Description

The present invention relates to a base structure for installing a solar power generation device and other rooftop installations on a flat roof on which a waterproof layer made of a waterproof sheet is constructed, and a construction method thereof.

For example, if you want to install a solar power generator or other rooftop installation on the rooftop of a building that is constructed in a flat roof format, such as a mid-to-high-rise house or an office building, the foundation structure or support to support the rooftop installation It must be installed in a structurally coupled state with the body. If it is a newly built building, it is possible to provide roof beams etc. according to the position and weight of the rooftop installation in advance, and it is possible to connect the foundation structure and pillars to the roof beams etc. The roof beam or the like may become an excessive strength element in the structural design of the entire building. When a rooftop installation is installed later on the rooftop of an existing building, considerable effort and cost may be required for constructing the foundation structure or support on the building body.

In particular, the roof of a flat roof type building is usually constructed with a watertight waterproof layer, such as a synthetic resin tarpaulin, but the foundation structure and pillars to support the rooftop If it is going to be constructed from the above, those foundation structures and supports may penetrate the existing waterproof layer. In that case, the waterproof storage around the penetration portion becomes complicated, and the construction labor and the material cost are further increased. In addition, the regular maintenance of the waterproof layer requires troublesome construction around the penetration part, and the installed rooftop equipment presses the work space on the roof, further improving the workability of maintenance. There is also a risk of lowering.

Therefore, the present applicant, when providing various rooftop installations on the flat roofs of various buildings on which a waterproofing layer made of a synthetic resin waterproofing sheet has been constructed, a base for installing the rooftop installations is used as a normal waterproofing layer. Practical use of a foundation structure that can be stably installed with a simple fit so as not to impair the structure and to give structural burdens to the building body. doing.

In such a base structure, a waterproof sheet made of a synthetic resin is laid on a disk-like or other sheet fixture fixed on the waterproof base surface of the roof, and a polymerization point between the sheet fixture and the waterproof sheet is adhered. In the flat roof on which the waterproof layer is formed by the above, an appropriate base fixture having a flat bottom surface is fixed by adhesion on the overlapping portion of the sheet fixture and the waterproof sheet. Through the base fixture, appropriate rails and supports according to the size and shape of the rooftop installation can be installed on the waterproof surface of the rooftop.

Even with the foundation structures proposed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, if an excessive tensile force acts on the adhesive surface between the waterproof sheet and the base fixture due to strong winds or the like, the adhesive surface may be peeled off. Therefore, the present invention intends to further improve the coupling force between the base fixture and the waterproof sheet by structurally devising the adhesive surface.

In addition, in addition to the solar power generation apparatus as described above, the “rooftop installation” in the present invention is a solar water heater, a rooftop greening device, an electric facility, a communication facility, a water supply facility, an air conditioning facility, a maintenance / inspection facility, and the like. It shall include all types of equipment, advertising towers, or similar works in general.

In the base structure of the rooftop installation of the present invention, a plurality of sheet fixtures are fixed on the waterproof base surface at appropriate intervals, and are made of synthetic resin on the waterproof base surface so as to cover the sheet fixture. A base structure for installing an appropriate rooftop installation on the waterproof layer in a land roof on which a waterproof layer is formed by laying a waterproof sheet and bonding the overlapping portions of the respective sheet fixtures and the waterproof sheet Is premised on.

The structure adopted by the present invention in the base structure as a premise is that a base mounting member formed by combining two base mounting pieces and two pieces fixedly connected to each other with the base mounting member interposed therebetween. Each base mounting piece is a member formed by bending a synthetic resin sheet or a synthetic resin coated metal plate into an L shape, and is raised from a bottom piece and one edge thereof The above-mentioned standing piece is formed with a through hole formed in the standing piece that matches each other when overlapped with the standing piece of the mating base mounting piece. In the state where the pieces are bonded to each other, the respective bottom pieces are bonded onto the overlapping portions of the sheet fixture and the waterproof sheet, so that the base mounting member is inverted T on the waterproof layer. It is installed so as to form a letter shape, and each base fixture is A bottom portion having a flat bottom surface, and a leg portion having a sandwiching surface standing upright from one edge portion of the bottom surface, and the leg portion matches a binding hole formed in the standing piece of the base mounting member The base holes are formed in a state where both standing pieces of the base mounting member are sandwiched between the sandwiching surfaces of the pair of base fixtures. It is placed on each bottom piece of the mounting member, and both standing pieces of the base mounting member and both legs of the base fixture are connected and fixed by the binding members inserted into the binding holes. Characterized as:

According to this configuration, the base mounting pieces bent in an L-shape are made into a set, and each bottom piece is bonded onto the waterproof sheet in a state where the standing pieces are bonded to each other. Since a set of two base fixtures are connected, the base mounting pieces that make a pair prevent the other party from peeling, and a remarkably high peel strength is exhibited.

