Description
以上で説明したように、本発明による非空気入りタイヤは、角線材構造からなる構造補強物を適用することで、車両の荷重をより効率よく充分に支えるとともに、接触面積、変形及び回転抵抗性能が調和して、ウェブスポーク部の耐久性の向上、並びに乗り心地及び操縦性能の向上を期待することができる効果がある。

Claims (5)
- 地面に接触するトレッド部、車軸に連結されるリム部、前記トレッド部の内側と界面をなす外側環状バンド部、前記リム部と界面をなす内側環状バンド部、前記外側環状バンド部と内側環状バンド部の間に位置し、支持部の役目をするスポーク部、及び前記スポーク部を構成する各々のスポークを互いに連結する連結部からなる非空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記非空気入りタイヤは、トレッド部の半径方向内部、外側環状バンド部の半径方向内部、又は内側環状バンド部の半径方向内部に配置された角線材構造の構造補強物をさらに含み、
前記角線材構造の構造補強物は、薄帯状の角線材が螺旋状に複数回巻き取られたものからなり、
螺旋状に巻き取られた前記薄帯状の角線材の螺旋の中心軸の方向は、タイヤの円周方向に沿っている方向であることを特徴とする、非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記角線材構造の構造補強物は、薄帯状の角線材が螺旋状に複数回巻き取られたものを多重で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記角線材構造の構造補強物の材質は、金属、鋼、炭素、アラミド、及びガラス繊維からなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種またはこれらの複合物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記角線材構造の構造補強物は、高さ(h)が幅(w)より大きいまたは小さいものであり、4ヶ所の角部は所定半径の丸形部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記角線材構造の構造補強物は、内部が中空の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
