Description

The present invention relates to a sticky note technology, and more specifically, by providing a hole and a split part in a bundle of a plurality of sticky note sheets, various sticky note bundles of different colors and shapes can be assembled. The present invention relates to a sticky note technology that makes it possible to pass a string part such as an employee ID card that has been worn over to a hole part, and to carry various sticky notes easily.

In the past, a wide variety of sticky notes that have been widely used as office supplies or stationery have been sold to meet the purpose and purpose, such as size and color. There are things that incorporate a fashionable sense such as fluorescent color, translucent, or with a picture, and in addition, roll-type sticky notes that can be cut and used freely are also available, so if you are only on the desk of a clerk or study First, it has a wide range of uses, such as memos at creative activities, development sites, sales activities, and business partners, and it is used regardless of industry or location.

These sticky note papers are generally made by stacking a large number of sticky note papers coated with a releasable adhesive on a part of one side and attaching a cardboard board to the sticky note papers. Therefore, if the bundle of sticky notes is moved in a pocket, the stacked state will be lost, or if you want to use different stickers with different colors or sizes, or different shapes, You must purchase for each size, size, or shape, or you must purchase a set. This can cause economic disadvantages such as waste. Thus, there is a need for a technique for bundling sticky notes that can be freely selected from a variety of sticky notes and that has excellent practicality such as storage and rearrangement.

In addition, there is a sticky note paper that has a hole in the sticky note main body and can be prevented from falling apart by passing it through, for example, a rod-shaped member. In such a case as well, there is a problem that the sticky note above the sticky note to be used must be used after one end is removed first. Accordingly, there is a need for a sticky note that can be selected easily and that can be easily peeled off.

In view of the above problems, various techniques have been proposed by other than the present inventors. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which the name of the invention is “sticky paper clip”, which is a known technique (see Patent Document 1). Specifically, “a plurality of sticky notes, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer is provided in one end region of the sticky note sheet, and a through hole is provided in the center thereof. A removable adhesive is provided on the back side of the sticky note memo part. A sticky note characterized by having a perforation cut off at the boundary between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the removable adhesive. However, the invention described in Patent Document 1 can be used without removing the sticky paper to be used from the bar-like member because it prevents separation by passing the bar-like member through the through-hole and can be separated from the perforation. It can be said that it is an excellent sticky note. Accordingly, it is not yet convenient to easily rearrange the stacked sticky notes and remove the used mounts, and has not yet solved the above problem.

Patent Document 2 discloses a technique in which the name of the invention is “a writing notebook having an information transmission function and a communication tool function”, which is a known technique (see Patent Document 2). Specifically, the writing notebook having the information transmission function and the communication tool function in the present invention is formed in the form of a binding notebook and a system notebook composed of a notebook section and a cover cover, and the notebook section is formed with the height of the cover cover. The information transmission paper piece consisting of a sticky note and a message card or the like is bound to the short space by a fastener so that the information transmission paper piece has an information transmission function and a communication tool function. The information transmission paper piece is stored compactly without increasing the thickness in a notebook that is used on a daily basis. " However, the invention described in Patent Document 2 has the convenience that it can be taken out immediately when it is desired to use it without being disjointed by binding it to the notebook, but it is limited to a specific case of carrying the notebook and is routinely used. However, it cannot be said that the problem has been solved.

Patent Document 3 discloses a technique in which the name of the invention is “sticky paper”, which is a known technique (see Patent Document 3). Specifically, “the sticky note paper is laminated via a releasable adhesive applied to the back surface of a plurality of sticky note sheets, and is formed on the outer side of the perforation formed along the vertical direction. The adhesive margin part and the notebook part 5 which is arranged on the inner side of the perforation and on which the characters can be written are provided, and the releasable adhesive is applied to the back surface of the adhesive margin part 4, while the notebook The part is formed with a plurality of through holes into which the ring file binding tool can be inserted. " However, the invention described in Patent Document 3 has a shape that is limited only when used by attaching it to a notebook or notebook, and there remains a problem in freely using a sticky note according to the application. I can say that.

Further, the present invention may employ a configuration in which the position of the split part of the stacked sticky note parts and the position of the split part of the mount are offset.

Further, the present invention may employ a configuration in which the split portion is formed in a substantially V shape from a part of the through hole toward the outer peripheral edge of the sticky note paper and the mount.

In addition, the present invention may employ a configuration in which a cut-out portion by a perforation is provided in a region where the adhesive is applied.

In addition, the present invention may employ a configuration in which a cut-out portion by a perforation is provided at the boundary between the region where the adhesive is applied and the region where the adhesive is not applied.

According to the sticky note with a hole according to the present invention, sticky notes of various sizes and shapes as well as colors and the like are bound to a single bar-like member, and a sticky note can be selected and used according to the application. Exhibits an excellent effect.

Further, according to the sticky note with a hole according to the present invention, it can be attached to a continuous ring such as a string, a rod-shaped member, or a belt threading part, for example, a string part of an employee ID card that remains on the neck In addition, an excellent effect of being able to be led from the split part to the through hole and hung is exhibited.

