Claims (8)
- 製品(M)を切断する方法であって、
製品(M)を前進方向(A)に沿って予め定められた速度で前進させるステップと、
製品(M)に関連づけられて前進方向(A)に沿って動くことができる切断装置(3)を行程開始位置に予備的に配置するステップと、
切断装置(3)を前進方向(A)に沿って前進させるステップと、
切断装置(3)を製品(M)の予め定められた第1の切断ゾーン(Z1)に位置づけるように切断装置(3)の前進速度を製品(M)の前進速度に同期手段によって同期させるステップと、
製品(M)の第1の部分(P1)を切断するように切断装置(3)を作動させるステップと、を含み方法において、
同じ前向きステップ内で、切断装置(3)を減速させて製品(M)の前進速度に比べてもっと低い、ゼロの、又は場合によって反対方向の速度で前進させるようにするステップを更に含み、
切断装置(3)を製品(M)の予め定められた第2の切断ゾーン(Z2)に位置づけるように切断装置(3)の前進速度を製品(M)の前進速度に再同期手段によって再同期させるステップと、
第1の部分(P1)に比べて短い長さの製品(M)の第2の部分(P2)を切断するように切断装置(3)を作動させるステップと、を更に含み、
前記同期手段及び前記再同期手段は、前記製品(M)上で前記第1及び2の切断ゾーン(Z1、Z2)を同定する検出手段と、該検出手段が同定した前記第1及び2の切断ゾーン(Z1、Z2)に前記切断装置(3)を位置づけするための制御装置と、を備えることを特徴とする製品(M)を切断する方法。 - 第2の部分(P2)を切断する切断装置(3)は、第1の部分(P1)を切断する通常のサイクルの速度より決定的に高い切断サイクルを実行する速度で特徴づけられるジョブパラメータを用いて作動できることを特徴とする製品(M)を切断する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上述のサイクルの実行の間、第1の部分(P1)を切断する通常のサイクルの速度より決定的に高い切断サイクルを実行する速度で特徴づけられるジョブパラメータは、第2の部分(P2)の切断の直前の第1の部分(P1)の切断にも作動することができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製品(M)を切断する方法。
- 再同期ステップは第1の部分(P1)を切断するステップに続くことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の製品(M)を切断する方法。
- 製品(M)を切断する機械(1)であって、
製品(M)の前進方向(A)に向けられたガイド(2)と、
ガイド(2)に沿って動くことができ前進方向(A)に沿って進むように製品(M)に関連づけることができる切断装置(3)と、
切断装置(3)を製品(M)の予め定められた第1の切断ゾーン(Z1)に位置づけて製品(M)を切断するように切断装置(3)の前進の速度を製品(M)の前進の速度と同期させる手段と、を含む機械において、
同じ切断サイクル内で、製品(M)の予め定められた第2の切断ゾーン(Z2)に切断装置(3)を位置づけて製品(M)の第2の部分(P2)を切断するように切断装置(3)の前進速度を製品(M)の前進速度と再同期させる再同期手段を含み、
前記同期手段及び前記再同期手段は、前記製品(M)上で前記第1及び2の切断ゾーン(Z1、Z2)を同定する検出手段と、該検出手段が同定した前記第1及び2の切断ゾーン(Z1、Z2)に前記切断装置(3)を位置づけするための制御装置と、を備えることを特徴とする機械(1)。 - 製品(M)の一部分の排出のための手段(4)を含み、排出のための手段(4)はガイド(2)に沿って可動であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記排出のための手段(4)は切断装置(3)と一緒にガイド(2)に沿って移動するように切断装置(3)に固く拘束されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機械(1)。
- ガイド(2)に沿って動くことができるキャリッジ(5)を含み、切断装置(3)がキャリッジ(5)に固定されており、排出のための手段(4)が、キャリッジ(5)に固定された滑り台(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の製品(M)を切断する機械(1)。
