Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と少なくとも1つの集電極(28)とを備え、処理ガスからダスト粒子を除去するよう動作する電気集塵装置(6)の前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)のクリーニング方法であって、
第1の動作モードにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)との間に第1の平均電流(I1)を流すステップと、
前記第1の動作モードから、前記少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)との間に第2の平均電流(I2)を流す第2の動作モードに切り換えるステップと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングを実現するため、前記第2の平均電流(I2)は前記第1の平均電流(I1)よりも少なくとも3倍大きい、クリーニング方法において、
前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を生成するステップをさらに含み、前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードへ切り換えるステップは、前記強制クリーニング信号に応じて開始される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の平均電流(I2)は、前記第1の平均電流(I1)よりも少なくとも10倍大きい、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記電気集塵装置(6)は、所定の時間間隔、好ましくは20秒〜30分の範囲の所定の時間間隔の間、前記第2の動作モードで動作される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードへ切り換えるステップの前に、前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)への振動付与が行われる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)への振動付与は、前記第2の動作モードの間に行われる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 逆電離検出システムによって、前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- タイマによって、前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の、前記処理ガスの流れ方向から見て下流のダスト粒子濃度を測定するダスト粒子測定装置(52)によって、前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)のクリーニングのための振動付与スケジュールを用い、前記振動付与スケジュールにおいて一定間隔で前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を発するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電気集塵装置(6)の両電極(26、28)にパルス電流を流し、パルス電流間の間欠的な時間は、前記第1の動作モードと比べて、前記第2の動作モードでは、より短い、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- セミパルス構成でより多くの利用可能なパルスを用いることによって前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードへ切り換えるときに、前記間欠的な時間は減少される、請求項10記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と少なくとも1つの集電極(28)とを備え、処理ガスからダスト粒子を除去するよう動作する電気集塵装置(6)の前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)のクリーニングの制御装置(14、16、18)であって、
前記制御装置(14、16、18)は、第1の動作モードにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と、前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)との間に第1の平均電流(I1)を流し、かつ、前記第1の動作モードから、第2の平均電流(I2)を前記少なくとも1つの放電極(26)と前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)との間に流す第2の動作モードに切り換えるよう動作し、
前記集電極(28)の強制クリーニングを実現するため、前記第2の平均電流(I2)は、前記第1の平均電流(I1)よりも少なくとも3倍大きい、制御装置において、
前記少なくとも1つの集電極(28)の強制クリーニングの必要を示す強制クリーニング信号を生成する逆電離検出システム(14、16、18)を備えている、
ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記制御装置(14、16、18)は、強制クリーニング信号を生成するためのタイマを備えている、請求項12記載の制御装置。
