Description
本出願は、2010年12月14日出願の仮出願第61/459,506号からの優先権を得ている。
1.透光性を有し、より歯の色に近いという審美性。
2.強度:300MPaという、陶材の70〜125MPaと比較して高いMPaの曲げ強度。
3.多数回の焼成でも非常に安定したCTE。
4.加圧成形が多層の陶材よりも容易であろう。
Claims (4)
- 加熱し、金属合金基材に圧着したケイ酸リチウムの半透明ガラスであって、前記基材が口腔の当該部分のベース印象又はスキャン画像に合致するように成形されており、ケイ酸リチウムが、修復中の歯牙構造を再現するように成形されている、前記半透明ガラス
を含み、
前記金属合金の熱膨張係数(CTE)が、ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックのCTEより高くなるように選択されており、
前記金属合金のCTEが12から13.5の範囲であり、かつ、前記ケイ酸リチウムの半透明ガラスのCTEが11.5から12.5の範囲である、
歯科修復物を製作する方法。 - 前記金属合金がパラジウムとスズとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 歯科修復物を製作する方法であって、
a)選択された色及び質感のケイ酸リチウムガラスのブロックを形成するステップと、
b)修復すべき歯に幾何学的に適合する金属合金基材を調製するステップと、
c)ガラス素材片を基材に挿入するステップと、
d)ガラスを加熱するステップと、
e)加熱したガラスを加圧成形して、歯の表面を再現する形状にするステップと
を含み、
ステップa)が、熱膨張係数(CTE)が11.5から12.5の範囲のケイ酸リチウムガラスを選択するステップを更に含み、
ステップb)が、CTEが12から13.5の範囲の金属合金基材を選択するステップを更に含み、
前記金属合金のCTEが、ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックのCTEより高くなるように選択されている、
方法。 - ステップb)が、パラジウムとスズを有する金属合金基材を選択するステップを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
