Description
したがって、本発明の目的は、前述の欠点を回避するまたは制限すること、および、エネルギー消費を総合的に削減し、ストリップの生産を減速せずに、シートの表面全体に沿った温度の均一性を保証する、鉄合金シート、特に鋼板の連続的な熱処理方法を提案することである。
・前記溶融酸化物浴の粘度は、3.10−1Pa.sより低く、好ましくは2.10−2Pa.sより低く、前記浴の表面は非酸化性雰囲気に接しており、前記溶融酸化物は鉄に対して不活性であり、浴の入口における前記鉄合金シートの温度と前記浴の温度との間の差は、25℃から900℃の間であり、好ましくは50℃から250℃の間であり、
・前記浴の出口における前記鉄合金シートの表面に残存する酸化物の残留物は除去される。
・45%w≦B2O3≦90%w;
・10%w≦Li2O≦55%w;
・0%w≦Na2O≦10%w;
Na2Oは、存在する場合には、少なくとも部分的に、CaO、K2O、SiO2、P2O5、Mn20のうちの少なくとも1つまたはいくつかと置き換えられ得る。
・45%w≦B2O3≦70%w;
・30%w≦Li2O≦55%w;
・10%w≦Na2O≦20%w;
Na2Oは、少なくとも部分的に、CaO、K2O、SiO2、P2O5、Mn2Oのうちの1つまたはいくつかと置き換えられ得る。
・前記浴の表面が非酸化性雰囲気に接しており;
・前記溶融酸化物が鉄に対して不活性であり;
・前記浴の出口において前記鉄合金シートの表面に残存する溶融酸化物の残留物を除去するための手段を含む、装置でもある。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の中に鉄合金シート(1)を浸漬することにより、走行時に鉄合金シート(1)上で熱処理を行なう工程を含む、鉄合金シート(1)の熱処理方法であって、
・溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の粘度は、3.10−1Pa.sより低く、浴(5、16)の表面は非酸化性雰囲気に接しており、溶融酸化物は鉄に対して不活性であり、浴(5、16)の入口における鉄合金シート(1)の温度と浴(5、16)の温度との間の差(ΔΤ)は25℃から900℃の間であり;
・浴(5、16)の出口における鉄合金シート(1)の表面に残存する酸化物の残留物が除去される、鉄合金シート(1)の熱処理方法。 - 浴(5、16)に入る時の鉄合金シート(1)の温度が、浴(5、16)の温度より低く、結果として鉄合金シート(1)が加熱される、請求項1に記載の熱処理方法。
- 鉄合金シート(1)が、溶融酸化物浴(5、16)中への浸漬前に予熱される、請求項2に記載の熱処理方法。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の温度が、600℃から900℃の範囲内にある、請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理方法。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の温度が、700℃から850℃の間にある、請求項4に記載の熱処理方法。
- 鉄合金シート(1)が、溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の中で加熱された後に冷却される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理方法。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)が初めは
・45%w≦B2O3≦90%w;
・10%w≦Li2O≦55%w;
・0%w≦Na2O≦10%w;
からなり、
ここで、Na2Oは、存在する場合には、少なくとも部分的に、CaO、K2O、SiO2、P2O5、Mn2Oのうちの1つまたはいくつかと置き換えられ得る、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理方法。 - 溶融酸化物浴(4、16)が、初めは45%w≦B2O3≦55%wおよび40%w≦LiO2≦50%wからなる、請求項7に記載の熱処理方法。
- 浴(5、16)に入る時の鉄合金シート(1)の温度が、浴(5、16)の温度より高く、結果として鉄合金シート(1)が冷却される、請求項1に記載の熱処理方法。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の温度が600℃から700℃の間である、請求項9に記載の熱処理方法。
- 溶融酸化物浴(4、16)が初めは
・45%w≦B2O3≦70%w;
・30%w≦Li2O≦55%w;
・10%w≦Na2O≦20%w;
からなり、
ここで、Na2Oが、少なくとも部分的に、CaO、K2O、SiO2、P2O5、Mn2Oのうちの1つまたはいくつかと置き換えられ得る、請求項9または10に記載の熱処理方法。 - 冷却工程が、請求項9から11に記載の方法を使用することにより実施される、請求項6に記載の熱処理方法。

- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の粘度が、2.10−1Pa.sより低い、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理方法。
- 3.10−1Pa.sより低い粘度を有する溶融酸化物浴(5、16)を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理方法を実施するための装置であって、
・浴(5、16)の表面が非酸化性雰囲気に接しており;
・溶融酸化物が鉄に対して不活性であり;
・装置が、浴の出口において鉄合金シート(1)の表面に残存する溶融酸化物の残留物を除去するための手段を含む、装置。 - 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の上流に設けられた、鉄合金シートを予熱するための手段(12)を含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の下流に設けられた、鉄合金シート(1)をコーティングするための手段(7)を含む、請求項16または17に記載の装置。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)とコーティング手段(7)との間に設けられた、鉄合金シート(1)を冷却するための手段(11)を含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 溶融酸化物浴(5、16)の粘度が、2.10−1Pa.sより低い、請求項16から19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