It is preferable that the connection edge part of the said bottom piece and the said standing piece in the said base mounting piece is formed so that it may continue in curvilinear form. Thereby, even if the tensile stress is concentrated on the connection edge between the bottom piece and the upright piece, the connection edge is easily prevented from being torn.

Furthermore, the base mounting piece may be formed of a sheet material reinforced by a fiber layer made of synthetic fiber or carbon fiber.

Further, a reinforcing plate made of a thin metal plate having a shape surrounding the binding hole may be sandwiched between the bonding surfaces of the upright pieces of the base mounting piece.

On the other hand, for the base fixture, a flat bottom plate portion having a rectangular shape in plan view, a leg plate portion having a rectangular shape in a side view standing upright from one edge of the bottom plate portion, and the same as the bottom plate portion from the upper edge portion of the leg plate portion. It can be made of a shape steel material having a laterally open groove-shaped cross section provided with a rectangular top plate portion that projects to the side.

Further, an appropriate base rail for mounting a rooftop installation object is mounted on the base fixture so as to link a plurality of pairs of the base fixtures fixed via the plurality of base mounting members. Can be.

Further, in the roof construction method for rooftop installation according to the present invention, a plurality of sheet fixtures are fixed on the waterproof base surface at appropriate intervals, and are synthesized on the waterproof base surface so as to cover the sheet fixture. In order to install an appropriate rooftop installation on the waterproof layer in a land roof on which a waterproof layer is formed by laying a resin waterproof sheet and bonding the overlapping portions of the respective sheet fixtures and the waterproof sheet. A mounting method of mounting a base mounting member formed on a pair of base mounting pieces on the waterproof layer, and a set of two with the base mounting member in between Connecting and fixing the base fixtures to each other. The base mounting piece is a member formed by bending a synthetic resin sheet or a synthetic resin coated metal plate into an L shape, and includes a bottom piece and an upright piece raised from one edge thereof, The piece is formed with a through hole that matches with the upright piece of the mating base mounting piece when it is overlapped. In addition, the base fixture includes a bottom portion having a flat bottom surface and a leg portion having a clamping surface standing upright from one edge of the bottom surface, and the leg portion includes a leg of a counterpart base fixture. A binding hole that matches each other when overlapped with the portion is formed through. And in the state which adhered each standing piece of the said 2 sets of base mounting pieces, each bottom piece adhere | attaches on the superposition | polymerization location of the said sheet fixing tool and the said waterproof sheet, The said waterproof layer After installing the base mounting member so as to form an inverted T shape on the top, with both standing pieces of the base mounting member sandwiched between the sandwiching surfaces of the two sets of base fixing tools, Each bottom surface is placed on each bottom piece of the base mounting member, and both standing pieces of the base mounting member and both leg portions of the base fixing tools are attached to the binding holes by the binding members. Characterized as fixed and connected. By this foundation construction method, the foundation structure can be constructed efficiently.

Further, the roof construction method of the rooftop installation according to the present invention is a waterproof repair of a flat roof provided with the above-mentioned foundation structure, by removing an existing binding member by removing an existing binding member and raising an existing foundation mounting member. The piece was cut off from the lower edge thereof, and a new sheet fixing tool was fixed on the existing waterproof sheet in a place where it did not interfere with the existing sheet fixing tool, leaving only the bottom piece of the base mounting member . A new waterproof sheet is laid so as to cover the existing waterproof sheet and the new sheet fixture, and a new waterproof layer is formed by adhering the overlapping portions of the new sheet fixture and the new waterproof sheet. After the formation, a new base mounting member is installed by bonding two new base mounting pieces in pairs on the overlapping portion of the new sheet fixture and the new waterproof sheet, One set A new base fixture is placed on each bottom piece of the new base mounting member with both standing pieces of the new base mounting member being sandwiched between them, The piece and both legs of the new base fixture are characterized by being connected and fixed by new binding members inserted into the respective binding holes. According to this foundation construction method, by removing the foundation fixture installed on the existing waterproof layer, if the existing foundation mounting member is made of a synthetic resin sheet, just cut off the standing piece with a cutter, Again, a new waterproof layer can be easily applied again.

