height position of the sealable filter 26 and the liquid waste 27 enters into a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the sealable filter 26. The water-absorbing polymer particles 28b encapsulated in the holes 28a absorb water (absorbs) and expands and accumulates, thereby closing the ventilation holes made up of a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28, thereby communicating with each other. The liquid waste 27 can be prevented from flowing out of the bag body L from 44.

At this time, the communication path 44 is formed between the inside of the bag body L and between the bag body L and the bottle M by the sealing filter 26 in which the air holes composed of a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 are closed. Ventilation with the space 43 formed in this way is also blocked. As a result, the inside of the bag body L filled with the liquid waste 27 does not become excessively negative pressure, and an appropriate air layer remains on the upper portion of the liquid waste 27 accommodated in the bag body L. The shape of the bag body L is maintained as it is.

Similarly, the sealing filter 29 provided inside the bag body L of the pressure adjustment hole 24a can prevent the liquid waste 27 from flowing out of the bag body L from the pressure adjustment hole 24a. That is, when the liquid waste 27 is at a position lower than the sealing filter 29, a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the sealing filter 29 serve as vent holes in the bag body L. The inside and the outside communicate with each other, outside air is introduced into the bag body L from the pressure adjusting hole 24a to adjust the pressure in the bag body L where the liquid waste 27 is sucked to eliminate the negative pressure, and the excess liquid A connecting pipe connecting the discharge port 8 of the upstream bag body L and the suction port 7 of the downstream bag body L by sucking the waste material 27 to fill the vicinity of the lid 3 of the bag body L 15 does not fill with liquid waste 27, and the connecting pipe 15 can be safely removed and the bags L can be safely separated and discarded.

On the other hand, when the liquid waste 27 rises to the height position of the sealing filter 29 and the liquid waste 27 enters into a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the sealing filter 29. The water-absorbing polymer particles 28b encapsulated in the holes 28a absorb water (absorbs) and expands and accumulates, and closes the air holes composed of a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 to adjust the pressure. The liquid waste 27 can be prevented from flowing out of the bag body L from the hole 24a.

Similarly, the filter accommodated in the case member 52 of the sealing filter 50 that communicates the exhaust port 9 provided in the support block bodies 31M and 31A and the communication path 35a provided on the back side of the bottle M. The main body 51 can prevent the liquid waste 27 from flowing out from the communication path 35a of the bottle M to the exhaust port 9 of the support block bodies 31M and 31A.

Sealable filter provided by being fitted into a cylindrical portion 23 connected to a communication path 44 communicating between the inside of the bag body L and a space 43 formed between the bag body L and the bottle M 26 prevents the liquid waste 27 contained in the bag body L from flowing out from the communication path 44 into the space 43 formed between the bag body L and the bottle M. From the viewpoint of the double structure, even if the liquid waste 27 enters the inside of the bottle M by the filter body 51 accommodated in the case member 52 of the sealing filter 50, the liquid waste 27 It is possible to prevent the communication passage 35a from flowing out to the exhaust port 9 of the support block bodies 31M and 31.

That is, when the liquid waste 27 does not come into contact with the filter body 51 of the sealing filter 50, a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the filter body 51 serve as vent holes and support block bodies 31M, The exhaust port 9 provided in 31 communicates with the communication passage 35a provided on the back side of the bottle M, and the inside of the space 43 formed between the bag body L and the bottle M is set to a negative pressure. I can do it.

On the other hand, when the liquid waste 27 comes into contact with the filter main body 51 and the liquid waste 27 enters the continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 constituting the filter main body 51, the liquid waste 27 is included in the holes 28a. The water-absorbing polymer particles 28b absorb water (absorbs) and expands and accumulates, and the air holes formed by a large number of continuous holes 28a of the porous material 28 are closed to support the liquid waste 27 from the communication path 35a. It is possible to prevent the block bodies 31M and 31 from flowing out to the exhaust port 9.

As shown in FIG. 4, on the outer periphery of the lower end cylindrical part 7a inside the bag body L of the suction port 7, a check valve having a cross-section inverted hat type shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b) and having a valve structure at the bottom. 25 cylindrical main bodies 25b are fitted and fixed. By passing the liquid waste 27 sucked from the suction port 7 through the check valve 25, it is possible to prevent the liquid waste 27 from flowing back to the patient side. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, a handle 10 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lid 3. Even when the liquid waste 27 is fully contained in the bag body L, it can be easily taken out from the bottle M by grasping the handle 10 and can be easily transported and discarded.

