Claims (10)
- 試料キュベット(30)中の液体試料(34)の濁度を計測するための濁度計(10)であって、
規定されたキュベット位置(36)に前記試料キュベット(30)を位置決めするためのキュベット収容手段(33)と、
前記試料キュベット(30)中の平行な光ビーム(24)を生成するための光源(20)と、
前記試料キュベット(30)を囲む環状の45°集光鏡(12)であって、前記光ビーム(24)に対して同心状に配置される環状の45°集光鏡(12)と、
前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)に対して同心状に配置される半透明の固体の散乱体(44)と、
前記散乱体(44)により散乱される光を受け取るように配置された散乱光検出器(50)と、
前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)に対して同軸状に配置された環状の45°集中鏡(40)と、を備え、
前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)が、前記散乱体(44)を囲み、前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)に対して光学的に対向して配置されることを特徴とする濁度計(10)。 - 前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)および前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)が一緒に円錐形でリング状の閉じた鏡面(14、42)を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)および前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)がそれぞれ同じ形状を有する鏡面(14、42)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記散乱体(44)が円筒形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記散乱体(44)の直径(ds)が、前記試料キュベット(30)中の光ビームの直径(db)よりも大きく、円筒形のキュベット本体(31)の内径(di)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記散乱体(44)の前記直径(ds)が、前記光ビームの直径(db)の少なくとも2.0倍であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記散乱体(44)の前記直径(ds)が、前記光ビームの直径(db)の少なくとも3.0倍であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)および前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)がそれぞれ、同じ軸方向の長さ(l1、l2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 前記散乱体(44)が、前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)および前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)の前記軸方向の長さ(l1、l2)と同じ軸方向の長さ(l3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の濁度計(10)。
- 軸方向で前記環状の45°集光鏡(12)と前記環状の45°集中鏡(40)との間に配置される光ビーム鏡(22)をさらに備え、前記光ビーム鏡(22)が、前記光源(20)から来る光を、軸方向に前記試料キュベット(30)の中へ反射することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計(10)。
