Description
The present invention relates to a power conversion device.
A vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle is equipped with a power conversion device including a power conversion unit such as an inverter or a converter. And the power converter device is provided with the refrigerant | coolant flow path through which the refrigerant | coolant for cooling the power converter part with much emitted-heat amount distribute | circulates. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a cooling medium flow path for cooling the power conversion unit is provided in a partition provided in the case of the power conversion device. And the said refrigerant | coolant flow path is covered with the cover part.
In the configuration of Patent Literature 1, there is a possibility that the fastening member that fixes the lid portion of the refrigerant flow path is loosened due to vibration or the like. In the unlikely event that the fastening member is loosened, the sealing performance between the lid and the case is lowered, and the refrigerant may leak into the case from the refrigerant flow path. And since the leaked refrigerant contacts the high voltage terminal of the power converter, there is a possibility that a short circuit may occur.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device that can detect the occurrence of looseness of a fastening member that fixes a lid portion of a refrigerant flow path.
One aspect of the present invention is a power conversion device in which a power conversion unit is housed in a case,
A groove formed inside the case;
A lid provided to close the groove;
A coolant channel that is formed between the groove and the lid, and that circulates a coolant that cools the power conversion unit, and
A leakage detector that detects leakage from the current path provided in the power converter to the case;
A plurality of fastening members for fixing the lid to the case;
With
The power conversion unit is disposed on the lid side with respect to the refrigerant flow path ,
At least one of the plurality of fastening members has conductivity, and is provided in a position facing at least a part of the current path of the power conversion unit. .
In the power converter, at least a part of the current path of the power converter is provided at a position facing the conductive fastening member that fixes the lid. When the fastening member is loosened, the fastening member moves to the side opposite to the fastening direction. Therefore, the fastening member is brought into contact with a part of the current path facing the fastening member. Can do. If the conductive fastening member abuts a part of the current path, conduction from the current path to the case is achieved via the fastening member, and the leakage detection unit that detects the leakage from the current path to the case, It is possible to detect looseness of the fastening member by detecting the conduction. And based on this, the leakage of a refrigerant | coolant can be prevented and generation | occurrence | production of the short circuit resulting from the leakage of a refrigerant | coolant can be prevented.
In addition, since it is possible to detect the looseness of the fastening member using the leakage detection part provided in the power converter, there is no need to separately provide a detection part for detecting the looseness of the fastening member. Contributes to the reduction of points.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a power conversion device that can detect the occurrence of looseness of the fastening member that fixes the lid portion of the refrigerant flow path.

As shown in FIG. 2, the power conversion device 1 includes a
The
Hereafter, the component of the power converter device of this example is explained in full detail.
In the power conversion device 1 of this example, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The

In addition, it is good also as utilizing the refrigerant | coolant which distribute | circulates the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
Note that cooling grease (not shown) is interposed between the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the electronic component 10 (
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the power conversion device 1 of this example is configured so that the DC power supplied from the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Between the
A
As shown in FIG. 5, a
The leakage detection signal output from the oscillating
The

As shown in FIG. 3, the
Next, the effect of the power converter device 1 of this example will be described in detail.
According to the power conversion device 1 of this example, at least a part of the
Moreover, since the
Moreover, in the power converter device 1 of this example, the distance D1 between the
In the power conversion device 1 of this example, a part of the
Moreover, in the power converter device 1 of this example, the fastening direction of the
Moreover, in the power converter device 1 of this example, when the
In this example, the
As described above, according to this example, it is possible to provide the power conversion device 1 that can detect the occurrence of looseness of the
(Example 2)
In the power conversion device 1 of this example, as shown in FIG. 6, the length L in the longitudinal direction of the
In this example, a part of the
According to this example, as shown in FIG. 6, when the

Note that this example also provides the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment.
(Example 3)
In the power conversion device 1 of this example, as shown in FIG. 8, the length L in the longitudinal direction of the
