Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of an intercom system installed in an apartment house such as an apartment.

In the intercom system as described above, recently, a technique for displaying a message on the lobby intercom when a resident comes home has been developed. For example, the following patent document describes a configuration in which an attribute of a resident is registered in an authentication device in advance, and when a resident who has returned home is authenticated, a message for that person is displayed on the lobby intercom.

Some intercom systems have a function of displaying an operation guide on a lobby intercom in order to deal with visitors who are not good at machine operations such as elderly people.

However, even though the operation guide display function is as described above, conventionally, such operation guides are written in Japanese, which cannot be understood by foreigners who cannot read Japanese. Accordingly, the present invention provides an intercom with a novel configuration that displays an operation guide suitable for both Japanese and foreign visitors so as not to confuse visitors. The purpose is to provide a system.

An intercom system for apartment houses according to the present invention has an operation guide storage unit in which operation guides written in each of a plurality of writing languages are prepared in advance, a default writing language, and a writing language according to a writing language switching operation. A language selector that automatically switches to the default notation language at a predetermined timing, and a notation language selector switch, and displays an operation guide for the notation language selected by the language selector. If the language is temporarily switched, the lobby intercom is switched to the default after turning off the display screen after making a call with the dwelling unit intercom. Revert to the notation language.

Here, the language selection unit may return to the default notation language when the notation language is temporarily switched and then disconnected after the communication channel between the lobby intercom and the dwelling unit intercom is formed.

Alternatively, the language selection unit may restore the default notation language when a predetermined time has elapsed after temporarily switching the notation language.

Alternatively, a human sensor may be attached to the lobby intercom, and the language selection unit may switch back to the default written language when the human sensor no longer detects a person after temporarily switching the written language. Also good.

Both the operation guide storage unit and the language selection unit may be provided in the lobby interphone, but at least one of them may be provided in a control device that controls calling and calling between the lobby intercom and the dwelling unit intercom.

In the present invention, even if a foreign visitor switches the notation language to display an operation guide in English, the notation language is automatically restored to the default language (Japanese) thereafter. As a result, an operation guide in Japanese is initially displayed for any visitor, so there is no risk of confusion.

(A), (b) is a display example of the operation guide screen in Japanese and English, respectively. It is a flowchart explaining the basic operation | movement of an intercom system. It is another flowchart explaining the basic operation of the intercom system. It is another flowchart explaining the basic operation of the intercom system. It is another flowchart explaining the basic operation of the intercom system. It is another flowchart explaining the basic operation of the intercom system. It is another schematic block diagram of an intercom system.

The present invention is suitably applied to an apartment house composed of a lobby interphone 11 installed at a common entrance of an apartment house building such as a condominium and a residence interphone 12 installed in each unit. . FIG. 1 is a basic block diagram of a lobby intercom 11 as an embodiment thereof, and FIG. 2 is a front external view thereof.

The lobby intercom 11 includes a communication unit 11a that communicates with the dwelling unit interphone 12, a communication unit 11d that includes a speaker 11b and a microphone 11c, a numeric keypad 11e that inputs and inputs a room number of the dwelling unit, a room number, and the like as a conventional configuration. And a display window 11f for displaying. Further, as a configuration according to the present invention, an operation guide storage unit 11g in which operation guides for each of a plurality of written languages are prepared in advance, a written language switching switch 11h for switching the written language, and a written language switching switch 11h And a language selection unit 11i for selecting one of the written languages according to the operation. The notation language switch 11h may be provided as a dedicated button, but may be assigned to any of the numeric keys 11e. For example, as described later, the function of the notation language selector switch 11h may be assigned to the “*” key in the numeric keypad 11e.

The operation guide includes an explanatory text in which the operation procedure of the lobby intercom 11 is written in any of the written languages, but may further include an illustration or the like. Further, it may further include an explanatory text of a notation language switching operation in a notation language different from the notation language of the operation procedure. For example, the operation guide in Japanese may include an explanation in Japanese of the lobby intercom 11 and an explanation of the switching operation of the written language in English. Further, the description of the notation language switching operation may be displayed in a blinking manner to attract more attention. Further, while the operation guide is displayed, a voice guide in the notation language of the operation guide may be output.

