Description

The present invention is a sheet structure for placing and storing a storage bag filled with contaminated soil in the field, and in particular temporarily storing a sandbag filled with radiation-contaminated soil in the field. The present invention relates to a sheet structure for storage and a method for storing a contaminant container using the sheet structure.

Due to the Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake, an accident occurred at the Tokyo Electric Power Fukushima Nuclear Power Station, and in the surrounding area, radioactive contaminated soil, debris, contaminated ash, etc. (hereinafter also referred to as radiation pollutants) It is desirable to isolate these from living areas. However, since it takes a long time to construct a facility for storing and discarding radiation pollutants, it is desired to collect and temporarily store the radiation pollutants. In view of this, it has been studied to fill a storage bag with radiation contaminants, and to cover this with a waterproof sheet from the top, and temporarily store it in the field temporarily.

Conventionally, as a storage bag, a proposal in which the protective cover and the upper side of the bag body are integrated (Patent Document 1), a proposal in which a cylindrical body is extended and sewn to a cubic sandbag body (Patent Document 2), a main bag There are proposals for sandbags in which two or more auxiliary bags are integrated (Patent Document 3), and proposals for improving light resistance by adding carbon black or the like to the fibers constituting the sandbag (Patent Document 4).

However, if a storage bag with poor waterproof properties, such as a sandbag, is filled with radiation pollutants and stored outdoors, even if a waterproof sheet is covered from the top, rainwater enters the storage bag due to rain. And there existed a problem that a radioactive substance melt | dissolved in the rain water which invaded and soiled soil.
