Claims (5)
- 起伏のあるガラスシートの積層システムであって、ガラス側真空ベッドと、積層板側真空ベッドと、積層アクチュエータとを備え、
前記ガラス側真空ベッドが真空背面とモールド受け面とを含み、かつ前記ガラス側真空ベッドが、該ガラス側真空ベッドの前記真空背面と前記モールド受け面との間の該ガラス側真空ベッドの厚さを横切って真空系で真空に引くことを可能にするのに十分な、透過性を有し、
前記積層板側真空ベッドが真空背面と薄膜装着面とを含み、かつ前記積層板側真空ベッドが、該積層板側真空ベッドの前記真空背面と前記薄膜装着面との間の該積層板側真空ベッドの厚さを横切って真空系で真空に引くことを可能にするのに十分な、透過性を有し、
前記積層アクチュエータが前記積層板側真空ベッドの前記真空背面に作動的に係合するように位置付けられ、かつ前記積層アクチュエータが、前記ガラス側真空ベッドおよび前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して、横方向および鉛直に移動するように作動し、
前記積層板側真空ベッドに薄膜積層パッケージが装着されておりかつ前記積層板側真空ベッドに前記積層アクチュエータが作動的に係合するとき、前記積層板側真空ベッドが、前記ガラス側真空ベッドの前記モールド受け面に接触しているガラス側起伏形成モールドによって保持されている、起伏のあるガラスシートの形状に少なくとも部分的に従うよう十分に柔軟であり、さらに、
前記積層アクチュエータが、該積層アクチュエータが前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して横方向に移動するときに、前記積層板側真空ベッドで引かれている前記真空を少なくとも部分的に解除するように、または該真空の少なくとも部分的な解除を補完するように、さらに作動することを特徴とする起伏のあるガラスシートの積層システム。 - 前記ガラス側真空ベッドの前記モールド受け面に前記ガラス側起伏形成モールドをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の起伏のあるガラスシートの積層システム。
- 前記積層アクチュエータが、該積層アクチュエータが前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して横方向に移動するときに、前記積層板側真空ベッドで引かれている前記真空を少なくとも部分的に解除するように作動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の起伏のあるガラスシートの積層システム。
- 前記真空系が、前記積層板側真空ベッドで引かれている前記真空の少なくともいくらかの横方向の解除を、前記積層板側真空ベッドの横方向の寸法に沿って制御するように作動し、さらに、
前記積層アクチュエータが、前記積層板側真空ベッドで引かれている前記真空の少なくともいくらかの制御された前記横方向の解除と協調して前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して横方向に移動することによって、前記真空の少なくともいくらかの制御された前記横方向の解除を補完するように作動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の起伏のあるガラスシートの積層システム。 - ガラス側真空ベッドと、モールドと、積層板側真空ベッドと、積層アクチュエータとを備えているシステムを利用して、ガラスシートを積層する方法であって、前記ガラス側真空ベッドが真空背面およびモールド受け面を含み、前記積層板側真空ベッドが真空背面および薄膜装着面を含み、かつ前記モールドが前記ガラス側真空ベッドの前記モールド受け面に接触しており、さらに、
ガラスシートを前記モールドに装着するステップ、
薄膜積層パッケージを前記積層板側真空ベッドに装着するステップ、
前記ガラス側真空ベッドの前記真空背面と前記モールド受け面との間の前記ガラス側真空ベッドの厚さを横切って真空に引くステップ、
前記積層板側真空ベッドの前記真空背面と前記薄膜装着面との間の前記積層板側真空ベッドの厚さを横切って真空に引くステップ、
前記積層板側真空ベッドの前記真空背面に、前記積層アクチュエータで作動的に係合するステップ、
前記積層アクチュエータを、前記薄膜積層パッケージが装着された前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して横方向および鉛直に移動させて前記ガラスシートに前記薄膜積層パッケージを接触させ、かつ前記積層板側真空ベッドを、前記ガラスシートの形状に少なくとも部分的に従うように押し付けるステップ、および、
前記積層アクチュエータが前記積層板側真空ベッドに対して横方向に移動するときに、前記積層板側真空ベッドで引かれている前記真空を少なくとも部分的に解除するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
