Claims (4)
- 燃料電池用のターミナルプレートであって、
集電用の集電端子を有する導電性の第1の金属プレートと、該第1の金属プレートより高い耐食性を有し前記第1の金属プレートを挟持する第2と第3の金属プレートとを備えたプレート積層体と、
該プレート積層体を積層体外周縁の内側において貫通したガス通過孔と、
該ガス通過孔と干渉しないように前記プレート積層体を積層体外周縁の内側において貫通した冷却水通過孔と、
前記第2の金属プレートに装着されたガスケットであって、前記第2の金属プレートの側で前記ガス通過孔と繋がるガス流通領域を取り囲む第1のガスケット、および前記第2の金属プレートに装着されたガスケットであって、前記第2の金属プレートの側で前記冷却水通過孔と繋がる冷却水流通領域を取り囲む第2のガスケットのうち、少なくともいずれか一方のガスケットとを備え、
前記集電端子は、ガス供給に用いられる前記ガス通過孔と冷却水供給に用いられる前記冷却水通過孔のいずれか一方の通過孔であって、前記ガスケットが設けられた通過孔から前記第1の金属プレートのプレート外周縁に向かう方向に沿って、前記プレート外周縁から突出して設けられている、
燃料電池用のターミナルプレート。 - 前記ガス通過孔と前記冷却水通過孔は、それぞれの孔周壁面がシール材によりシールされている請求項1に記載の燃料電池用のターミナルプレート。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用のターミナルプレートであって、
前記第1の金属プレートが前記集電端子を突出して設けた前記一方の通過孔は、複数の通過孔に分割されており、該複数の通過孔の間に存在するブリッジのブリッジ壁においてもシール材によりシールされ、
前記集電端子は、前記ブリッジから前記第1の金属プレートのプレート外周縁に向かう方向に沿って、前記プレート外周縁から突出して設けられている、
燃料電池用のターミナルプレート。 - 燃料電池であって、
発電単位となる燃料電池セルを複数積層したセルスタックと、
該セルスタックの積層方向一端の側と他端の側とに配設される請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池用のターミナルプレートとを備える、
燃料電池。
