Claims (11)
- 少なくとも2つの金属薄板と、これらの両金属薄板の間に配置されたプラスチック薄板とからなる第1複合薄板金属部品を、中実金属材料からなる第2薄板金属部品に溶接する方法において、第1複合薄板金属部品が、中実金属材料からなる第2薄板金属部品に突合せ継手で高周波溶接法を用いて溶接され、第2薄板金属部品の金属材料が、第1複合薄板金属部品のプラスチック薄板内におよび金属薄板に対して押付けられることを特徴とする溶接方法。
- 前記高周波溶接法が、導電的にまたは誘電的に行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶接方法。
- 前記複合薄板金属部品および第2薄板金属部品がストリップ形状を有し、薄板金属部品の溶接が、ストリップ方向に連続的に行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の溶接方法。
- 前記複合薄板金属部品の縁部表面および前記第2薄板金属部品の縁部表面が、溶接突合せ縁部において、金属薄板が少なくとも可塑化される温度に加熱され、薄板金属部品が、この状態で、複合薄板金属部品の少なくとも可塑化された金属材料が、加えられる力の方向に対して垂直に変位するような力で一体に押付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の溶接方法。
- 得られた溶接シームの膨張部が機械的に除去されるか、機械加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の溶接方法。
- 前記複合薄板金属部品が0.25mm〜1.5mmの厚さを有する鋼薄板と、20μm〜200μmの厚さを有するプラスチック薄板とからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の溶接方法。
- 前記複合薄板金属部品が0.25mm〜1.5mmの厚さを有する鋼薄板と、80μm〜150μmの厚さを有するプラスチック薄板とからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の溶接方法。
- 2つの金属薄板と、これらの両金属薄板の間に配置されたプラスチック薄板とからなる少なくとも第1複合薄板金属部品と、中実金属材料からなる第2薄板金属部品とからなる溶接半成品において、前記複合薄板金属部品および前記第2薄板金属部品が、突合せ継手の態様で高周波溶接部を構成しており、溶接シームは前記プラスチック薄板と前記第2薄板金属部品とが直接接触し、かつ、前記プラスチック薄板が後退していることを特徴とする溶接半成品。
- 前記複合薄板金属部品および第2薄板金属部品が、異なる金属材料または鋼材料からなり、または異なる金属厚さまたは鋼薄板厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の溶接半成品。
- 車両の空気伝播音および固体伝播音を減衰させる構造部品であることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の溶接半成品からなる溶接薄板金属構造。
- 車両のボディ床組立体、隔壁または油溜めの部品であることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の溶接薄板金属構造。