Although notation languages are assumed to be Japanese and English, other Western languages, Chinese, Korean, etc. may be included. The number of written languages is not limited to two languages, and may be three or more languages. Note that one of the adopted notation languages is set as the default notation language in the language selection unit 11i, and if no notation language switching operation is performed, the language selection unit 11i automatically selects the notation language.

The display control unit 11j is software means configured by a program process of a CPU (not shown) that controls the overall operation of the lobby intercom 11, and displays the room number input by the ten key 11e, an operation guide, and the like on the display window 11f. Display. In addition, the timer 11k that measures the passage of time may be configured by a dedicated circuit or may be configured by software means using a CPU.

The camera 11m is a monochrome or color video camera that photographs the visitor during a call with the dwelling unit intercom 12 side. The human sensor 11n is an infrared sensor or the like, and detects the presence / absence of a visitor standing at a close distance in front of the lobby intercom 11, but the camera 11m is always operated to function as the human sensor 11n. May be.

As shown in the figure, the lobby intercom 11 has an external display window 11f made up of a small liquid crystal panel in the center of the front of a wide, thin box-shaped housing. The human sensor 11n, the lens of the camera 11m, and the sound hole of the speaker 11b are arranged. A numeric keypad 11e and a call key 11p are arranged below the display window 11f.

FIG. 3 is a schematic configuration diagram of the intercom system 1 including the lobby intercom 11 described above. Each of the dwelling unit interphones 12 installed in each dwelling unit has a door phone 12 a and is connected to the control device 13 through an interphone line 17. A management room device 14 (management room intercom) and a lobby intercom 11 are further connected to the control device 13.

The intercom line 17 is a digital line, in which digital signal transmission in which a destination and a source address are designated is performed. The physical layer of the protocol is arbitrary, but it is preferable that TCP / IP can be used in the logical layer for the present invention. In this case, each dwelling unit intercom 12 is assigned a unique global IP address or local IP address. The signal transmission between the control device 13 and the lobby intercom 11 or the management room unit 14 is the same. The intercom line 17 may be a general twisted pair cable, but may be a dedicated cable.

The basic functions and operations of calling and communication control in the intercom system 1 are the same as those of the conventional system. In other words, when a calling operation is performed with a room number designated by the lobby interphone 11, the control unit 13 calls the dwelling unit interphone 12 of the designated dwelling unit. The called dwelling intercom 12 is notified by a chime sound. When a response operation is performed on the dwelling unit intercom 12, the control device 13 configures an exclusive call channel between the dwelling unit intercom 12 and the lobby interphone 11, and permits transmission of the call signal. If there are a plurality of lobby intercoms 11, each call channel is controlled exclusively.

Furthermore, since the video taken by the camera 11m of the lobby intercom 11 is displayed on the dwelling interphone 12 from when the call operation is performed on the lobby intercom 11 until the call channel is released, an exclusive video channel is configured. A video signal is transmitted from the lobby intercom 11. In this way, the visitor's video can be monitored while being monitored by the dwelling intercom 12.

Next, characteristic operations according to the present invention will be described. When the motion sensor 11n detects a visitor, the lobby intercom 11 turns on the display window 11f and displays an operation guide in a predetermined notation language. Here, since the default notation language is assumed to be Japanese, an operation guide in Japanese is displayed. If the notation language switch 11h is operated while the operation guide in this default notation language is displayed, the operation guide in the default notation language is switched to another notation language, here the operation guide in English. When the notation language switch 11h is operated again, the operation guide is returned to the default notation language. That is, when a bilingual notation language is adopted, the operation guide in the specified notation language and the operation guide in another notation language are toggled by the notation language changeover switch 11h.

In addition, in a configuration that employs more than two languages, such as Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, for example, an operation guide in the specified language is displayed first, and then the notation language Each time the change-over switch 11h is operated, the prepared operation guide in the written language may be cyclically switched and displayed. That is, in the operation of the lobby intercom 11, first, an operation guide in a default language is displayed, and when the notation language switch 11h is operated while the operation guide is displayed, the notation language is switched in a predetermined order. The operation guide is also switched and displayed in the switched notation language.

