Claims (14)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板と離隔された第2基板と、
前記第2基板と対向する前記第1基板の表面上に配置された複数のトランジスタ及び複数のカラーフィルタと、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間を満たすポリマー及び当該ポリマーに分散される液晶を含むポリマー分散液晶層と、
前記各カラーフィルタにおいて、前記ポリマー分散液晶層と前記第1基板との間に配置され、複数のホールが形成されている光吸収層と、
前記光吸収層により覆われた複数の反射板と、を備え、
前記光吸収層は、前記反射板を全体的に覆うように、前記複数のカラーフィルタと前記複数の反射板との間に配置されており、前記複数のホールは、前記各カラーフィルタによって覆われたことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。 - 透明電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数のトランジスタは、前記複数の反射板に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透明電極は、前記第2基板の表面上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透明電極は、酸化インジウムスズにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記光吸収層は、黒色染料を含むポリマーにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記光吸収層は、10nm〜5μmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数のカラーフィルタは、サブピクセルに対応するレッド、グリーン、及びブルーのカラーフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数のカラーフィルタは、サブピクセルに対応するイエロー、マゼンタ、及びシアンのカラーフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記反射板は、アルミニウムまたはモリブデンにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板と離隔された第2基板と、
前記第2基板上に配置された透明電極と、
前記第2基板と対向する前記第1基板の表面上に配置された複数のトランジスタ及び複数のカラーフィルタと、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に配置され、ポリマー及び当該ポリマーに分散される液晶を含むポリマー分散液晶層と、
前記各カラーフィルタにおいて、前記ポリマー分散液晶層と前記第1基板との間に配置され、複数のホールが形成されている光吸収層と、を備え、
前記光吸収層は、前記カラーフィルタを全体的に覆うように、前記複数のカラーフィルタ上に配置されており、前記複数のホールは、前記各カラーフィルタを露出することを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。 - 前記トランジスタに電気的に接続されている反射板をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透明電極は、酸化インジウムスズにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記光吸収層は、黒色染料を含むポリマーにより形成され、前記カラーフィルタに隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