The base structure of the rooftop installation according to the present invention constructed as described above is a waterproof sheet in which each of the bottom pieces is bonded to each other in a state where two L-shaped base mounting pieces are joined together. The base mounting member is installed on the waterproof layer so as to form an inverted T shape by being bonded onto the waterproof layer, and a pair of base fixtures are mounted on the base between the sandwiching surfaces. Since the structure is such that both standing pieces of the mounting member are sandwiched and the bottom surfaces of the mounting members are placed on the bottom pieces of the base mounting member, the base mounting pieces forming a pair are mutually connected. The base mounting member is firmly bonded to the surface of the waterproof layer by the action of preventing peeling. Thereby, the foundation structure which exhibits higher proof stress than the conventional with respect to the tensile force (negative pressure) by a wind will be obtained.

In addition, the roof construction method of the rooftop installation of the present invention configured as described above can be applied not only to newly built buildings but also to existing buildings as long as it is a flat roof on which a waterproof layer with a waterproof sheet is constructed. The foundation for installing the rooftop can be constructed efficiently and inexpensively. Moreover, the maintenance becomes easy.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, for convenience of drawing, the thickness of the sheet material is expressed by expanding it to about 2 to 3 times the actual thickness.

[Waterproof layer]
FIG. 1 shows an example of a waterproof layer for a flat roof in which the present invention is implemented. In the illustrated flat roof, a waterproof ground surface 1 is formed on the top surface of a roof slab 11 made of lightweight cellular concrete panel, reinforced concrete, or the like, and a plurality of waterproof ground surfaces 1 are formed on the waterproof ground surface 1. The waterproof sheet 3 is laid through the sheet fixture 2.

The seat fixture 2 is a well-known thin plate-like member that is generally circular in plan view, and in some cases is a polygon or a strip, and is generally referred to as a “disk” in the field related to roof waterproofing work. The upper surface of the sheet fixture 2 is generally flat, and a drain groove (not shown) or the like is formed on a part of the upper surface as necessary, and an anchor fixing plate is provided near the center. A hole (not shown) is formed. As the material of the sheet fixture 2, a material obtained by laminating a synthetic resin film for increasing the adhesive strength with the waterproof sheet 3 on the surface of a steel plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate or other metal plate is often used. A laminate of a film or coating made of a conductive material on the surface of a thin plate made of a resin material or the like is also known, and these materials are not particularly limited in the present invention.

The sheet fixtures 2 are arranged on the waterproof base surface 1 at appropriate intervals, for example, in a lattice pattern, and are attached via anchor screws, anchor plugs, anchor bolts or other embedded fixtures 4 or appropriate adhesive means. And fixed to the waterproof base surface 1.

The waterproof sheet 3 is a known synthetic resin long sheet material, for example, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and other vinyl chloride resins, or polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, and others. Formed of a polyolefin resin or the like. A reinforcing fiber layer (not shown) or the like may be provided on the core portion or the back surface of the waterproof sheet 3 as necessary. The waterproof sheet 3 is laid on the waterproof base surface 1 so as to cover the sheet fixture 2, and the overlapping portion of the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 is bonded.

As an adhesive means between the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3, a known adhesive having a high affinity for both the material of the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 (for example, modified silicone for vinyl chloride resin) In addition, a film made of a synthetic resin similar to the material of the waterproof sheet 3 is previously formed on the upper surface of the sheet fixture 2, and the film is melted with an organic solvent or the like. Moreover, it is possible to use a method in which the waterproof sheet 3 is laid and the overlapping portions are pressure-bonded (welded).