For example, an operation guide in which the notation language is Japanese includes an explanation in Japanese of the operation procedure of the lobby intercom 11 and an explanation of the notation language switching operation in English. The English operation guide includes an explanation in English of the operation procedure of the lobby intercom 11 and an explanation of the switching operation of the notation language in Chinese. Further, the Chinese operation guide is in Chinese on the lobby intercom 11. And a description of switching the written language in Korean. Then, the Korean operation guide includes an explanation in Korean for the lobby intercom 11 and an explanation for switching the notation language in Japanese. In this way, it is possible to easily realize cyclic switching between Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean as the notation language. In addition, the function of the notation language selector switch 11h for English, Chinese, and Korean can be assigned to the "*", "0", and "#" keys of the numeric keypad 11e, respectively, so that the desired notation language can be switched with one touch. You may do it.

After that, when the room number is input from the numeric keypad 11e and the call key 11p is further operated, calling and call processing is performed with the dwelling interphone 12, and then the lobby intercom 11 opens the display window 11f at a predetermined timing. In addition to being turned off, if the notation language is switched to another notation language, the default notation language is automatically restored.

In this way, if the configuration is such that the notation language of the operation guide is temporarily switched according to the notation language switching operation and then automatically restored to the default notation language at a predetermined timing, foreign visitors can operate in English. Even when the guide is displayed, an operation guide in Japanese is always displayed for the next visitor. That is, since an operation guide in Japanese is initially displayed for any visitor, there is no possibility of confusing the visitor.

The timing of the automatic return to the default notation language is not particularly strict, and various modifications are possible. For example, when the language selection unit 11i of the lobby intercom 11 temporarily switches the notation language from the default notation language to another notation language and then disconnects after the communication path with the dwelling interphone 12 is formed, It is good also as a structure which returns to a default description language. In this way, it is possible to reliably return the written language to the default written language after the call ends.

Alternatively, the language selection unit 11i switches the notation language from the default notation language to another notation language and then returns to the default notation language when the timer 11k detects that a predetermined time has elapsed. It is good also as a structure. This predetermined time may be, for example, 3 minutes. Further, after temporarily switching the notation language from the default notation language to another notation language, it may be configured to return to the default notation language when the human sensor 11n no longer detects a person. In this way, even when a visitor leaves without making a call, or when an attempt is made to make a call but the dwelling intercom 12 side is unable to make a call or the like, the written language can be surely set as the default written language. Can be restored.

Next, a specific example of the operation guide will be described. FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B are front external views of the lobby intercom 11 displaying operation guide screens in Japanese and English, respectively.

The operation guide in FIG. 4A includes an operation description “Please press the room number of the visited place” and an explanation of the notation language switch 11h “* 2 seconds → English”. When the operation number is displayed, when the input operation of the room number is started with the numeric keypad 11e, the screen is switched to a screen (not shown) for confirming the input number, and the input operation of the room number is completed. Then, an operation guide (not shown) including an operation description such as “Please press the call key” is displayed. Thus, if the operation guides are sequentially switched and displayed according to the operation procedure, the visitor can operate the lobby intercom 11 with confidence without hesitation.

一方、図4(b)の操作ガイドには、「Press the number of the unit you want to visit.」 On the other hand, the operation guide in FIG. 4B includes an operation description “Press the number of the unit you want to visit.” And an explanation of a default language switching key “* 2 second press → Japanese”. It is. The operation guide switching display by operating the numeric keypad 11e is the same as described above.

Further, when the notation language switch 11h is operated while the operation guide of FIG. 4A is displayed, the operation guide of FIG. 4B is switched and displayed. Of course, when the operation guide is displayed in reverse, the display is switched in the same manner.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart for explaining the basic operation of the intercom system 1 according to the present invention. Here, the lobby interphone 11 switches the notation language, and then the communication path with the dwelling interphone 12 is disconnected. The default notation language is restored.

