Description
Claims (9)
- 構造物に接続され、前記構造物の部材(2,3)間の相対移動を減衰させるパッシブダンパ(1)であって、
平行配置されたプレート(7a)の、少なくとも第1組(7)と;
平行配置されたプレート(8b,8c,8d)の第2組(8)と;
前記第2組(8)のプレートの各々に設けられる接続穴であって、前記第2組のプレート(8)を前記部材(2,3)の一つに接続するために接続ピン(6)を受け入れるための接続穴と;
を備え、
前記第1組(7)のプレートと前記第2組(8)のプレートとは、前記プレート(7a,8b,8c,8d)間に減衰パッドを挟んで回転ジョイントで交互に重なり合い、前記回転ジョイントは、前記プレート(7a,8b,8c,8d)の開口部(15)を通して挿入されるピンまたはボルト(9)を有し;
前記第2組(8)のプレートから選択されたプレート(8c,8d)の前記接続穴(14c,14d)は、前記選択されたプレート(8c,8d)が前記ダンパ(1)の減衰作用に関与することなく、前記接続ピン(6)が前記選択されたプレート(8c,8d)の前記接続穴(14c,14d)内で所定量移動できるように、前記接続ピン(6)に所定量のクリアランスを提供するべく形成および寸法決めされることを特徴とする;
ダンパ。 - 前記選択されたもの以外のプレート(8b)の前記接続穴(14b)の形状および大きさは、該接続穴(14b)と前記接続ピン(6)との間にクリアランスをほぼ有しないように、前記接続ピン(6)の横断面の形状および大きさに対して寸法決めされる、請求項1に記載のダンパ。
- 前記選択されたプレート(8c,8d)の接続穴(14c,14d)の形状および大きさは、該接続穴(14c,14d)と前記接続ピン(6)との間に第1相当量のクリアランスを設ける第1量を有するように、前記接続ピン(6)の横断面の形状および大きさに対して寸法決めされる、請求項1または2に記載のダンパ。
- 前記選択されたもの以外のプレート(8b)は、前記一部材の任意の移動振幅で前記一部材とともに移動し、前記選択されたプレートは、前記一部材の移動量が該当の前記接続穴(14c,14d)と前記接続ピン(6)との間のクリアランスを超える場合にのみ前記一部材とともに移動する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のダンパ。
- 前記選択されたプレートの前記接続穴(14c,14d)は細長い輪郭または形状を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のダンパ。
- 前記選択されたプレート(8c,8d)の中で更に選択されたプレート(8d)の前記接続穴(14d)の形状および大きさであって、前記接続ピン(6)の横断面の形状および大きさに対する形状および大きさは、該接続穴(14d)と前記接続ピン(6)との間のクリアランスの大きさが前記第1相当量より大きいようにされている、請求項3に記載のダンパ。
- 前記複数の減衰パッドのうちの第1のパッド(15a)は、第1有効接触面積サイズを有し、前記複数の減衰パッドのうちの第2のパッド(15b)は、前記第1接触面積サイズと異なる第2有効接触面積サイズを有する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のダンパ(1)。
- 前記複数の減衰パッド(15a,15b,15c)は中心穴を有するディスク形状であり、その外径部および/または内径部の差によって前記有効接触面積に差がある、請求項7に記載のダンパ(1)。
- 構造物に接続され、前記構造物の部材(2,3)間の相対移動を減衰させるパッシブダンパ(1)であって、
第1組の平行配置されたプレート(17)と、
第2組の平行配置されたプレート(18)と、
を備え、
前記第1組のプレートと前記第2組のプレートとが、前記プレート(17,18)間に減衰パッド(25)を挟んで回転ジョイントで交互に重なり合い、前記回転ジョイントは、前記プレート(17,18)の開口部(24)を通して挿入されるピンまたはボルト(19)を備え、
前記プレートから選択されたプレート(18)の開口部(24a)は、前記選択されたプレート(18)が減衰作用に関与することなく、前記ピンまたはボルト(19)が前記口(24a)内で所定量移動できるように前記ピンまたはボルト(19)に所定量のクリアランスを提供するべく形成および寸法決めされることを特徴とする;