Alternatively, a hot-melt adhesive having thermoplasticity is laminated on the upper surface of the sheet fixture 2 provided with the conductive layer, and a waterproof sheet 3 is laid thereon, and then the overlapping portion with the sheet fixture 2 is waterproofed. By heating from above the sheet 3 using an electromagnetic induction heating (high frequency heating) device or the like, the conductive layer of the sheet fixture 2 is heated, and the hot melt adhesive is melted by the heat, and the sheet fixture 2 A method of welding the waterproof sheet 3 can also be adopted.

The portions where the marginal portions of the waterproof sheets 3 overlap are also integrated by appropriately using known bonding means such as a method of blowing hot air to weld the polymerization surface. Thus, a waterproof layer in which the waterproof sheet 3 is continuous is formed on the waterproof base surface 1.

In the present invention, welding (fusion) by a solvent or heating is comprehensively described as being included in the broad “adhesion” unless it is particularly necessary to distinguish.

[Base mounting member]
The main part of this invention exists in the base attachment member fixed on the waterproof layer formed as mentioned above. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the base mounting member, and FIG. 3 shows the construction state.

The base mounting member 5 is formed by combining two base mounting pieces 50 made of a flexible synthetic resin sheet. Each base mounting piece 50 is basically a member formed to have an L shape in front view by punching and bending a sheet material made of a synthetic resin similar to the waterproof sheet 3 into a predetermined shape, etc. A bottom piece 51 and a standing piece 52 raised from one edge of the bottom piece 51 are provided. Then, a set of two base mounting pieces 50, 50 are bonded to each other, and each bottom piece 51, 51 is placed on the overlapping portion of the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3. Glued to. Thereby, the base mounting member 5 is installed on the waterproof layer so as to form a reverse T-shape when viewed from the front.

For adhesion between the bottom piece 51 of the base mounting piece 50 and the waterproof sheet 3, and adhesion between the standing pieces 52 and 52, adhesion by an adhesive having high affinity for each part, welding by solvent or heating (fusion) In addition, various known bonding means such as bonding with a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be used.

The standing piece 52 of each base mounting piece 50 is formed with a binding hole 53 that penetrates the standing piece 52 when it is overlapped with the mating standing piece 52. Using this binding hole 53, a base fixture (described later) for installing various rooftop installations is attached.

In the base mounting member 5 fixed on the waterproof sheet 3 in this way, an upward tensile force (negative pressure) generated by the wind passes through the lower edges of the two standing pieces 52 and 52 bonded to each other. Then, it acts on the central portion of the adhesive surface with the waterproof sheet 3 that combines the two bottom pieces 51, 51. At this time, the base mounting pieces 50, 50 bent in an L-shape are bent from each other so that the other party's peeling (the elastic sheet bonded to the adherend peels off the mandarin orange peel). However, it is possible to exhibit a much higher peel strength than the conventional one.

In the illustrated embodiment, since many of the sheet fixtures 2 that are generally used are circular in plan view, the bottom piece 51 of each base mounting piece 50 is half in plan view so that it is evenly bonded onto it. It is formed in a circular shape. Even when the planar shape of the sheet fixture 2 is a shape other than a circle, by forming the bottom piece 51 of the base mounting piece 50 in accordance with the half of the shape, the base mounting member 5 and the waterproof sheet 3 are formed. A good adhesive force can be obtained in the meantime.

Further, in the exemplary embodiment, considering the balance between the resistance to peeling of the bottom piece 51 and the tensile strength of the standing piece 52 itself, the width dimension W of the standing piece 52 along the overlapping surface direction between the standing pieces 52 is used. In addition, the side length L of one side edge portion of the bottom piece 51 on which the upright piece 52 rises is formed to be somewhat larger. In addition, the protruding dimension A from the standing piece 52 at the one edge of the bottom piece 51 is also formed to be substantially equal on both sides.

Furthermore, in the exemplary embodiment, in order to prevent the tensile stress from concentrating on the connection edge 54 between the bottom piece 51 and the upright piece 52 and tearing the connection edge 54, the connection edge 54 is not an acute angle but a curved line. It is formed so as to be continuous in a shape.

In addition, these shape devices may be modified as appropriate according to the planar shape of the sheet fixture 2 and the material characteristics of the base mounting piece 50 itself.

Further, the sheet mounting material 50 may be made of a sheet material reinforced with, for example, a fiber layer made of synthetic fiber or carbon fiber, so that the tensile strength of the base mounting piece 50 itself is increased.

