Description
Claims (19)
- 注入液を眼科用灌注装置に供給するための灌注ラインに接続されている前記眼科用灌注装置の眼球を穿刺している遠位端における注入液圧を制御するための眼科用システムであって、圧力または流体流量を測定するセンサを用いずに前記眼球内の手術行為に起因する前記眼球内の内圧低下を補償するための補償圧を推定し、前記推定された補償圧に応じて前記灌注ライン内の灌注液の圧力を動的に調整するように構成されたプロセッサを備え、前記推定ステップは、前記眼球内で前記手術行為を行っている眼科手術装置の構成および/または実際の動作に基づく、眼科用システム。
- 前記推定ステップは、前記眼科手術装置の構成および/または実際の動作に関するデー
タに直接基づく、請求項1に記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記推定された補償圧は、前記眼球内の手術行為に起因する前記眼球内の前記内圧低下
である、請求項1または2に記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記眼科手術装置の前記構成は、前記眼科手術装置の形状および寸法を含む、請求項1
〜3の何れかに記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記眼科手術装置の前記構成は、硝子体カッター種別または水晶体ニードル種別の形態
を含む、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記形態は、前記硝子体カッターおよび水晶体ニードルのそれぞれのカッターおよびニ

ステム。 - 前記灌注ラインへの供給および加圧のための気体と注入液とが充填された注入液ボトル
をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記注入液ボトルから注入液を受け入れるための入口と前記灌注ラインに接続された出
口ポートとを有するドリップチャンバであって、前記ドリップチャンバ内の前記注入液が

〜14の何れかに記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記眼科手術装置と前記眼科用灌注装置とは単一の装置に統合されている、請求項1〜
15の何れかに記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記推定された補償圧は、静的成分と、前記眼球内の実際の手術行為と相互に関連する
経時変動成分とで構成される、請求項1〜16の何れかに記載の眼科用システム。 - 前記推定された圧力補償値の前記静的成分は、静水圧として、および/または前記灌注
ライン内の注入液に力を加える気体の事前設定圧力として実現される、請求項16に記載
の眼科用システム。 - 眼球を穿刺している眼科用灌注装置の遠位端における注入液圧を制御するためのコンピュータプログラム製品であって、圧力または流体流量を測定するセンサを用いずに前記眼球内の手術行為に起因する前記眼球内の内圧低下を補償するための補償圧を推定するステップと、前記推定された補償圧に応じて、注入液を前記灌注装置に供給するために前記灌注装置に接続された灌注ライン内の灌注液の圧力を動的に調整するステップとをプロセッサに実行させるためのコンピュータ可読コードを含み、前記推定ステップは、前記眼球内で前記手術行為を行っている手術装置の構成および/または実際の動作に基づく、コンピュータプログラム製品。
