Claims (11)
- 加熱、換気および/または空調装置のための送風機のエア冷却のための装置(3)であって、
少なくとも1つの冷却エア入口(5)を有するとともに、それを通って少なくとも一部において冷却エア流れが移動することを意図されている冷却エア流れ流路(4’)を規定している少なくとも1つの冷却ダクト(4)
を備え、
前記冷却ダクト(4)は、当該冷却ダクト(4)の前記流路(4’)に配置された少なくとも1つの冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)を有し、
前記冷却ダクト(4)は、その内部に複数の冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)が配置された少なくとも1つの壁部(11)によって画成されており、前記冷却エア流れ分配要素は互いに異なるサイズを有し、
各冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)は、開口部(6)であり、
各冷却エア分配要素(6)の近傍には、少なくとも1つの冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)が設けられ、前記冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)はこれらの端部が冷却ダクト(4)の壁部(11)の両側に突き出すように、開口部(6)の両側を越えて延在し、冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)の幅は、対応する冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)の幅より大きくなっている、ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 加熱、換気および/または空調装置のための送風機のエア冷却のための装置(3)であって、
少なくとも1つの冷却エア入口(5)を有するとともに、それを通って少なくとも一部において冷却エア流れが移動することを意図されている冷却エア流れ流路(4’)を規定している少なくとも1つの冷却ダクト(4)
を備え、
前記冷却ダクト(4)は、当該冷却ダクト(4)の前記流路(4’)に配置された少なくとも1つの冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)を有し、
前記冷却ダクト(4)は、その内部に複数の冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)が配置された少なくとも1つの壁部(11)によって画成されており、前記冷却エア流れ分配要素は前記流路に沿って不規則な間隔で分配され、
各冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)は、開口部(6)であり、
各冷却エア分配要素(6)の近傍には、少なくとも1つの冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)が設けられ、前記冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)はこれらの端部が冷却ダクト(4)の壁部(11)の両側に突き出すように、開口部(6)の両側を越えて延在し、冷却エア流れ案内要素(7)の幅は、対応する冷却エア流れ分配要素(6)の幅より大きくなっている、ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却ダクト(4)は、少なくとも1つの冷却エア流れ偏向要素(8)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置。 - その内部に前記冷却ダクト(4)が配置された実質的に円筒形状のリング
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却ダクト(4)は、前記リングに対しておよび前記モータ(9)の回転軸に対して実質的に同心状に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却ダクト(4)は、実質的に平坦な内部表面の少なくとも1つの壁部(11)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却ダクト(4)は、少なくとも一部分が連続的な段状の表面によって形成されている少なくとも1つの壁部(11)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の冷却装置。 - 加熱、換気および/または空調装置のための送風機(1)のモータ支持部(2)であって、
− 少なくとも1つの駆動モータ(9)と、
− 前記モータ(9)の制御モジュール(10)と、
を受容することを意図されたハウジング(2’)を備え、
当該モータ支持部(2)の前記ハウジング(2’)は、少なくとも一部において請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(3)も受容する
ことを特徴とするモータ支持部。 - 前記冷却装置(3)は、少なくとも一部において前記駆動モータ(9)と前記制御モジュール(10)との間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモータ支持部。 - 一部品で実装された
ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のモータ支持部。 - 加熱、換気および/または空調装置のための送風機(1)であって、
少なくとも、
− タービンを駆動することを意図されたモータ(9)と、
− 前記モータ(9)の制御モジュール(10)と、
を備え、
少なくとも1つの請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(3)、または、請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載のモータ支持部(2)
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする送風機。
