Each

[Second pump section]
The
In the present embodiment, the
[Operation of pump device]
Next, operation | movement of the pump apparatus 1 of this embodiment comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. Here, the operation of the
By driving the motor M, the
When the pump device 1 is driven, the
Here, as a comparative example, FIG. 6 shows a configuration example of a frame portion in a fan cover having a conventional structure. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the
On the other hand, the
Further, in the
Further, the
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, since the
[Example]
As an example according to this embodiment, a fan cover having a diameter of about 130 mm and a surface area of about 13000 mm 2 was produced. The opening ratio of the fan cover according to the example was about 40%. On the other hand, as a comparative example, a fan cover having the configuration shown in FIG. The fan cover according to the comparative example also has a surface area of about 13,000 mm 2 with a diameter of about 130 mm and an aperture ratio of about 40%, as in the example. Each of these was applied as a blower unit of a pump device having a configuration according to this embodiment, and the amount of temperature increase on the cylinder surface after 120 minutes of operation was measured under a pressure of 50 kPa.
As a result, in the pump device to which the fan cover according to the present embodiment is applied, the temperature rise of the cylinder is reduced by about 0.9K (° C.) and the temperature rise of the motor is about 3K (in comparison with the pump device according to the comparative example. ° C) decreased. From this result, it was confirmed that the
Here, the temperature rise of the cylinder causes wear of the seal member of the piston and deterioration of the bearing attached around the eccentric shaft, and also relates to the life of the pump device itself. Actually, when the increase in the temperature of the cylinder surface can be reduced by about 0.9K, it has been confirmed by the present inventors that the life of the pump device is improved by about 6%. That is, according to the
The embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.

Moreover, the
In the above embodiment, the
Further, in the above embodiment, the motor M of the pump device 1 is used as the rotational drive source of the
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the fan constituting the air blowing unit on the