FIG. 1 is a basic configuration explanatory view showing a first basic configuration (a split portion 60 is straight) of a sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. FIG. 1A is a plan view of a sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention, FIG. 1B shows a stacked state of a plurality of sticky notes 10 and a mount 30, and FIG. 1C shows the present invention. It is a perspective view explaining the 1st basic composition of sticky note paper 1 with a hole concerning.

The sticky note paper 1 with a hole is laminated on each back surface of a plurality of sticky note papers 10 by applying an adhesive 20 that can be peeled off from the surface of the other sticky note paper 10. The mount 30 is arranged. Each configuration will be described below.

The sticky note 10 is a small piece of paper that is temporarily attached to a document, book, or the like as a memo, and is a small piece of paper that can be attached or removed without preparing glue or tape. The paper quality may be high quality paper that can be used for writing memos, and the thickness may be 70 μm to 120 μm (0.070 mm to 0.120 mm). Any plastic material may be used, and the material is not particularly limited to these materials. The shape is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and the same applies to the colors, and can be changed within the scope of the technical idea according to the present invention.

The mount 30 is a member that is disposed at the bottom of a plurality of sticky notes 10 laminated with an adhesive 20 and is used to maintain the deflection and shape of the laminated sticky notes 10. The thickness of the sticky note 10 may be approximately the same as the thickness of one sheet. However, the thickness is not limited to this, and it may be a solid mount 30 when taking a note using a thick paper of about 3 mm, and considering that the rod-like member B or the like is inserted into the through hole 50, the thickness is 2 mm. It is considered to be the best.

The through hole 50 is a hole provided through the sticky note paper 10 and the mount 30, and the size is not particularly limited, and corresponds appropriately depending on the size and shape of the sticky note paper 10, the thickness of the binding portion, or the like. Use a possible diameter. Further, in the drawing, it is shown in a state of being cut out in a circular shape, but is not limited to a circular shape, and may be a square, other polygons, or the like.

The split portion 60 is a cut provided in the sticky note 10 and the mount 30, and the cut in the first basic configuration is formed by cutting the stacked sticky note 10 and the mount 30 linearly. In addition, it is desirable that the split portion 60 is provided in the region 21 where the adhesive 20 is applied. The reason is that the effect of returning to the original state by the elastic characteristics of the adhesive 20 is obtained after the split portion 60 is twisted and opened, and the rod-like member B or the like is inserted therethrough.

FIG. 2 is a basic configuration explanatory diagram showing a second basic configuration (the split portion is offset) of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. FIG. 2A is a plan view of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention, and FIG. 2B shows the stacked state of the plurality of sticky notes 10 and the mount 30, and the offset splitting part 61. FIG. 2C is a perspective view for explaining a second basic configuration of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention.

The offset dividing unit 61 is a cut provided in the sticky note 10 and the mount 30. Unlike the cut in the first basic configuration, the cut in the second basic configuration is performed between the stacked sticky note 10 and the mount 30. , Each offset. In the case of adopting such a cut shape, the through-holes of the laminated sticky notes 10 are stacked by providing the cuts of the sticky note 10 in the vicinity of the through-holes 50 at a position that is in phase with the cut portions of the mount 30 when attaching and removing. It serves as a stopper for preventing the rod-like member B inserted through 50 from coming off and making it easier to return to a fixed position.

FIG. 3 is a basic configuration explanatory view showing a third basic configuration (the split portion is V-shaped) of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. 3A is a plan view of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention, and FIG. 3B shows a stacked state of the plurality of sticky note 10 and the mount 30, and a V-shaped split portion 62. FIG. 3C is a perspective view illustrating a third basic configuration of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention.

The V-shaped split portion 62 is a cut provided in the sticky note 10 and the mount 30, and the cut in the third basic configuration is to cut the stacked sticky note 10 and the mount 30 from the through hole 50 toward the outer peripheral edge. It is formed in a substantially V shape that is cut so as to spread. In the case of adopting such a cut shape, a wide opening is provided for leading to the through hole 50, and the operability is excellent.

FIG. 4 is a basic configuration explanatory view showing a fourth basic configuration (the split portion is inclined) of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. FIG. 4A is a plan view of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention, and FIG. 4B shows a stacked state of the plurality of sticky note 10 and the mount 30 and is an inclined split portion 63. FIG. 4C is a perspective view for explaining the fourth basic configuration of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention.

The inclined split portion 63 is a cut provided in the sticky note 10 and the mount 30. The cut in the fourth basic configuration is an inclination of the stacked sticky note 10 and the mount 30 from the through hole 50 toward the outer peripheral edge. It is formed as a longer cut amount by having When such a cut shape is adopted, the distance to the through hole 50 is increased, and it is easy to return to the original position when the amount of lamination is large, and the rod-like member B or the like is not easily removed.

