Claims (3)
- 矩形の板状形状の圧電バイモルフと、前記圧電バイモルフの長手方向の両端部にそれぞれ設けた支持体とからなり、前記圧電バイモルフは矩形の板状形状を有する金属シムの少なくとも1面に、幅方向の長さが前記金属シムの幅方向の長さよりも小さい矩形の板状形状を有する圧電体を貼り付け、前記長手方向の両端部において前記圧電体の幅方向の両側に前記金属シムが張り出した部分を有し、駆動周波数において、前記圧電バイモルフの長手方向の両端に対する長手方向の中央部分の変位が最大となる1次共振モードで振動するように構成され、前記支持体は、前記圧電バイモルフの長手方向の両端部の幅方向に帯状の部分の一部を上下両面から挟んで支持する構造を有し、前記圧電体の上面または下面との間に空隙が形成され、前記金属シムの前記圧電体の幅方向に張り出した部分に嵌め合う溝を備える樹脂からなり、前記支持体を介して前記支持体に接触する外部の振動体に前記圧電バイモルフの振動を伝達することを特徴とする圧電アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持体と前記圧電バイモルフとの間の少なくとも一部にシリコーン樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持体はシリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