In this flow, the lobby intercom 11 detects a visitor by the human sensor 11n at time T1, and turns on the display window 11f to display an operation guide in Japanese. At time T2, the notation language switch 11h is operated ("*" key is pressed for 2 seconds) to switch from the Japanese operation guide to the English operation guide. At time T3, the room number “101” is input by the numeric keypad 11e, and the call key 11p is further operated to transmit the “101” call command to the control device 13.

When the control device 13 receives the “101” calling instruction, it specifies the address of the dwelling interphone 12 corresponding to the room number and transmits the calling instruction to the dwelling interphone 12 in the “101” room. The dwelling unit intercom 12 in the “101” room rings in response to the call instruction, and transmits a response signal to the control device 13 when a response operation is performed at time T4. Upon receiving the response signal, the control device 13 forms a communication path between the lobby intercom 11 and the dwelling unit intercom 12 in the “101” room.

The dwelling unit intercom 12 in the “101” room is operated to end the call at time T 5, disconnects the call path, and transmits an end command to the control device 13. The control device 13 receives the end command and transmits the end command to the lobby intercom 11. In response to the end command, the lobby intercom 11 disconnects the call path, turns off the display window 11f, and returns the notation language to the default notation language.

FIG. 6 is another flowchart for explaining the basic operation of the intercom system 1 according to the present invention. Here, the lobby intercom 11 shows that a predetermined time has elapsed by the timer 11k after temporarily switching the notation language. It is configured to return to the default notation language when detected. Since most of the individual operation events in the flow diagram of FIG. 6 are the same as those in the flow diagram of FIG. 5, the redundant description of those operation events is omitted, and only the operation events unique to this configuration are described below. Explained.

The lobby intercom 11 starts measuring time by the timer 11k at time T11 in order to measure the passage of time since the switching of the written language. At time T12, since the timing has been completed, the display window 11f is turned off, and the notation language is restored to the default notation language. The time setting for returning to the default notation language after temporarily switching the notation language may be, for example, about 3 minutes, but is not particularly limited.

FIG. 7 is a flowchart when the visitor leaves without performing the room number input operation or the call key 11p operation in this configuration. In this description as well, an overlapping description of the operation event common to the flowchart of FIG. 5 is omitted, and only the operation event unique to this configuration will be described below.

The lobby intercom 11 starts measuring time by the timer 11k at time T21 in order to measure the passage of time since the switching of the written language. Thereafter, the visitor leaves without performing the room number input operation or the call key 11p operation. Even in this case, the time measurement by the timer 11k is continued, and the lobby intercom 11 finishes the time measurement at time T22, so the display window 11f is turned off and the notation language is restored to the default notation language.

FIG. 8 is another flowchart for explaining the basic operation of the intercom system 1 according to the present invention. Here, after the lobby language intercom 11 temporarily switches the notation language, the human sensor 11n does not detect a person. The default notation language is restored. Since most of the individual operation events in the flow diagram of FIG. 7 are the same as those in the flow diagram of FIG. 5, the redundant description of these operation events is omitted, and only the operation events unique to this configuration are described below. Explained.

The visitor finishes the call with the “101” room and leaves, and the lobby intercom 11 judges the departure at time T31, and as a result, turns off the display window 11f and restores the written language to the default written language. ing.

FIG. 9 is a flowchart when the visitor leaves without performing the room number input operation or the call key 11p operation in this configuration. In this description as well, an overlapping description of the operation event common to the flowchart of FIG. 5 is omitted, and only the operation event unique to this configuration will be described below.

The visitor has left after operating the notation language switch 11h of the lobby intercom 11 to display an English operation guide. The lobby intercom 11 determines the departure at time T41, and as a result, turns off the display window 11f and restores the written language to the default written language.

FIG. 10 shows a modification of the intercom system 1 according to the present invention, which is different from the system shown in FIG. 3 in that an operation guide storage unit 11g and a language selection unit 11i are provided in the control device 13. The other configuration is the same as that of the system shown in FIG. 3, and the screen configuration of the operation guide and the basic operation are also common. As described above, both or one of the operation guide storage unit 11g and the language selection unit 11i may be provided in a device other than the lobby interphone 11, or may be connected to the interphone system 1 as an independent device.