Alternatively, instead of the sheet material, the base mounting piece 50 may be formed using a metal thin plate material having a synthetic resin film similar to the waterproof sheet 3 processed on the surface, such as a vinyl chloride steel plate.

Further, in order to reinforce the peripheral portion of the binding hole 53 formed in the standing piece 52, a reinforcing plate 55 made of a thin metal plate material having a shape surrounding the binding hole 53 is formed on the bonding surface between the standing pieces 52. It may be sandwiched. As the reinforcing plate 55, for example, a synthetic resin coated metal plate or the like may be employed, and the surface coating and the standing piece 52 may be welded.

[Base fixture]
Two sets of base fixtures are connected and fixed to the base mounting member 5 described above. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the base fixture, and FIG. 5 shows the construction state.

Each base fixture 6 according to the illustrated embodiment is made of a steel material having a laterally open groove-shaped cross section, and has a flat bottom plate portion 61 having a rectangular shape in plan view and a leg plate portion 62 having a rectangular shape in side view standing upright from one edge of the bottom plate portion 61. And a top plate portion 63 having a rectangular shape in plan view that projects from the upper edge portion of the leg plate portion 62 to the same side as the bottom plate portion 61. Then, each set of two base fixtures 6, 6 sandwiches both standing pieces 52, 52 of the base mounting member 5 between the leg plate portions 62, 62, and each base plate 61 is fixed to the base mounting member 5. Is placed on the bottom piece 51. Each leg plate portion 62 is formed with a through hole 64 that matches the binding hole 53 formed in each of the upright pieces 52 of the base mounting member 5, and these binding holes 53, 64 are laterally formed. Bolts, nuts and other binding members 65 are inserted, and the base attachment member 5 and the base fixtures 6 and 6 are integrally connected and fixed. Therefore, no adhesive means is used to connect the base mounting member 5 and the base fixtures 6 and 6.

In this way, a set of base fixtures 6 and 6 connected to both sides of the base mounting member 5 is used to generate a fixed load (positive pressure) of a rooftop installation installed above the base fixture 6 and to obtain a sectional strength of the base fixture 6 itself. It transmits to the waterproof layer from the baseplate part 61, supporting by. In addition, since the base plate portion 61 and the leg plate portion 62 restrain each base mounting piece 50 in an L shape, the resistance of the base mounting piece 50 to peeling is further improved. By these actions, the base fixtures 6 and 6 can be efficiently and economically installed on the waterproof sheet 3 without damaging the waterproof layer.

The base fixture 6 exhibiting such operational effects includes at least a bottom having a flat bottom surface that can be stably placed on the bottom piece 51 of the base mounting piece 50, and a base mounting piece standing upright from one edge of the bottom surface. The leg part which has the clamping surface attached to the 50 standing piece 52, and they should just be connected by 2 sets. Therefore, the base fixture 6 is not limited to the shape like the illustrated grooved steel material, and for example, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped block made of hard synthetic resin or wood material can be used. Alternatively, a plurality of binding holes 53 and 64 may be formed in the base fixture 6 and the base mounting member 5 and connected by a plurality of binding members 65.

[Base rail, etc.]
As described above, a set of two base fixtures 6 and 6 are arranged in a plurality of sets, for example, in a lattice shape along modules according to the size and structure of the rooftop installation. And as shown in FIG. 6, the base rail 7 for installing the rooftop installation object 8 on the base fixtures 6 and 6 is attached so that these sets of base fixtures 6 and 6 may be connected.

In the present invention, the structure of the base rail 7 is not particularly limited. For example, the top plate portion 71 slightly wider than the width of the base fixture 6 and a pair of side plate portions 72 and 72 depending from the opposite side edge thereof. For example, a steel material having a downward opening groove-shaped cross-section with As for the connecting means between the base fixture 6 and the base rail 7 and the connecting means between the base rail 7 and the rooftop installation, for example, a round hole or a long hole formed at each appropriate position is bound with bolts and nuts. A general structure can be adopted.

