Claims (13)
- モバイル機器であって、該モバイル機器の外部にある光源からの光を検出するモバイル機器であり、
当該モバイル機器は、ハウジングを持ち、前記ハウジングは、
オーディオジャックソケットであって、当該モバイル機器内で生成されたオーディオ信号を該オーディオジャックソケットに挿入されたオーディオジャックプラグを通じてユーザに供給するためのオーディオ出力成分を受けるよう構成されるオーディオジャックソケット、
前記オーディオジャックソケット内に配置され、前記オーディオジャックソケットがオーディオジャックプラグに接続されていない場合に光を検出するフォトディテクタであって、前記オーディオジャックソケットが該フォトディテクタにより検知されるべき前記外部にある光源から受けた光をコリメートする、フォトディテクタ、及び
前記フォトディテクタから受けた信号を処理し、前記受けた光に応じて機能を制御するための機能制御信号を生成するよう構成されるプロセッサ、
を備える、モバイル機器。 - 前記外部にある光源を制御するための外部機器に前記機能制御信号を送信するよう動作可能な送信機を有する、請求項1に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記プロセッサは、検出された前記光から信号を復号するよう構成され、該信号は前記外部にある光源の識別子を提供する、請求項1又は2に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記機能制御信号に応答して前記受けた光についての情報をユーザに表示するよう動作可能なディスプレイを有する、請求項1に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記情報は、
輝度測定、及び
前記外部にある光源と関連するデータ
から選択される、請求項4に記載のモバイル機器。 - 前記フォトディテクタは、赤外光を検出するよう動作可能である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記フォトディテクタは、可視光を検出するよう動作可能である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記受けた光をさらにコリメートする補助コリメート光学系を前記オーディオジャックソケット内に有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のモバイル機器。
- 1つ以上の環状に配設される光ガイドを前記オーディオジャックソケット内に有し、前記光ガイドは、前記ソケットによりコリメートされる光を集め、該集められた光を前記フォトディテクタに案内するよう構成される、請求項8に記載のモバイル機器。
- 前記1つ以上の環状に配設される光ガイドのうちの1つは、前記オーディオジャックソケットの周囲に位置付けられる円形ガイドであり、該円形ガイドは、連続的な円形ガイド又はセグメント化された円形ガイドから選択される、請求項9に記載のモバイル機器。
- 複数の環状に配設される光ガイドが、前記オーディオジャックソケットの長手方向軸に沿って異なる深さに配置される、請求項9又は10に記載のモバイル機器。
- 複数の弧状の光ガイドが、前記オーディオジャックソケットの同一の周囲の周りに環状に配置され、異なる非オーバーラップ視野を提供し、弧状の光ガイドのそれぞれは、前記フォトディテクタの対応するフォトダイオードに結合される、請求項9又は10に記載のモバイル機器。
- 光を検出した光源についてのデータを取得し、格納するよう構成されるデータ取得器を有する、請求項1に記載のモバイル機器。