In the present embodiment, a large number of continuous holes 28a are formed in a cylindrical portion 23 provided below the communication path 44 that communicates the inside of the bag body L and the space 43 between the bag body L and the bottle M. A sealing filter 26 made of a porous material 28 formed as a vent is inserted. For example, if the sealing filter 26 is simply a column type, only the number of air holes corresponding to the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical portion 23 can exert the intake action, so that a sufficient intake amount may not be obtained. is there.

If a sufficient amount of inhalation cannot be obtained in the liquid waste treatment apparatus 1, the operation time is prolonged for the patient during the operation, which is a great stress. In the present embodiment, since the sealing filter 26 is configured with a cross-section inverted hat type, the surface area can be increased compared to the case of a sealing filter simply having a cylindrical shape. Is inserted and fitted into the cylindrical portion 23 connected to the communication path 44 and is fixed, so that suction must be performed within the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical portion 23. The inside of the bag body L and the space 43 between the bag body L and the bottle M are continuously communicated according to the surface area increased by the inner peripheral recess of the cylindrical main body portion 26b of the mold sealing filter 26. It is possible to increase the number of ventilation holes that can exert an intake action composed of a large number of holes 28a, thereby obtaining a sufficient intake amount and minimizing the stress of the patient during the operation.

In the cylindrical portion 24b communicated with the pressure adjustment hole 24a, a large number of continuous holes 28a of the sealing filter 29 serve as ventilation holes, and the inside of the bag body L communicates with the outside air through the pressure adjustment holes 24a. Outside air can be introduced into the bag body L to the extent that it does not affect the exhaust by a suction pump (not shown).

When the liquid waste 27 is full in the bag body L or the bag body L is inclined, the liquid waste 27 may leak from the communication path 44 or the pressure adjusting hole 24a. At that time, when the liquid waste 27 comes into contact with the sealing filters 26 and 29, the water-absorbing polymer particles 28b in the holes 28a shown in FIG. As shown in (b), it expands, spreads in the hole 28a, and closes it. At the same time, the material of the liquid waste 27 clogs the pores 28a on the surface and closes the holes.

As described above, the sealable filters 26 and 29 shown in FIG. 4 or the filter main body 51 of the sealable filter 50 shown in FIG. 8 prevents leakage of the liquid waste 27 and prevents contamination of the hospital equipment. can do.

According to the above configuration, when the bags L serving as a plurality of liquid waste containers are provided next to each other, the plurality of support block bodies 31M, 31 that support the bags L are connected to each other by the bolts 32a and the nuts. A connecting pipe connecting the suction port 7 for introducing the liquid waste 27 provided in the lid 3 and the discharge port 8 provided in the lid 3 of the bag L serving as a liquid waste container adjacent thereto, joined by 32b A desired number of bags L, which are a plurality of liquid waste containers connected in series and connected in series, can be freely arranged in a desired direction. Thereby, the degree of freedom for changing the capacity for storing the liquid waste 27 is great.

Further, the opening and closing valves 47M and 47 provided for the support block bodies 31M and 31 for supporting the bag body L as individual liquid waste containers via the bottle M are operated, so that the individual support block bodies 31M and 31 are provided. The bag body L to be used can be selected as appropriate by individually opening and closing the provided exhaust ports 9. Thereby, the capacity for storing the liquid waste 27 can be adjusted. In addition, even when a plurality of bag bodies L are connected in series, the liquid waste 27 can be discarded independently for each bag body L.

Since the space 43 formed by the bottle M, the bag body L, and the lid body 3 is first brought into a negative pressure state, the inside of the bag body L can be brought into a negative pressure state through the communication path 44. The suction of the liquid waste 27 can be started after the bag body L is sufficiently inflated. Further, the liquid waste 27 can be prevented from flowing out by the sealing filter 26 provided in the communication path 44.

Moreover, since the bag body L is accommodated in the bottle M so that it can be unfolded, the volume when the bag body L is transported or stored can be reduced. Further, when the bag body L is accommodated in the bottle M and the inside of the space 43 formed by the bottle M, the bag body L, and the lid body 3 is brought into a negative pressure state, the bag body L expands and the restraining means The restraint by the paper tape 59 or the like is released, and the bag L is developed in the bottle M. For this reason, before the liquid waste 27 is sucked into the bag body L, the bag body L can be expanded to maintain a stable shape.