[Construction procedure]
The construction procedure of the base structure of the rooftop constructed as described above is generally as follows.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of sheet fixtures 2 are fixed at appropriate intervals on a waterproof base surface 1 of a flat roof, and the waterproof base surface 1 is covered so as to cover the sheet fixtures 2. The waterproof sheet 3 made of a synthetic resin is laid on the top, and the overlapping portions of the sheet fixtures 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 are bonded together to form a waterproof layer in advance.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, each of the bottom pieces 51 is attached to the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 in a state in which the two base mounting pieces 50 and 50 are bonded to each other. Adhere onto the polymerization site. Thereby, the base mounting member 5 is installed on the waterproof layer so as to form a reverse T-shape when viewed from the front. In addition, although the standing pieces 52 and 52 may be bonded to each other at the construction site, they may be previously performed at a factory or the like in advance.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, the two standing pieces 52, 52 of the base mounting member 5 are placed between the leg plate portions (clipping surfaces) 62, 62 of the pair of base fixtures 6, 6. The bottom plate portion (bottom surface) 61 of each base fixture 6 is placed on each bottom piece 51 of the base mounting member 5 so as to be sandwiched. Then, both standing pieces 52 and 52 of the base mounting member 5 and both leg plate portions 62 and 62 of both base fixtures 6 and 6 are connected and fixed by the binding members 65 inserted into the binding holes 53 and 64. .

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of sets of base fixtures 6 are connected to each other, and appropriate base rails 7 are attached on them, and the rooftop installation 8 is installed on the base rails 7.

In this way, the foundation for installing various rooftop installations on the flat roof on which the waterproof layer made of the synthetic resin waterproof sheet 3 has been constructed is not excessive to the building body without damaging the normal waterproof layer. Construction can be done in a short time and at a low cost without giving a burden.

[maintenance]
On a flat roof on which a waterproof layer made of the waterproof sheet 3 has been constructed, repair work for aged deterioration of the waterproof layer is usually performed after a period of about 10 years. As a repair method, a new waterproof layer is generally formed by adding and stretching a new waterproof sheet 3 on the existing waterproof sheet 3 while leaving it.

The foundation structure of the present invention configured as shown in FIG. 6 can be efficiently implemented as follows even during such repair work.

First, as shown on the left side of FIG. 7, the existing rooftop installation 8 and the base rail 7 are once removed, and then the binding member 65 is removed to remove the existing base fixture 6.

Subsequently, as shown on the right side of the figure, if the existing base mounting member 5 is made of a synthetic resin sheet, the standing piece 52 is cut off from the lower edge portion with a cutter or the like. The bottom piece 51 of the existing base mounting member 5 remains adhered to the existing waterproof sheet 3.

Before and after the above process, as shown in the center of the figure, a new sheet fixing tool 2N is arranged on the existing waterproof sheet 3 in a place where it does not interfere with the existing sheet fixing tool 2, It fixes to the waterproof ground surface 1 with the embedded fixture 4N. The prior relationship between this step and the step of cutting the standing piece 52 is not particularly limited.

When the cutting process of the standing piece 52 of the existing base mounting member 5 and the fixing operation of the new sheet fixing tool 2N are completed, as shown in FIG. 8, on the existing waterproof sheet 3 and the new sheet fixing tool 2N, A new waterproof sheet 3N is laid so as to cover them, and a new waterproof layer is formed by bonding the overlapping portions of the new sheet fixture 2N and the new waterproof sheet 3N.

Subsequently, two new base mounting pieces 50N and 50N are bonded together on the overlapping portion of the new sheet fixing tool 2N and the new waterproof sheet 3N, thereby forming a reverse T-shape when viewed from the front. A new base mounting member 5N is installed.

Subsequently, each pair of new base fixtures 6N, 6N and each bottom piece of the new base mounting member 5N in a state where both standing pieces 52N, 52N of the new base mounting member 5N are sandwiched between them. The new base mounting member 5N and the new base fixtures 6N and 6N are connected and fixed by the new binding member 65N.

As described above, according to the foundation structure of the rooftop installation object of the present invention, after removing the existing foundation fixture 6, the standing piece 52 of the existing foundation mounting member 5 is simply excised with a cutter, and then again on it. A new waterproof layer and a new foundation can be easily constructed.

The foundation structure of the rooftop installation according to the present invention and the construction method thereof can be used as a technique for installing a solar power generation apparatus or other rooftop installation on a building rooftop or balcony on which a waterproof layer with a waterproof sheet is constructed. In addition, it can be widely applied as a technique for improving the adhesive force between members made of a synthetic resin sheet.
