Description
Claims (11)
- 自動化された仕方で作動される設備(10)の安全な設備状態を検知するためのセンサ構成であって、
第1のアクチュエータ(22c)から第1入力信号(66c)を受信するよう設計され、かつ、前記第1のアクチュエータ(22c)とは異なる少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(22a,22b,22d)から少なくとも1つのさらなる入力信号(66a)を受信するよう設計された入力回路(60)であって、前記第1入力信号(66c)は、検知されることになる前記安全な設備状態に依存し、前記さらなる入力信号(66a)は他の状態に依存している、入力回路(60)と、
第1出力信号(76)および第2出力信号(78)を出力するための第1出力(68)および少なくとも1つの第2出力(70)と、
前記第1入力信号(66c)をフェールセーフな仕方で評価し、それに基づいて、前記第1および第2出力(68、70)で前記第1および第2出力信号(76、78)を生成する評価ユニット(64)であって、前記第1および第2出力信号(76、78)は、組み合わされて前記安全な設備状態を信号出力する冗長な信号対を形成する、評価ユニット(64)とを備え、
前記評価ユニット(64)はさらに、前記さらなる入力信号(66a)を評価し、それに基づいて、前記第1出力(68)で第3出力信号(80)を、かつ、前記第2出力(70)で第4出力信号(82)を生成するよう設計されており、前記第3および第4出力信号(80、82)は、前記冗長な信号対と異なる非冗長な信号対を形成する、センサ構成。 - 前記評価ユニット(64)は、前記入力回路(60)が前記第1入力信号(66c)のみを受信した場合に、かつその場合にのみ、前記第1および第2出力信号(76、78)を有する前記冗長な信号対を生成する、請求項1に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記第1および第2出力(68、70)での前記出力信号(76、78、80、82)はそれぞれ、活性の第1信号水準または不活性の第2信号水準を有するバイナリ信号であり、前記第1および第2出力信号(76、78)はそれぞれ、前記活性の第1信号水準を有している、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記第3出力信号(80)または前記第4出力信号(82)は、前記不活性の第2信号水準に対応している、請求項3に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記第1および第2出力信号(76、78)はそれぞれ、定期的に変化する信号水準(84)を有している、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記評価ユニット(64)は、一時的に連続した間隔で、前記冗長な信号対および前記非冗長な信号対を生成する、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記入力回路(60)および前記評価ユニット(64)が配置される第1装置ハウジング(54)を有し、前記第1入力信号(66c)を生成する前記第1のアクチュエータ(22c)は、前記第1装置ハウジング(54)から空間的に分離されている、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータ(22c)は、前記第1入力信号(66c)を介して前記評価ユニット(64)に送信される個別の識別コード(62c)を有している、請求項7に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータ(22c)とは異なる少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(22a,22b,22d)は、さらなる個別の識別コード(62a)を有し、前記評価ユニット(64)は、前記個別の識別コード(62c)および前記さらなる個別の識別コード(62a)に基づき、前記第1入力信号(66c)を前記さらなる入力信号(66a)から区別する、請求項8に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記評価ユニット(64)は、前記出力信号(76、78、80、82)の少なくとも1つ内で前記個別の識別コード(62)を統合する、請求項8または請求項9に記載のセンサ構成。
- 前記さらなる入力信号を供給するためのケーブル接続(72)を備える、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構成。
