Claims (16)
- ホイールキャリアを車体に連結するサスペンションリンクと;
前記サスペンションリンクの車体側連結部と車体の間に設置されて、前記サスペンションリンクのヒンジ運動を出力ギヤを通して出力するブッシュユニットと;
前記ブッシュユニットの出力ギヤと連結されて、出力ギヤから伝達されるヒンジ運動を入力ギヤに伝達して、一方向回転動力だけを出力する一方向動力伝達手段と;
前記車体の一側に設置されて、伝達される一方向回転動力によって回転しながら、電気エネルギーを生成するゼネレータと;
前記ゼネレータと一方向動力伝達手段の間に構成されて、前記一方向動力伝達手段から伝達される一方向回転動力を増速して、前記ゼネレータの回転軸に伝達する増速機と;
前記ゼネレータと電気的に接続して、前記ゼネレータから生成された電気を整流する整流器と;
前記整流器と電気的に接続して、電気エネルギーを蓄電するバッテリーと;
を含み、
前記一方向動力伝達手段は、
インナーケースと;
前記インナーケースと組立てられ、ボルトが挿入されるボルト挿入管が形成されたアウターケースと;
前記インナーケースとアウターケースの内部で前記出力ギヤに噛み合い、軸方向の外側に延長された外側延長端が形成された入力ギヤと;
前記入力ギヤの外周と前記インナーケースの内周の間に介在する第3ベアリングと;
前記外側延長端の内周と前記ボルト挿入管の外周の間に介在する第4ベアリングと;
前記外側延長端の外周に設けられるワンウェイクラッチと;
前記ワンウェイクラッチの外周に設けられる増速ギヤと;
前記増速ギヤと噛み合って、一方向回転動力を前記増速機に伝達する少なくとも一つ以上のアイドルギヤと;
を含むことを特徴とする、車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記ブッシュユニットは、
前記サスペンションリンクの車体側連結部に結合するアウターパイプと;
前記アウターパイプの内部に配置されて、車体の一側に固定されるインナーパイプと;
前記アウターパイプとインナーパイプの間に備えられ、アウターパイプに結合されるブッシュゴムと;
前記ブッシュゴムとインナーパイプの間に延長形成された内側延長端を通して前記ブッシュゴムと連結される出力ギヤと;
前記出力ギヤの内側延長端の内周面に固定されるベアリング支持環と;
前記インナーパイプの外周面に設置されて、前記ベアリング支持環と摩擦接触する第1ベアリングと;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記第1ベアリングは、プラスチック摩擦ベアリングからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。
- 前記ベアリング支持環は、プラスチック射出品からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。
- 前記出力ギヤの内周と前記インナーパイプの外周の間に介在する第2ベアリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。
- 前記第2ベアリングは、ニードルベアリングからなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。
- 前記ワンウェイクラッチは、
前記サスペンションリンクのバンプの時に、出力ギヤの回転動力を増速ギヤに伝達するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記ワンウェイクラッチは、
前記サスペンションリンクのリバウンドの時に、出力ギヤの回転動力を増速ギヤに伝達するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記増速機は、
前記ゼネレータと一方向動力伝達手段の間に、一体に形成される増速機ハウジングと;
前記増速機ハウジングの内部に備わる少なくとも一つ以上の遊星ギヤセットと;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つ以上の遊星ギヤセットは、
シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットからなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つ以上の遊星ギヤセットは、
3個のシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットからなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記3個の遊星ギヤセットは、
各シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットのそれぞれのリングギヤが、前記増速機ハウジングに固定されて固定要素として作用し、
それぞれの遊星キャリアは、入力要素として作用し、
それぞれのサンギヤは、出力要素として作用するように相互連結されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記3個の遊星ギヤセットは、
シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットとして、第1サンギヤと、第1リングギヤと、前記第1サンギヤと前記第1リングギヤの間に噛み合う第1ピニオンを支持する第1遊星キャリアとを含む第1遊星ギヤセットと;
シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットとして、第2サンギヤと、第2リングギヤと、前記第2サンギヤと前記第2リングギヤの間に噛み合う第2ピニオンを支持する第2遊星キャリアとを含む第2遊星ギヤセットと;
シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットとして、第3サンギヤと、第3リングギヤと、前記第3サンギヤと前記第3リングギヤの間に噛み合う第3ピニオンを支持する第3遊星キャリアとを含む第3遊星ギヤセットと;
から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記第1、2、3遊星ギヤセットは、前記第1、2、3リングギヤが一体に形成されて、前記増速機ハウジングの内周に固定され、
前記第1サンギヤは第2遊星キャリアと連結され、前記第2サンギヤは第3遊星キャリアと連結され、
前記第1遊星キャリアを通して前記一方向動力伝達手段から入力された回転動力が増速されて、前記第3サンギヤを通して前記ゼネレータの回転軸に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記サスペンションリンクは、
後輪ストラット式サスペンションにおいて、ホイールキャリアと車体を連結するリンクのうちの一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。 - 前記サスペンションリンクは、
デュアルリンク式またはウィッシュボーン式またはダブルウィッシュボーン式サスペンションにおいて、ホイールキャリアと車体を連結するリンクのうちの一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンションのエネルギー回生装置。