FIG. 5 is an arrangement configuration explanatory diagram for explaining the arrangement relationship between the application area of the adhesive 20 and the perforation 70 of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. FIG. 5A shows a configuration in which the perforation 70 is arranged in the region 21 where the adhesive 20 is applied, and FIG. 5B shows the inside of the region 21 where the adhesive 20 is applied. FIG. 5C shows a configuration in which the perforation 70 is arranged so as to divide the through hole 50, and FIG. 5 (c) arranges the perforation 70 at a position where it is divided into a part including the through hole 50 and a part not including it. FIG. 2 shows a configuration having a region 21 where an adhesive 20 is applied to any sticky note paper 10 when it is divided and cut.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive 20 uses a re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive 20 having a property that can be peeled off as many times as possible, and having an adhesive force that maintains a bundle shape applied and laminated on the throat of the sticky note 10. Specifically, there are many types such as acrylic, rubber, urethane, and solvein. Note that the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention does not have a back portion as shown in the drawing and may be bonded only by the adhesive 20, but in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. A back may be provided and a strong film made of an adhesive may be used as the back of the plurality of sticky notes 10.

The applied region 21 is a region where the adhesive 20 for releasably attaching the sticky note 10 to a document or the like is applied to the back surface of the sticky note 10 and is laminated and integrated with the surface of another sticky note 10. It is possible to make a bundle of typical sticky notes 10. However, such a region is not always limited to the throat, and as described above, it is necessary to devise the application region in relation to the perforation 70, and FIG. 5 (a) and FIG. 5 (b). As shown in FIG. 5C, for example, in FIG. 5A, there is a perforation 70 in the coated region 21, and in the embodiment, a portion of the uncoated region 22 is cut out and used. It is an aspect. Next, FIG. 5B is the same as the above in that the perforation 70 is arranged in the region 21 where the adhesive 20 is applied, but the perforation 70 is provided so as to divide the through hole 50. Is different. In FIG. 5C, the perforation 70 is arranged at a position where the perforation 70 is divided into a portion including the through hole 50 and a portion not including the through hole 50, and the adhesive 20 is applied to any sticky paper 10 when the divided perforated paper 10 is cut off. A configuration having a coated region 21 is shown.

The uncoated region 22 is a region other than the coated region 21 on the sticky note 10. In addition, such a region also serves as a handle portion for facilitating the peeling off of the sticky note 10 attached to the document or the like with the adhesive 20.

The perforation 70 is provided with intermittent cuts to divide and cut off the sticky note paper 10, and the arrangement configuration of the perforations 70 shown in the drawings in the present invention is not limited to this, for example, a rectangular shape. The cut-out shape 70 may be a triangle, and the shape of the sticky note 10 after the cut is applied, or the region 21 where the adhesive 20 is applied, or is applied. It is only necessary to combine the non-existing regions 22 and the like well to cope with various uses.

FIG. 6 is a utilization state explanatory diagram showing a utilization state of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention. The method of use will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 (a), 6 (b) and 6 (c). 6A shows a state before the rod-like member B is inserted, FIG. 6B shows a state during the insertion of the rod-like member B, and FIG. 6C shows the rod-like member B through the through-hole 50. The state inserted through is shown. Here, from the state of FIG. 6A, first, the sticky note 10 divided by the split part 60 is opened so as to twist the split part 60, and the gap shown in FIG. When the stick-shaped member B is inserted through the gap, the region 22 of the sticky note 10 to which the adhesive 20 is applied has an elastic characteristic that the adhesive 20 tries to return to the original shape. Thereafter, the split portion 60 opened as shown in FIG. 6C returns to the original flat state.

FIG. 7 is a utilization state explanatory diagram showing a utilization state of the sticky note 1 with a hole according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 (a) is a substantially square sticky note on a member such as a string or ring for hanging an employee card. 10 shows a mode in which three types of different colors can be carried and used at the same time. FIG. 7B shows that even a relatively thick rod-like member B such as a bolt and a nut can be used. (C) is a case where the rod-shaped member B inserted through the through hole 50 of the sticky note 1 with a hole is long and cannot be inserted from the end portion, as shown in the explanation of FIG. It is shown that the rod-shaped member B can be guided through the through hole 50 via 60.

In the drawing, all the bundles of sticky notes 10 have the same shape and the same size, but for example, a bundle of square sticky notes 10, a bundle of rectangular sticky notes 10, and a circular sticky note. The same use is possible even if the shape and size are different, such as 10 bundles. Further, the rod-like member B and the string-like member S are not limited to the shapes shown in the drawings, and if the rod-like member B is used, the cross-section may be a square or other polygons. It is possible to cope with a chain-like material.

Therefore, for example, the sticky note 10 is passed through the string of the employee ID card to the work site away from the desk work, the necessary size, color, shape, etc. are hung, and the necessary sticky note 10 is removed without removing the bundle when necessary at the site. Can be selected and used. Further, when the sticky note 10 or the like whose amount is being used on the desk is scattered apart, it can be attached to a bolt or a pen and arranged.

The invention of the present application can select sticky papers efficiently and efficiently according to the application, and can be freely rearranged by slits provided from the holes without passing through the stick-shaped members through the holes. Therefore, a lot of demand is expected for work and learning. Therefore, industrial applicability is considered extremely high.
