- 磁気軸受によって軸支されるシャフトと、当該シャフトに固定されるインペラと、前記シャフトが基準位置から変位したときに前記シャフトを軸支する補助軸受とを備える遠心圧縮機であって、
前記シャフトの第1端側に配置される前記補助軸受である第1補助軸受と、
前記シャフトの第2端側に配置される前記補助軸受である第2補助軸受と、
前記第1補助軸受及び前記第2補助軸受のうち前記第1補助軸受に対してのみ設けられ、前記シャフトに固定されると共に前記第1補助軸受と当接することで前記シャフトの軸方向両側への移動を規制するストッパと
を備え、
前記インペラとして、低圧インペラと、当該低圧インペラによって圧縮された気体をさらに圧縮する高圧インペラとを備え、
前記シャフトの前記ストッパが配置される側の端である前記第1端に前記高圧インペラが固定されている
ことを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。 - 前記シャフトの軸方向の移動を規制する前記磁気軸受である軸方向磁気軸受を備え、当該軸方向磁気軸受は、前記シャフトの軸方向において前記第2補助軸受よりも前記第1補助軸受に近い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1補助軸受及び第2補助軸受は、深溝玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1補助軸受は、2つのアンギュラ玉軸受が背面合わせあるいは正面合わせされた複列式アンギュラ玉軸受であり、
前記第2補助軸受は、コロ軸受である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記ストッパは、
前記第1補助軸受の前記第2端側の側面に対向配置される第1突設部を有すると共に前記シャフトに嵌合される第1リング部材と、
前記第1補助軸受の前記第1端側の側面に対向配置される第2突設部を有すると共に前記シャフトの嵌合される第2リング部材と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - シャフトと、
前記シャフトに固定されたインペラと、
前記シャフトを軸支する磁気軸受と、
前記シャフトの第1端側に配置される第1補助軸受と、
前記シャフトの第2端側に配置される第2補助軸受と、
前記シャフトに固定され、前記第1補助軸受の一方の側面に隙間を空けて対向配置された第1突設部及び前記シャフトに固定され、前記一方の側面と反対側の側面に隙間を空けて対向配置された第2突設部を有するストッパと、
前記磁気軸受によって、前記シャフトの熱伸縮の基点が前記第1補助軸受が配置される箇所となるように前記シャフトの位置が調節される、遠心圧縮機。 - 磁気軸受によって軸支されるシャフトと、当該シャフトに固定されるインペラと、前記シャフトが基準位置から変位したときに前記シャフトを軸支する補助軸受とを備える遠心圧縮機であって、
前記シャフトの第1端側に配置される前記補助軸受である第1補助軸受と、
前記シャフトの第2端側に配置される前記補助軸受である第2補助軸受と、
前記第1補助軸受及び前記第2補助軸受のうち前記第1補助軸受に対してのみ設けられ、前記シャフトに固定されると共に前記第1補助軸受と当接することで前記シャフトの軸方向両側への移動を規制するストッパと、を備える遠心圧縮機。
