Description
図1は、電池ブロック1を示す斜視図である。図2は、電池ブロック1の分解図である。図3は、電池ブロック1の三面図で、(a)は上面図、(b)は正面図、(c)は底面図である。電池ブロック1は、複数の電池2を並列接続して所定の容量を得るようにしたものである。ここでは、20個の電池2が用いられる。電池ブロック1は、20個の電池2について各正極側を一方側に揃え各負極側を他方側に揃えて所定の配置関係で整列配置し、電池2をケース3に保持し、正極側に正極側集電部4を配置し、負極側に負極側集電部5を配置し、ホルダ6,7を介して適当な締結部材25,26等で正極側集電部4と負極側集電部5を締結したものである。
図10は本願発明の変形例に係る電池モジュールを示す斜視図である。図11は本発明の変形例に係る電池モジュールの分解図を示す斜視図である。実施の形態の変形例は、複数の電池ブロック1をW方向に接続して構成した電池モジュール30を説明する。なお、実施の形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
Claims (2)
- 正極側または負極側に安全弁を有する安全弁付の電池の複数を並列接続した電池ブロックの複数を直列接続した電池モジュールであって、
前記電池ブロックは、
前記複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池の各正極側を一方側に揃え各負極側を他方側に揃えて所定の配置関係で整列配置し、前記一方側と前記他方側を開口し整列配置された前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周側に沿って保持するケースと、
前記ケースの前記一方側の開口に配置され、前記複数の電池の前記正極側をそれぞれ並列接続して集電する正極側集電部と、
前記ケースの前記他方側の開口に配置され、前記複数の電池の前記負極側をそれぞれ並列接続して集電する負極側集電部と、
前記ケースの外形において前記複数の電池の長手方向に直交する方向に沿った辺で互いに向かい合う辺のそれぞれに宛がって配置され絶縁体で構成される2つのホルダと、
前記正極側集電部と前記負極側集電部を前記2つのホルダを介して締結する締結部材と、
前記電池の前記安全弁が設けられる前記正極側または前記負極側を安全弁側として、前記複数の電池ブロックの前記各ケースの前記安全弁側に渡って設けられ、前記安全弁側に配置される前記正極側集電部または前記負極側集電部を覆って、前記安全弁から排出される排ガスを排気するダクト室を構成するダクトカバーと、
を備え、
前記締結部材は、前記ダクトカバーを前記2つのホルダを介して締結する、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
1つの前記電池ブロックの前記正極側集電部または前記負極側集電部の一方の集電部は、前記ケースの前記一方側と前記他方側の間で折れ曲がって他方の集電部が配置される側に延び、隣接する前記電池ブロックの前記他方の集電部と電気的に接続される、電池モジュール。
